《The Making of a God Slayer》Chapter 21: The Birth of The Blackstone Three (Part 1)

(1.000 years until the day of the summoning, Akatsuki's POV)
I sat at the top of a mountain. The air is fresh here. Looking down, the giant corpse of a dragon-like creature lays down, full of wounds. The head is detached from the rest of the neck, so it’s surely dead.
It was scary when I cut off the head of a monster and it didn’t die. Anyway, I’m eating its core, and I’m taking a break, enjoying the wind. Ten days straight fighting with this thing. Although it doesn’t seem to be a monster from the level of the one that I have been facing, it’s quite strong.
It seems one of those monsters that come to face me from time to time. I take my status card and take a look at my status.

Awesome. I guess vitality represents my regeneration. I’m also close to the center of the continent. Finally, soon I will be over with one of my objectives, that is become the strongest creature around here. I doubt that I’m still a human, but…
Well whatever. As I finish eating the core, I feel the pool of spiritual energy inside me growing a lot more than expected. I guess that the vitality of this monster is explained. However, after a few seconds, I start to feel something strange.
It isn’t something wrong with my body, but rather with the world around me. There is something… off, with the world around me. I never felt something like this before. However, even if I’m quite sure that I haven’t felt anything like this before, there is a sense of familiarity.
I try to pinpoint the new feeling, trying to discover its origin… in vain. It’s everywhere, on the air, the sky, the land, the plants, it’s in everything. I sit down, trying to focus. After a few hours, I finally manage to feel something a bit different. A concentration of the mysterious feeling in the center of the continent.
When I said that I’m quite close to the center of the continent, it means that I can get there in one day. And I guess that I will do right that, since I don’t feel any kind of monster in the way. And surprisingly, I guess that I just killed the strongest monster in the continent, with its body lying just before me.
The thing in the center of the continent isn’t a living creature, is just a lump of strange energy. I also don’t recognize it, it isn’t mana nor Spiritual Energy. What is extremely bizarre, since this world is made of only the two of them. it also doesn’t smell like divine power, and I know the smell very well.

However, I’m sure that I know this from somewhere, but I can’t remember. I guess that checking will be the best course of action. Yukari won’t be back for some time, so I guess that I’ll check without her.
Standing up, I jump in the direction of the center of the continent. There isn’t anything on my way anymore, since I finally have reached the apex of this world. Above me, there are only the gods… or it’s what I think, since I don’t have any divine power, like some creatures in this world have, like Lilulana’s father.
(one day later)
I get to the center of the continent… actually, I’m standing in the base of the huge natural wall that’s surrounding the place. It seems like a lot of stone layers overlapped each other in a circle, as if something fell here and the debris formed a natural structure mid-explosion.
Also, the forest around the base is strange. The grass, the wood and leaver of the trees are completely pitch black, as if someone painted the whole place. The huge irregular cliff in front of me is also pitch black, and the sky here is completely clouded with black clods, with lightning crossing the sky every second, as if a storm was about to fall.
It also winds a lot here, as if a typhoon was in place. The presence is stronger than never, and I can clearly see now that the thing is causing this abnormal weather and landscape. It’s influence is all over the place.
Alright, don’t be intimidated Akatsuki. If anything pop up, you can kill it. but man, this think is tall… it’s almost going above the clouds, as if it was a pillar between heaven and earth. I jump, covering all the distance in one go.
Standing at the top, I see that it isn’t a natural ring formation, it’s a crater. It slops down, going to the center, and right there, floating one meter above the ground in the dead center of the “raised” crater, is a black sphere.
I approach slowly, walk for the first time in decades. As I approach, s tart to have a feeling. A beckoning of sorts. A pressure starts to form around me, as if pulling me towards the black sphere.
Static turns audible in the air, the air itself starts to crack as I approach. I almost lose my footing when I get close to it. the gravity around it is weaker, and the space distorts a bit, as if it’s mere presence interferes with space itself.
I stop right beside the black sphere. It is on the same size of a basketball. It’s made of pure darkens, as if I’m looking into a hole to the void. Suddenly, I hear a voice in my head saying:
“Touch the Shard, and take its power, enough to slay gods!”
The voice says. Clearly, this is a trap of some sorts. However, I don’t feel hostility, and I’m immune to mind control, but I can still tell when someone is trying to control my mind. However, I can’t feel it right now. Whatever is telling me to touch it, it doesn’t have any ill intention, nor is trying to force me.
Still…
After a few minutes thinking, I extend my hand. This isn’t going to end well. My hand touches the black sphere, and I pass out.
(3° person POV)
– Somewhere, in the human continent –
Shino is fighting for his life, with his Susanoo activated. The one attacking him also has a Susanoo, but it isn’t his sister, Shina. It’s a boy, that resembles him in some facial features. Guy is Konan, Shino’s exiled grandson.
After both Shino and Shina took their clan back, they leaded it successfully for many years. While Shina didn’t find someone that she loved in these last centuries, her brother married and had a child. Although his wife passed away a long, long time ago, his children still lived way longer than a normal human.
Shino leaded the Clan for some time, and then retired to live his life, leaving the clan for his descendants. However, the curse of the Sharingan was strong, and his grandchild with his third wife went mad with thirst for power, and managed to learn the true about the eyes with someone that he met that reincarnated from earth.
When he learned about the true potential of the Sharingan, he went mad, searching for more power. Eventually, after unlocking the Mangkeyõ Sharingan, he went after his grandfather to steal his eyes.
And, as a descendant of Shino, he inherited great regeneration abilities, and his eyes almost didn’t deteriorate from using the Mangkeyõ. Not only that, he went after many other artifact and body modifications, eventually turning more powerful than his grandfather.
And now, he came to steal both Shina’s and Shino’s eyes. After openly challenging them after destroying various facilities of the Uchiha clan, they are facing off in a desert. Shino’s Complete Susanoo is on its back, and Shina’s is wounded and tired beside Shino inside the crystal on the forehead.
Both haven’t aged a day since they left Akatsuki’s tutelage. Standing above them, there is a Complete Susanoo that’s double Shino’s size is standing with an energy sword in hands. The landscape around them is completely destroyed, proof of the titanic battle between them.
Shino’s Susanoo disappears since he’s completely out of mana to fuel it. both brothers fall to the ground. with Akatsuki’s eye or not, they have a limit, and will need a long time to recover. The giant Susanoo also vanishes, and its user appears.
While it’s true that he resembles Shino, his horns, big, bulky body, red skin and wide mouth filled with fangs make him resemble more a demon. When he was born, he was a pure human, but after seeking power, he corrupted himself, and eventually tuned into a demon.
His Sharingan also mutated, turning even more powerful. He smiles cruelly, approaching Shino and Shina slowly while speaking with a voice that barely resembles anything human anymore.
(Konan): “Well then, who’s the weakling now, grandfather?”
(Shino): “Don’t you dare to call me that, you demon. I should have killed you when you were born.”
Konan face turned ugly, even more than before. But his expression quickly turned back to normal.
(Konan): “I should tell you that all of this was your fault… but it wasn’t. I admit that I did all of this by myself. I never understood why you got rid of your other eye just to have immortality that you could get while having both of them. anyway, I will have the eyes of both of yo-!”
He gets interrupted as Shino’s and Shina’s blind eye, that they received from Akatsuki, burst into blood. Konan look at the scene shocked as both siblings groan in pain. While they cover their eyes, he sighs.
(Konan): “Don’t use petty tricks, I almost believed that you guys destroyed… your…. Eyes…”
He slowly stopped talking when Shino looked at him. An immense fear fell all over him, making him get paralyzed. Where there should be a dark brown eye, there is an eye with the pattern of the Mangkeyõ Sharingan. Not only that, the patter is different from both Shina and Shino.
It’s Akatsuki’s eye.
Shino feels an enormous amount of power gushing from the eye, making it bleed constantly, making him cry blood. The sensation of power makes him dizzy, and he can barely hold it, with veins jumping all over his body as the new power runs through it.
His new eye turns bloodshot, and he uses a new power that entered his mind:
(Shino): “Amaterasu!”
An absurd amount of black flames covers Shino’s whole camp of vision, covering the whole desert in black flames from just ahead of him to the horizon. Konan screams in pain as the black flames, much more powerful than the ones that he can use, quickly consumes his body.
He dies hours later, without being able to scream as the fire burns his throat. His amazing vitality just making his death more painful and slower. Both brother just twist in pain in the ground, the new eyes on their heads forcing their bodies to absorb an absurd amount of power.

