My night was exhausting as hell.Apparently your not allowed to stop until they say so.It wouldn't have been such a problem if I wasn't already dead tired, but one part of my body betrayed me.The girls were surprised to find I was a kitsune and asked why I didn't show before.I told them that I normally use Illusions to hide my ears and tail.Another fun fact I learned apparently male kitsune are mostly assholes and that they are generally forbidden from sleeping with anyone not kitsune.The girls were pleasantly surprised that I was more than willing and that I don't give a damn about kitsune ways.Not that their ways applied to me in the first place.Surprisingly they didn't ask about why a kitsune was living with humans.Although I could tell they were curious up until they left.

It was a already afternoon by the time they left as we were up really late.Plus I really needed the sleep.No one was home so I made a quick breakfast.While eating I thought over everything and kept coming back to one thing.

"Fuck.I gotta break into Mega Tower don't I?"I knew I had to do this today to get my name and blood out of their system.I watched the news and reporters kept showing up to the tower but the B-listers kept saying the team was still on the moon trying to find the cause of the flash of light.So I still had some time.I also need to take care of the warehouse.Can't have them getting my blood again.I thought about maybe "taking care" of Cindy as well but that may be an avenue of safety, plus the fact that my mind jumped to killing her first scared the hell outta me.

With the girls still down I had no backup.I thought about asking Sam and Clare but decided against it, they were too wild of a card to mess with.

But then I remembered I'm part of a family of thieves who better than to help me still than the great thief Laverna herself.With my gameplan set I started to suit up.Thanks to instructions left by Darkness I could use the suit perfectly.All I had to do was call up my dark element and the suit would respond wrapping around me.All my dark thoughts dove to the front of my mind begging to be acted upon but I fought them down.It was hard I barely have any power besides my super ones, but I'm gonna need the dark element for my plan.

I set out for the warehouse first.Upon arrival I could see that it was tapped off and that there was a squad car out front.I flipped on x-ray to make sure no one was inside then snuck onto the roof.

Then I place my hand on the building and activated foxfire.Then darkness for my plan to work I need to be absolutely sure that all evidence is gone and the devouring flame was the best for the job.Darkness said the smallest flame could eat a house in a hour.Well I wonder how fast a wave will eat a warehouse.I put half of my remaining energy into the flames and fled.

I hid under a semi my suit using the shadows to hide me. As I watched the building burn I saw firefighters and heroes alike try to put it out but none of them stood a chance.To the ones that caught fire I put it out as I still didn't want to be murderer.In 30 minutes the building was gone.I secretly put out the fire and left.

1 hour later I knew my aunt would be getting Lesley from school so I waited for them.As they made it back to the car my aunt saw me sitting on the hood of her car and threw a knife at me!

"Holy shit aunt Sophie its me!"I barely dodged that!Thank you Inari!

"I know the tail gave you away. Your mother told me about you last night.However I don't like people sitting on my car."She replied with a grin.

She had a bitchin 67'mustang custom.My aunt loves her car.I think more than even her daughter.She almost castrated her husband Chris when he winged it.I've seen the scar.Dad, Uncle Tom, and I had to hide him for a week.I wasn't hiding my tail and ears to save energy plus I'm tired of hiding them when I relly don't need to.

"You know I didn't believe her when she said you had a tail but I'll be damn!To think you not only got all of the family gifts.You also stumbled upon some extras.You are one lucky kid you know that?"She says while unlocking the car and motions for me to get in.Lesley gives me a hug and we set off.

"Lucky isn't the word I'd use.The past month has been hell."I saw both their faces drop when I said that.

"Your mother told me.To think the fucking heroes had some bullshit setup like that!"She says with disgust.

"Don't worry cuz we are family and family sticks together!Except for Roger that little bastard can die!"Lesley says and Aunt Sophie gives an approving nod.

"Is it really so bad that he's a hero?"I ask.

"No but when he goes after his own family for his justice then it is.I mean his own father!He even almost caught Lesley gratefully I helped her otherwise he would have."My aunt replies.

A few minutes later we pull up to their house and go in and sit down.They both look at me and ask what I need.I look at Lesley

"How do you feel about breaking into Mega tower cuz?"

They both look at me in shock.Then they turn to each other and grin."Well nephew you really are a Laverna!"My aunt laughs.

I then explain my need for doing so and they both nod and say that it's my only choice really.Then they ask if I have a plan.

"Yea but first I gotta ask Lesley whats your rare ability?"Im hoping for thermal, aura, or x-ray.

"Same as mom nightvision why?"She replies.

"I was gonna have you take out the cameras or guards if you had any of the other sights but guess I'll take care of that.So here's the plan in full.We are going in and we are going in fast.Right through the front door."They both look at me as if I was insane.But I hold up my hand and tell them to her me out.

"With our abilities it won't be hard plus the place probably only has a few B-listers at best.Just take their air and knock them out as we move.I'm going to take care of the cameras and guards Im going to need you to upload this (I hand her a thumb drive) in any computer while I make my way down to the lab to find my blood."

"How are you going to find it and what does this do?"She asks while holding up the thumb drive.

"Simple (I point to my nose) I have excellent smell.That by the way is a virus I designed when I was 15 and hacked the CIA, the bastards had a file on me for hacking before and I needed it erased.So I made that to make the name Ash Falls disappear from any system."I say.

"Holy shit kid how fucking smart are you!"They look at me in shock.

"Eh."I just shrug.

I could tell that annoyed them as they both did the family eye twitch.

"I figure with the both of us they don't stand a chance in hell.So what do you say?"

Lesley looks at me and nods."I'm in give me a sec to get suited up and we can head out."She heads to her room and aunt Sophie ask if I want anything to drink.I nod and sit back.I watch her head off to the kitchen and marvel at how her, mom, and Lesley all look alike.Same long dark hair with a tinge of red.Same green eyes.Same facial features.Hell even same height.If they were all the same age you wouldn't be able to tell them apart.Must be a family thing because Jack, Tim, Uncle Tom, and I all look alike as well.Although im still fucking short!My brothers should pass me in height soon.

I get my drink and wait.Next thing I know I'm being shaken awake.Startled I look up and see my aunt with a look of worry on her face.

"Ash are you ok?Your mom said you came home in burnt clothes and you didn't look to well.Even now you look a little pale.Are sure your up for this?"I smile and tell her I'm fine.She frowns but lets it go.However I know she is going to tell mom.For some reason the women in my family have always doted on me whenever I was sick.I tried asking once but they just said it was something that happened when I was younger.

I hear Lesley come back into the room and get up.She is in a dark purple dress that's cut and only covers one leg.She has black leggings and black gloves.A simple mask that covers her eyes and a Black shawl is wrapped over her mouth and shoulders.

"Lets rob some heroes shall we."I just grin.
