Sorry about the long wait I've been helping a buddy do a faq for a class project.Can't even look at my 3ds right now.This week there shouldn't be such a gap in time.Here's the next one.

Lesley/Laverna and I make great time heading for Mega tower.By the time we get there only 6 minutes have passed which if you consider we are on foot and 15 miles from the tower in the first place that's not bad.Would've been faster but I was pacing myself my damn power was taking its sweet ass time recovering.My stamina wasn't holding up so well either as I was winded.

Laverna gave me a worried look.The only people who should be winded from that were enhanceds.Gratefully I had my hood up so she couldn't see my whole face.I gave her a fake smile and said to get ready.

The outside was still mobbed with reporters wanting to know about the bright flash that came from the moon.Since the plan was to go in from the front they needed to be clear.I pulled hard on my near non-existent powers and put the best illusion of Santa Clause in front of them.Everyone took off screaming.

"Oh that was cruel and downright devious Ash."Laverna says.

"It's Rogue cuz, and I thought it was funny."I grin.

Now with our opening we rush in both of us take care of everyone in the lobby pretty quickly.Our powers would put kidnappers to shame.After everyone was knocked out I made sure to take care of the pesky auto turrets hidden in the walls and ceilings.My x-ray and thermal pointing out all cameras and other devices we make quick time to the elevators.

"I never knew x-ray and thermal could be used like that!Dammit wish I'd gotten one of those some of my heists would've been so easy!"She says with mild jealousy.

I smirk then pry open the doors wich was much harder than usual.Man I need rest.We take off for the 20th floor where I remembered the lab being.Turns out climbing an elevator shaft is easy when you have mastered parkour.Ha what's a useless skill now Inari!Laverna on the other hand was having a hard time she couldn't bounce off the walls as easily so I grabbed her and threw her on my back as she gave out an indignant yelp.

"I could've done it!"She says with a pout.

"Of course! It would've taken you about an hour and then...... We would've been caught."I say with a much sarcasm as possible.

"Hey normally there is a plan for this plus not all of us have fox abilities!"She yells

"This is just parkour mixed with speed and strength."I say simply

"I've learned a little of that but I have never used it like this!"

"What?Aren't you some bigshot thief!?"I mock her

"Hey I plan all of my targets down to the finest detail I don't go charging straight in!"I could tell she was starting to get a little pissed.After all I was the one who asked for her help.Who am I to judge her skills.

"Besides how did you master it?Your mom just found out about your abilities so she didn't teach you?(Uh oh)You.....How long have you had powers?"she finally asks with narrowed eyes.

"little over 3 years."I say keeping my eyes up.

"You bastard!I could've used your help for so long now!I've had mine 4 months!And your giving me shit for not having mastered parkour!?I am so telling your mom!"my face pales.

Shit!Knew that was gonna bite me in the ass.We finally reach the 20th floor and I make sure to take care of any security on the other side of the door.We finally emerge and I recognize the hallway its the one where I stopped with Inari.I take off for the lab.

"Halt!"As we come into the lab we hear a yell.We turn and then both laugh.The voice belonged to a hero that prioritizes martial arts and gadgets.Tactic.He has no powers whatsoever.

"Whats so funny villains!"Our soon to be knocked out hero yells.

"You do it Laverna I can't stop laughing this is who they left to guard this place?The dude barely makes C-list."

She just waves her hand and we both look at the even more pissed off Tactic.But then nothing happens.She waves her hand again and again but still nothing.She looks at me.

"Shit."We say in unison.

Tactic pull out a remote and smiles."I know all about your little tricks Laverna.You and your new little sidekick are not stealing anything today!This remote jams all superpowers.Now surrender you have no chance against me."He says with smug satisfaction.

Laverna actually looks worried.I on the other hand am not.Sure my superpowers may be blocked but jokes on him.I point a finger at the remote and shoot out a small bolt of lighting and blast the remote outta his hand.He looks at it in shock then Laverna takes him down.

"Nice job cu-Are you alright!"She hurries to my side as im hunched over and panting hard.That small bolt almost made me pass out from exhaustion.

"Im fine we need to get this done.Upload the virus while I get my blood samples."She looks at me hard and nods.

