《The Toys of the Fool》Vol.2 Prologue - Invitation to the Guild

“Welcome to the Sleeping Sheep Centre otherwise known as the S.S Centre!”
Shortly to when these words were spoken Gen and two other masters immediately went their way to complain to Eden about some matters. To be precise even though they knew from the beginning that they would train the group to become part of the guild, the methods that Eden used was too cruel to begin with.
“Wait a second! Are you trying to sweep the issue of what you did before with this happy ending?!” complained Gen in a loud voice that shocked Sain first.
“Precisely! Why the hell did you alter the content of the trial to make it worst than before?! It should be the other way around! You should've made it easier for them so they didn't need to suffer so much!” shouted Mel which shocked Serena next.
Eden looked at they annoyed at the fact they were complaining at this precise moment where he couldn't really punish them in front of the new recruits. He wanted to be a respected Guildmaster to them at least after all considering what happened to the current lot which he trained before.
“They're fine now” replied Eden, however this only angered them even more.
“That's not the point you idiot!” shouted Jenny this time even though she still had a fear of Eden in general even with her long forgotten respect for him. Jenny actually cared for Miriel and the look on her face was enough to put her off for a long time.
The only calm ones were Park, Anna; both whom accepted this result to begin with since it was Eden who was doing things now and also surprisingly Ron.
“Well at least Lyndis grew up a bit thanks to this” said Ron that was strangely detached to the well-being to Lyndis.

“Ron don't you care about the well-being of Lyndis” asked Park to his words.
“Not really right now. Before I was quite happy to have her as an apprentice since she was similar to me but then I learnt that she was really similar to me in the past....” Ron replied with a sad smile. It was a smile that wasn't perverted and insulting to others, one that Lyndis never saw before.
“...Logical result from what Eden did” said Anna all of a sudden not really caring about Shadow due to her loyalty to Eden for the most part.
“Why are you lot on his side?!” demanded Gen hearing this. He could not understand why they, masters of part of the group didn't care at all of their well-being that was being twisted and stomped on by Eden.
“Simply because I expected this would happen to begin with” said Park to the question with a sigh to his old friend.
“That still doesn't matter! In fact, you should have at least tried to stop him!” retorted Gen.
“Then why didn't you Gen? Was it due to fear or a lack of power you didn't act. The same with you two as well, Mel, Jenny” Park looked over at the two as well that seemed to have calmed down at least seeing that their disciple were now fine.
“More or less fear” “Yep, it was due to fear and the lack of power to do anything”
The two replied at the same time. They remembered how Eden and the other two did whatever they wanted whenever they wanted with them suffering in the end. However it seems to them that Eden truly wanted them to respect him at least to a certain extent for now.
Whack!
Suddenly a knife was deflected away from Gen that was thrown by Anna all of a sudden.

“Tch.”
Anna was annoyed that Gen didn't get hit and die from the surprise attack.
“What the hell was that for?!” demanded Gen with his emotions still raving around inside him.
Anna looked innocently at Gen and said, “Hoped that you would die this time.”
Whack!
Then Eden moved and hit Anna on the head without noticing that he moved. He let out a small laugh and said:
“You're not allow to attack Gen when he could die.”
“Then it's all right for her to attack me any time beside that?!” retorted Gen.
Eden looked at Gen with amusement and said, “Gen, aren't you suppose to be angry with me? Did your anger disappear already...? If not I can....play with you.”
Eden's black eyes glowed with a frightening colour was stood out in the dark underground room they were in. It was not enough to cause the new recruits to faint from it like when with Serena in the past but it was still very intimidating at least Gen which it was directed to.
“....damn” muttered Gen since he was easily defeated in many ways at once.
Eden smiled since this issue was now over and then turned to the six new recruits and said immediately:
“From now on, your training will be dealt with by me.”
““““““Huh?””””””
All of the masters including the three that weren't angry with Eden were shocked. This was such an unreasonable demand all of a sudden.
“Also...you six over there” Eden pointed at the masters, “Will be demoted to aids in their training.”
““““““What?!””””””
The six new recruits to the S.S Centre....Sain, Raven, Shadow, Miriel, Lyndis and Serena could only stare at these scenes following through with disbelief. They had never expected anything like this at all and yet for some reason they expected this considering how the Guildmaster Eden acted to their masters...no former masters now.
“Did we make the right choice....?” wondered Sain aloud asking the same questions in everyone's minds.

Heart of the World (LitRPG)
This is the story of how I stabbed a bear. Well... technically speaking, that became the moment my life went into a vastly different direction, all on my way to 'The Mission'. The one I had been given alongside two other seasoned players. To help people in a world with a world. But, oh hoh, that bear... Don't get me started on that. So, apart from that, here is the gist of the other part. I'm a year long employee. Though, several years before I became an employee of theirs, this crazy ensuing madness of a Full Dive battle royale between even more companies started to boil over to a breaking point. Mine thought to search for something that would truly blow the competition out of the water. Well, they found it. Deep under the sea actually. They called it a game changer. Rumors abounded of course. But the most common knowledge became that it was a power source unlike the world had ever seen. However, I can tell you now, the unknown sometimes bump back. Especially when experimenting on highly unknown elements. Still, years safely went by and thus I became a developer there. Now, what does any of this got to do with stabbing a bear? Well, ask them that! They started it all. I'm new remember! Though, chaos ensued, and well, I was there. It probably helped that I had proven myself a good fighter in game and that I had some knowledge that could help with the triplets. Oh, but my sister would box my ears if she ever realized how little time I spent learning what the other developers created in the game before I had to go in there on, 'The Mission.' So, this is a story of a mission to save the people in Realm of Ancients. Not those rookies! Oh no, that was just a precurser. AND THERE WAS THE BEAR! Sorry, I had trouble getting over it. But that specific moment changed things. -- -- Hi! This is a project I have started for the fun. This is not your typical comedy. Yes, I added quite a bit humour to the story, BUT as things go into the eye of the storm the character will face challenges that hits him down. So it is not comedy in every chapter. But what do they say, when you've hit bottom, only way to go is up! :D I am always open to suggestions that might take the story to new heights, so you all are welcome to discuss the story in the comments. Just remember the all important SPOILER tags. ;) -Omri - I'd truly appreciate if you rate the story and leave reviews as we go. ;)

A Fate Shaped by Magick
This fiction was (and is) published on fanfiction dot net under the same title; though as I slowly transfer it to here, I am editing and smoothing it. This story takes place in the Elder Scrolls (TES) Universe mostly ending up in Morrowind. This is a slice of life meant to answer the questions of how (in the TES universe) do mages study and learn, and exploring some of the in-game differences between TES 2 and 3. This book has minimal spoilers for the Morrowind main quest and does not fully explore it. If you think that giant insects would make cool pets - if you like the idea of exploring magic NOT intended simply as killing something better, faster or more gore-ridden, then come on in and enjoy.
