Jacob dismissed the information, he had been using the Skills over a week but without actual combat, his Skill progression had slowed to a crawl, which was fine for Jacob. It meant he was a weaker tool and the Lady of Chaos wouldn't want to use a weak tool. It was only occasionally that the other Acolytes attacked him now, they had learned the hard way Jacob would kill them even if they stopped attacking him. Jacob used it as an excuse to thin their numbers. Jacob had also learned that their best and brightest were assigned here to train and grow before being put into the field. The prisoners were the hard cases, that wouldn't join willingly, or those caught out on missions. In other words, the wrong place at the wrong time.
"Ok, so how do you do it?" another Acolyte asked as he sat down from him.
Jacob looked up from his food. "Do what?" Jacob asked calmly but inside he was thinking about stabbing the guy in the eye.
"Use Skills from other base classes. We all have seen you do it. Use Stealth like a Rogue, launch magical attacks like a Mage, yet use Charge like a Warrior. How? It's frustrating the crap out of us Immortals trying to figure it out." The Acolyte stated making Jacob stop.

"I was told, everyone else here was like that. They can use other basic Skills of other Classes." Jacob replied as he squinted at the other Immortal who smirked and negatively shook his head.
"Nope, that's all you." the guy stated and Jacob thought back over everything he had done since he got here. The only real difference between him and the other Immortal Accolytes was Sever and his tattoo. The tattoo which was growing rapidly as Alexi increased the number of people and now frequency, Alexi was throwing him in a room twice or even three times a day now.
"Believe me, you don't want to pay the price tag to be able to use other classes Skills," Jacob told the other Immortal.
"Yeah, why is that?" The Immortal asked and Jacob studied him really for the first time.
"How old are you kid? What did you put your Synchronization too?" Jacob asked as his hand drifted to Sever.
The other Immortal frowned, "I am eighteen and I maxed out my Synchronization. The others told me it would help me learn Skills quicker." He stated with a proud smile right before Jacob cut off his little finger. Screams and laughter filled the hall and Jacob zeroed in on a pack of Immortals and found one of the leaders.
In less than three seconds he was in the middle of the group and Sever was buried in the throat of one of the leaders, Jacob gave the others a feral grin as his body exploded and power flooded into Jacob. "Does anyone else have a joke for the newbie?" Jacob called out over the suddenly dead silent Mess Hall.
Jacob hopped up onto the nearest table, it was time to clear things up because he was beyond giving a fuck at this point. "Listen up, I am going to say it one time only. I am not here of my own free will. I did not join Chaos because I wanted too or because I thought it would be fun. I joined to keep the people I care about safe. That's it. If I could kill every one of you sick demented fucks, I would without blinking. For the Locals, you join Chaos by and large because you are tired of the way the world works. Then do something about it!! Don't burn it all down. For Immortals, you are doing this because its fun and you don't think there will be any consequences. Your wrong, you have no idea what you are stepping into and it would be amusing if the consequences weren't so grim. Either way, don't fucking talk to me, don't joke with me, don't mess with me, because I don't give two fucks about any of you." Jacob stated before jumping off the table and heading out of the Mess Hall.
"JACOB LONGSTRIDER!!" Alexi bellowed causing Jacob to slow and stop.
"What?" Jacob asked over his shoulder.
"We have a mission, come with me," Alexi stated before walking away.

Dark Iron Thiag- Village of Wonderflint
"This is fucking stupid, it's not going to work. I am a wanted criminal in this country. The moment I enter the village, every guard will know and start hunting me." Jacob stated as he thought of his 'Hated' status within the Dwarven Kingdom.
"It doesn't matter, that is why we brought the muscle along. They are here to attack the village and distract everyone while we kidnap the local magister." Alexi stated as his thumb gestured to the back of the wagon where a dozen Chaos Warped Orcs waited patiently. Jacob assumed that the other wagons were filled with Orcs in a similar manner giving Alexi a force of sixty Chaos Warped and ten Acolytes. Jacob quickly Analyzed the nearest one.
Spoiler: Spoiler
Name: Orik Bloodspear (Chaos Warped)
Level: 120 (+20)
Health: 125,000
Stamina: 40,000
Damage: 400-550
Armor: 4,000
Note* Once a Dungeon monster of Fort End Dungeon, this Orc has been warped by Chaos Magic and given some sentience. It now serves the Lady of Chaos to fulfill her ends on the Mortal Plane.
"Well as impressive as your strike group is, the guards will probably by at least on the same level or not higher. They will also have the Buffs from being in the Village increasing their damage, armor, and regeneration rates." Jacob stated trying to convince Alexi to call the raid off.
Alexi snorted in contempt, "I could destroy this whole village alone without help. The distraction is for you, I am here to make sure this mission gets done. While they are distracting the guards and villagers, we are sneaking in and you are grabbing the Magister." Alexi finished.
Quest Issued: Dark Recruitment
Description: The Chaos Lord, Alexi Sunstreaker, has given you a field test to sneak into a village and kidnap the local Magister so they can 'recruit' him. It would be best not to be seen, but you can only do what you can do.
Restrictions: Magister must survive
Rewards: Unknown
Alert...
This Quest is mandatory and cannot be denied.
Alert...
Jacob swiped away the notification as he ground his teeth together. "Don't think you can screw this up on purpose Jacob. If you fail this quest I will destroy the whole village and kill everyone within." Alexi threatened and Jacob nodded as he activated Stealth and started moving towards the village as the trade caravan approached the open gates. The clash of metal, the blasts of magic, the screams of pain and anger filled the night as Jacob snuck through the village. The quest had given him the location, hopefully, the Dwarf would be there. Besides his crappy armor, he only had Sever for a weapon and Jacob was certain he would be killed on sight, he was the bad guy. So he kept Stealth up whenever he wasn't in deep shadows and hoped no one would find him.
The house looked a slightly better grade of woodwork and stonework Jacob thought as he approached it under Stealth. No guards were present on the outside, but it didn't stop Jacob from looping around the home and looked in from the windows. Good thing he did, two guards were on the inside that he could see. Jacob couldn't Analyze them without giving himself away. So he moved to the back of the house where a male and female Dwarf were waiting in another room.
The male was armed with a mace while the female had a cleaver in her hand. Jacob couldn't get to the male without alerting the female. Jacob looked down in shame before silently climbing into the room and clamped his hand over the woman's mouth as he brought Sever up too her throat. "Stay calm, I don't want to hurt you. Stay quiet." Jacob softly stated as the male Dwarf glared at him.
Jacob quickly pulled the collar from his inventory and laid it on the nearby table. "Put the collar on and come with me, I don't want to hurt you or your wife sir," Jacob stated causing the Dwarf to clench the mace tighter and take a step forward. Jacob dug the blade in drawing blood making the Dwarf freeze.
"I don't want to be here and I don't want to be doing this, so why don't you help us both out and put the damned caller on.' Jacob spit out as he dug Sever deeper into the woman's neck causing her to whimper. The male Dwarf nodded and placed the mace on a nearby table before picking up the collar and snapping it closed around his neck. 'Thank you." Jacob told him as he slammed the hilt of his dagger into the back of the women's head and knocking her out cold.

Jacob watched as the Dwarf was dragged away by two Chaos Warped guards. "Good job, you got it done. Next time, kill the wife to set an example. Go get something to eat then report to the dungeon.' Alexi stated as he walked away but then stopped. 'Forgot this, this little toy has been hanging around. Have Master Galliger start teaching you how to dual wield." Alexi stated as he tossed a sheathed short sword to Jacob.