"After this I'm telling your mother to quarantine your ass in your room.I don't think you've told us everything yet and it pisses me off."She walks toward a computer and promises her voice laced in anger.

One of these days I really need to find out why the women in my family are so protective and why they always seem to know when I'm hiding something.

I start sniffing around for my blood and pick up the scent.I locate it in a fridge and pull it out.It's a tiny slide with a few drops.I put in my pocket.Which are apparently bottomless according to Darknesses notes.Laverna comes up to me and says she is done.I make sure there is nothing else.And get ready to head out.But then I notice something.A recently familiar device.Turns out Tech left one his teleportation devices so I decide to pocket that as well.

We don't leave the same way we entered instead we take the way Inari found last time I was here.Laverna couldn't make the jump so I put her on my back again and took off.

"I love it when a plan comes together!"I say smugly on our way back."Although I wish I had a cigar at this moment."

"You smoke!"She yells in my ear and I slam into the building im currently jumping over.

"No it's a reference dammit!"Why do people have to yell in my ear mid fucking air!She rolls her eyes.

"That wasn't really a plan that was more of a matter of extreme fucking luck."She says pouring a bucket of water over my joy.

"Why do women not want me to be happy?"

"We do its just we want you to be happy under our circumstances."She says seriously which manages to make me far more scared of my family than I was previously.

"Ok what the fuck!?"I stop and ask her.

"What?"She tilts her head and asks.

"Don't give me that shit!Why are the women in our family so over the top with me!Tim, Jack, and Roger never had to put up with half the shit I did over the years!"

She looks at me and sighs."Im sorry but I can't tell you yet.One day maybe but not yet."Then she takes off again.

I just stood there more confused than ever.Just what the hell happened?I take off after her.

We continue silently the rest of the way and as we start nearing the suburbs.My oh shit you're about to get hit sense activated.Before I am I immediately pull out Tech's teleportation device hit the coordinates for aunt Sophies and throw it at Lesley.

"What are yo-"she disappears in a flash and that hit I knew was coming connects.

Im hit so hard I pass through the building im on at an angle and slam into the street making a small crater.I get to my feet unsteadily and look at my attackers.Surprise surprise it's the motherfucking Mega Force.

"Don't you guys have anything better to do then oh I don't not fuck with me?"

"You broke into my lab and stole some samples and erased some data.Which should be impossible by the way.And you are wondering why we are attacking you Rogue?Tech says with look that pretty much screamed moron.

"Fair point but weren't you guys supposed to be on the moon?Even with Megas speed making it back that fast shouldn't be possible."

"You think minor teleportation is the extent of my genius?"He replies with a huff."

"You had stuff and information that didn't belong to you I was taking it back."I say trying to stall and think of a plan.

"Oh and what stuff would that be?"Mysticism speaks up."That stuff and information wouldn't happen to be about you now would it?"My head whips to her.This wasn't starting to sound good.

"You see I am not your average mage.I have studied and battled countless creatures and fought in many wars in several dimensions.So if you think an Angelic Mind Nuke is gonna work against me you have another thing coming."She says with anger and power laced into her voice.

"While it did catch me off guard and I was affected when I watched the video of what happened I knew what it was.All it took was a simple spell and my memories returned.Sadly I can't do so for my other members.However that doesn't change the fact that we are going to take you and this time you won't escape As-"

"Enough!I'm tired of your shit!"I've had enough, they came again to dish out their brand of justice again.This time they most definitely have no proof(As I just got rid of it)!They were all just going on the word of that bitch.They could go for me just for breaking into the tower but no I can see she told them I was on trial with them and they are pissed that someone got away from their impenetrable illegal prison.However only she knows my name otherwise Tech would have used my name earlier.So its time for me to get rid of my morals to actually fight and not get my ass handed to me and for that I needed power.

I went into myself where my elements sat and demanded the give me their powers.There was going to be no holding back I was going to have to go all in.At first they resisted.I could hear an ice cold voice telling me not to be stupid but I didn't care I yanked the power from them and felt it hit me like a tsunami.Power surged through me more than I ever felt before.AS the power washed over me I heard the voice one last time.

"You won't have long 5 minutes at best and after that your gonna be done for."As the voice faded I smiled because that was more than enough time.This time I wasn't going to be on the sidelines no.

This time its my turn.