Project G00
|Nanopunk |Crafting | Detailed Science and experiments | Inner thoughts | Bio-Robots | Evolution | Infodumps | Tell not Show | Insane to Sane | Slow and Detailed Pace | Puddle to Unknown | Artificial Intelligence | Trans-humanism | Bad Jokes | Moving 'Dungeon' Core | Hi! I am G00. I am a project made by some weirdo. Some may refer to me as the wobbly thing in the fridge or the slimy thing in the ceiling. Others might tell you about that sticky thing inside your nose. In the end, they called me the Seed of Life, yet didn’t tell me what I was supposed to become. Furthermore, it just happens that this stage was the most miserable place to reincarnate... Reincarnate as in… What the hell did I become?! (Whispers) You are a puddle. A puddle? (Whispers) Yes. C’mon little guy, say your lines! You’re live right now! Welcome to puddle-springs aka the afterlife of a puddle. CUT! Eh? Why?! No edition or photoshop needed?! We’re short on puddle-staff. The camera is broken, I am broken, and you are broken. Wait! How can a puddle be broken? You are not a puddle, you are frozen yogurt. NOOOOOOOOOO! Additional summary: Spoiler: Spoiler Humanity has finally made the second step towards space. Many developments were taking place at the time this happened. All of them accomplished thanks to nanotechnology. Inventions regarding Artificial Intelligence and nanorobotics created the opportunity, a way to terraform planets by sending nanorobots to space. Their orders? Colonizing and preparing the new worlds before humanity's arrival, aka terraforming. Meet G00, a weird agglomeration of nanomachines. A bit stupid, but it's not because he was like that. The little guy... 'He' is really broken. The hardest start of a story is when language is oddly misunderstood, when you know nothing of the place you just arrived; when your companion is a buggy system, and when you have to repair yourself with whatever trash you can scavenge from your surroundings. All of this while you fight your worst enemy: potatoes? What will you do in an unfamiliar circumstance where nothing is what it seems and where you won't even understand the boring ramblings of a confused main character? Well, patience will... probably have a reward? Additional tags and disclaimers: Read before starting the story: Harem: Not included for the moment, depends on characters added, votes by readers, and things that happen on the go. Magic: Far away chapters maybe... as part of high level or non-understandable things by science. Slice of life: Probably some parts will include it. Disclaimer #1: Crazy amount of content about high-tech info-dumps, slow pace, starts with biology and nanotechnology. Might have some weird jokes and puns. Game bugs are also possible. Disclaimer #2: No puddles were harmed during the making of this story. No character is real, no real puddle was used as part of the cast. Character is stupid at the start on purpose but he will get beta and beta. All written content follows a logical approach no matter how stupid it appears to be, maybe… Because it’s just a raccoon splashing some cotton-candy over a puddle after it was thrown. Yup, a bully raccoon with rabies or so it seems.
