Ailis tracked her target as he pushed through the crowded market. She had been tracking him most of the day, but she had not been able to get close enough, nor found the right moment to eliminate him. She had only another couple hours to kill him and get back to the Wilted Flower, otherwise, she would fail the quest.

The target seemed to know he was being hunted although, she had never been sighted by her quarry. He was staying in one of the large markets inside the city, shopping around even though he didn't buy anything. Ailis was emulating being a beggar. Everyone ignored her as she tracked her target. In a few moments though, she might have an opening. She had hired another beggar to set fire to a couple of stalls, nothing too serious, but it would be distracting for any nearby guards, Legionnaires, and other people.

Suddenly a commotion and screams from the far end of the market drew eyes, ears, and guards as two stalls caught fire. Her mark started looking around and noticed the problem immediately, made for the nearest market exit. Which was where she was begging. Ailis quickly got up, 'terrified' of what was going on followed him and quickly made her way out as well.

After a few feet, Ailis shoved him into an alleyway and buried one dagger in his throat and the other in the man's guts. The human desperately clawed at her, but he was already dead. Ailis quickly grabbed whatever was of value in his inventory and made for the nearby rooftops.

Yes, you are an Immortal, it doesn't mean we cannot make your life hard.' Gahzim stated as she walked up to his table. He gestured for her to sit down, as he waved over another drink. "Follow me buttercup.' Gahzim stated as he rose from the table and signaled the bartender who nodded. The nearby wall shifted and moved out of the way. 'The tunnels and sewers under the city are considered Neutral ground by the Thieves, Smugglers, and Assassins. If you ever encounter someone from another guild, walk away if at all possible. Do not start a fight buttercup, but you better finish it if someone else does." The Wood Elf said as he led her through the tunnels.

"So where are we going?" Ailis asked as she followed him through the torch-lit tunnels.

"The headquarters of our branch to get your money, equipment, and introduce you around.' Gahzim replied before stopping. 'Oh, and we are in good standing with the Imperials. Do not take any jobes that are anti-Imperial, if it changes we will let you know." Gahzim stated as he stared at her. She nodded in understanding.

Less then ten minutes later they entered a large underground structure that had various training areas set up. A warehouse area where she assumed the Fence was located, a job board, and the Quartermaster, which is where Gahzim took her. "Larry, this is Ailis she is knew and passed her initiation. Give her an Initiate kit and a ring, she earned it." Gahzim stated.

"Oh really, who did she take out?" Larry asked as he pulled some boots, a belt, and a hood off some shelves and placed them in front of her.

"You remember Sweet Willy?' Gahzim asked and based on Larry's face, he held no warmth for the man. 'She took him out, not the smoothest job, but no one saw it happen and she got away clean." The Wood Elf explained causing Larry to look at her again.

"Well, I guess I will keep an eye on you girl. Let me see your finger.' Larry prompted as he pulled a ring from under the bar. Ailis nearly drew her hand back when Larry produced a knife but his hard glare stopped her. He pricked her finger and a single drop landed on the ring. 'Their, it's Soulbound too you now. Check it out, girl." Larry stated as he offered her the ring. Ailis quickly pulled up its information.

Jacobs talons sliced through Glorias' bindings causing her to moan in her sleep. Cathrine chuckled a little bit as Jacob gently moved her from the base of the bed, up to where all the pillows were. "I think I broke her. Do you think she learned her lesson not to wake me up after I fall asleep?" Jacob mused as he covered the exhausted woman with the sheet.

Cathrine sweat covered form laughed quietly so she didn't disturb their guest. "A part of me hopes not. Our little degenerate certainly knows how to use her mouth when motivated." Cathrine replied while biting her lip as she let her eyes travel up and down Jacobs naked form.

"HEY!! I am not just a piece of meat!!' Jacob replied with a smile on his face. 'I feel nasty, I wish we had a shower and not just a bath." Jacob replied as he went to the nearby table and poured two cups of water before handing one to Cathrine. Cathrine smiled as she took it before signaling Jacob to follow her.

She quickly led Jacob to the large bathroom and to what Jacob always assumed was a closet holding the towels. There were towels in the smaller room, but also a large shower. "Well...I feel like an idiot.' Jacob replied as he looked at the shower causing Cathrine to laugh and pat his cheek. 'I just assumed that if the bathroom had a shower it would be in the main area with the sinks..." Jacob tried to justify.

"Its ok Jacob and know you are more than just a pretty face and sword." Cathrine quipped before turning on the shower. Fate Online Character Creation...
