Jacob watched as Cathrine slept, her sweat-soaked body breathing deeply. Jacob had worn her out after returning home. His biggest worry about the Mind Bomb had been that it had damaged their Psychic Bond somehow, but the Banshee had spent time assuring Jacob that it was very much intact.

After a long bout of sex, dinner, then sex again she had finally passed out while Jacob tossed and turned before finally getting up. Too much was going on and the rays of the sun were diffused by the clouds surrounding the city. Enough light filtered through though that it was as if the noonday sun shown above. "You were right, Moradin and the other gods that cursed your race, threw the old king into the prison with the Lady of Chaos," Eilistraee stated as she staggered up to Jacob. Instead of a bow, she wielded a wine bottle.

"Yes, sadly I was not lying about that," Jacob replied.

"Gods are going to die, aren't they?" The Drow goddess asked.

Jacob nodded, "Yes, gods are going to die. This world is going to change because of Chaos. The question is, how much and what." Jacob stated.

"The gods want to know how we found out about all of this. We have not told them, but they suspect it you." Eilistraee informed Jacob.

"They got bigger problems then a resurgent Empire of Night and Vampires. The Lady of Chaos and her Chaos Lords are coming. If they do not prepare for that, we will lose everything." Jacob stated as he went back into his rooms and his wife. He was not in a mood for a goddess and her pity party. The following morning Jacob was at the library, all the Loremasters, Abraxxus, and even Anastasia were present. "Ladies and gentlemen, I am looking for some assistance in identifying a skull of a being. It was found in the Underdark lake, it has considerable psychic or Mind Magic, beyond that we have no idea what it is. This is why I am bringing the skull and a part of the egg to you all to help identify it." Jacob stated as he removed the huge skull from his inventory and set it down on the table. The egg fragment was placed in a bowl beside it.

Nearly three hours later, they had narrowed down the suspects to what it could be to three creatures. One of which they were hoping they were wrong. Suddenly one of the libraries Loremasters shouted from the second floor and jumped down landing next to the table before throwing down the book he had been reading. "We were on the right track." Physical: Fish/Lizard like appearance when grown can be up too 30 to 45 feet long from mouth to tail.

Description: The Aboleth are a race of beings that seek dominion over others. These creatures require water to live and interact, but if taken out of water or dried out they will enter a state of suspended animation (Information is Unconfirmed). This race considers all others inferior to its own and will enslave or kill all others. The Aboleth species only respect other Aboleth to a certain point. If a leading Aboleth is perceived as weak or shows weakness, other Aboleth will work to destroy the weak Aboleth.

Reproduction: Aboleth will spawn eggs in batches of one too six every hundred years until they die.

Life Span: Unknown

Abilities: High-Level Psionics, Water Magic, Genetic Memory

Note* After the Celestial War, this species tried to enslave the other mortal races. The Aboleth were quickly hunted down and destroyed by the gods. No known survivors exist, if found destroy immediately. Jacob groaned no wonder this thing thought it was a god. It was powerful, that was for certain, but far from true Immortal power. Arrogance, not the best weakness, but they did not have many choices. "Thank you," Jacob stated as he forwarded the information to the other guild officers.

Jacob dismissed the prompt as he made his way over to the Master Alchemist and told him his request. The Lich nodded as he collected the skull and egg fragment before leaving. Jacob quickly left as well heading for the Dwarven district to update them on what had transpired in the Obsidion Kingdom. Surface- Valley of Origins Region

'Big Johns' outer bark was taking a pummeling as Jacob rained down blows, "So what are you going to do? Even my people have dark memories of those things." Nila asked.

Jacob stopped and considered the Dryads question. "I have no idea honestly, an Aboleth is kinda rare and we have no idea how strong it truly is. It could be level fifty or it could be level one hundred and fifty. We don't know. Not to mention whatever army it has on hand. This campaign to free the Obsidion Kingdom from this thing is going to take a long time and I do not think it will be easy." Jacob replied as his fists shot out and slammed into the Oaktree.

"Show the creature no mercy Jacob, the Aboleth are nightmare creatures for everyone and everything," Nila stated causing Jacob to freeze and frown.

"Every species has their horror stories. I am going to destroy the 'One' because it attacked and enslaved a whole kingdom. It is also a threat to everything I hold dear and cannot be reasoned with. That is why I will destroy it." Jacob replied as he grabbed his shirt and left. Underdark- Unending Abyss Region

Empire of Night- Fortress of New Dawn

"How is all the training going? Are they dealing well with the discipline? How are they dealing with the city-based fighting?" Jacob asked Nadal as the walked around all the troop formations practicing.

The Drow snorted, "Discipline is difficult as always, but they learn quickly. Their training is almost complete and the threat of sending them home in disgrace is enough for most of the volunteers. They don't want to return home and say they were unworthy of serving in the Empires Legions. Their families might become outcasts." Nadal stated.

"Good, because I want to finish off those bastards in Ordgan for trying to invade and hit the Slavers Union again," Jacob stated coldly.

"We will do you want the Black Blades to start up their raids again on the Slavers Union caravans?" Nadal asked.

Jacob thought about it for a few moments, "For now, lets just scout. No raids. I want to see if the extra security they hired out is still there or not." Jacob replied after a few moments. Surface- Twisting Hills Region

Empire of Night- Uldon

Outer City

"Repairs to the Inner and Outer city buildings are almost complete. Cleanup around the wall breaches and gates have been completed. Repairs on both are ongoing and are the top priority for the city." The city Engineer stated.

"Good, and what is the estimate on how long until both the Inner and Outer wall is completed?" Jacob asked the Engineer.

The older Human was studying Jacob hard, "Who are you again?" More than one of the Dawn Guard was keeping a close eye on the man. Jacob was wearing his full kit so he was not too worried.

Jacob gave the man a tight smile, "A guy who makes sure the money gets where it is needed. Now, how long until the walls are repaired?" Jacob asked as he looked at the gaping hole in the nearest wall. All the loose brick, mortar, and stone had been removed and the area had been cleaned up. The buildings damaged by the falling section of the wall had been repaired.

The older man frowned, "The outer wall repair work will be completed within three weeks. The inner wall repairs will be completed within the week. The outer wall will take far longer because you Imperials created so many breaches we are going to have to check the bedrock of every foot of the outer wall."

"Well, it gives you plenty of work, does it not?" Jacob asked the man.

Before the angry man could respond Tiffany interrupted, "That will be enough Master Thompson. I am sure you have enough work to do without bothering the king. Get to it and I expect your report by the end of the day or I will be withholding your wages until you learn to file your paperwork." Lady Winters stated as she strode up.

The older Human snorted before walking off, "I am sorry, but he is the best Engineer we have in the city, even though he is a huge prick." Tiffany stated.

Jacob chuckled, "No problem, it's part of being a leader. How are you dealing with being a Steward? How is your daughter?" Jacob asked the woman.

Tiffany studied Jacob a moment before smiling, "She is doing well, before you ask, no she does not miss her father. He was just there for the conception, other then that...he was not in her life. As far as being a Steward of the city...its a full-time job, and more responsibility then I thought."

Jacob smiled, "Get a good hard working Seneschal that is not afraid to offer advice and speak their mind. Someone you can trust to offer that advice and make decisions. Second, delegate what you can. Third, work with General Brox, he is the senior military commander of the region. He can offer some advice and will respect your decisions." Jacob stated as they walked among the Inner City, a ring of Dawn Guard and Heart Guard surrounded them. More than one Local and Immortal stopped to look at them. Finally, the Dev teams are wondering when you are going to look at Kingdom Perks, you have almost reached your cap for how many experiences you can bank. Once you reach the cap, any Experience you would accrue is wasted. It's under the Kingdom Tab separate from the State/Military/Industry trees.

Marc Jacob dismissed the message but did not delete it. He would check it out these Kingdom Perks later, "Just so you are aware, supplies and troops will be arriving in the coming weeks. Brox is already aware of the incoming influx of troops and supplies, except for traveling through Uldon, the new Legionnaires should not be too big of a problem for you." Jacob told her.

Tiffany nodded, "I understand and we will be prepared to receive them. Just so you are aware, my father has sent a letter and has demanded that I return to the City of Cliphis. I want you to know so that you are aware and so you do not think I am hiding anything." Lady Winters stated.

"What you do is up too you. If you want to go home, you are more then free to do so. I would prefer if you would stay, but I will not make you.' Jacob replied as he studied a partially scorched storefront. 'You have potential Lady Winters. So far, you are doing well and you are working with us to see that Uldon and its citizens transition under Imperial authority. I also think this new environment has allowed you to thrive even though it is new." Jacob told her causing her to blush slightly and smile.
