Author’s corner: HELLO HELLO! TODAY’S DELAY BROUGHT TO YOU BY LAZYNESS AND HUGE CHPATERS!

ANYWAY, I had the chapter done since yesterday night, but I was really tired by the time I finished, so I decided to leave the upload for today (Cause tables), so yeah. I’m not asking for forgiveness.

ALSO, CRAFTING DAYO! Nuff said. Well, not exactly gear crafting, but we do get some really nice (and adorably terrifying) crafting going on today. From the looks of how things are going, the next two chapters will also involve heavy crafting as I still have a LOT to go through. (To list: Gon’s weapon Gon’s weapons’ upgrades and a special package(totally not a new costume for LT. Totally not.)) *whistles innocently*

ALSO(2), on the quiz side, here are the correct answers: The joke title is “Owner of the cutest pet ever!”, and the one to get it correctly first was FSGInsainity! (sorry fsb5, but I can’t really accept edits as answers as you might have changed it later…) Cookies for you! Now, for the second question, the correct answer was: FOUR walls! And sadly no one got the correct answer *makes sad face*, now put down the pitchforks because I’ll explain. The question was: “how many times did Gon get launched through a wall?”

through

(thro͞o)

prep.

1. In one side and out the opposite or another side of: went through the tunnel.

While he did have a nice date with vertical limitations in other battles, the only times he actually went through a wall were only four. Twice at the beginning town with Wallace, once at Sol’s right after the dungeon, and once again with Ol… Wallace at the leatherworker’s workshop. Well, better luck next time guys! (I might have missed one or another, so feel free to remind me which one and get a bonus cookie)

Have a nice read!

----

After asking around Lord Wich and Co for a blacksmith shop I could go around using while crafting my items. After receiving a letter from lord Wich for himself that gave me clearing to use, he pointed me towards a certain blacksmith shop that was owned by his brother’s company.

Knowing that it was about to get hot, I asked the girls if they were going to follow me or do something else meanwhile.

While Yuu decided to stick around with a strange dubious expression, Hanbei, Crys and Yami decided to go prepare the food for our travel, so they went shopping. Lastly, I finally managed to convince Ozzur to leave the game for some time so he could get a rest.

All said and done, I went forward with finding Lily who was sleeping on the room lent to her. I then asked Rio to tell her where I would be after she wakes up, but…

The little wyvern went ahead and woke the sleeping undine up so she could tell her that I would be starting up the forge ahead of her.

“…Rio… Didn’t I tell you to wait until she wakes up?” I asked annoyed.

“Eh? You did?” The little wyvern said confused.

“Yeah… Look, she spent up a good time awake recently, so you should let her sleep a bit more.” I said while awaiting outside of the room before turning to the door and knocking on it. “Lily, you can go back to sleep. I’ll probably be working for a long time anyway.”

“Hnn… It’s fine… Teacher.” Lily replied between yawns. “I actually managed to sleep a little in the cave, so I’m already refreshed.” She said. “Just let me change back into my work clothes.”

I sighed before shrugging it off, then I turned towards Rio and gave her a quick scolding about waking people up like that. Surprisingly enough, she didn’t complain too much and quickly apologized, both to me and Lily.

With that, we had to wait around for Lily to finish changing her clothes, so we stayed on the corridor outside of her room, and I didn’t miss the scene where Lieutenant passed in front of us while carrying a wooden plan and a hammer with him, carefully examining all the walls on the way in search for holes.

He gave me a quick salute and said that he was clearing away the enemies point of access to the battlefield, and that he would be unavailable until he finished his mission. I nodded and waved him off with a salute.

Amused by the scene, Yuu smiled for a moment before leaning on the wall behind her.

“Neeh, Shishou. What are you going to make this time?” She asked me after some moments of silence.

“Well.” At her words I suddenly stopped to think. Yeah, what exactly would I make out of the matriarch’s material? “Hmm… For starters… Probably a weapon.” I said after some time thinking.

“Heeh, another weapon?” She asked curious. “What kind of weapon?”

“Well… Either a Great Sword or a Hammer.” I said readily. “Well, I could go for a piece of armor to be honest, but I don’t feel the need for any kind of big upgrade when it comes to defense right now. That, and I don’t think I have enough material for making a whole suit of armor and still have spare room for possible mistakes.”

“I see.” Yuu said after stopping to think for a moment. “Muu, then… If you are going to base it on that game… Will they be a raw power weapon?”

“Aye.” I nodded. “As of right now, all my weapons are either based on numerous weak attacks or, in the case with my long sword, I need to spend a bit too much time setting up attacks links to deal enough damage. That, and most of my attacks require some kind of preemptive position to be used, which isn’t exactly that easy to pull off.”

“I see.” Yuu said and once again stopped to think for a moment with a frown. “Then, wouldn’t a hammer be a better idea?” I blinked for a moment while staring at Yuu, before finally nodding in agreement.

“Yeah… Right now all my weapons either pierce or cut, neither have a really high impact.”

“Fu fu!” Yuu laughed cheerfully, making me smile a bit.

“Anyway, I might also take this chance to upgrade my older weapons.” I said while remembering the pathetic damage my bow was doing against the spider.

“Huh? Upgrade?” I heard Lily asking surprised as she left the room already dressed up for job, in think resistant clothes and carrying a smithing apron on one hand. “You mean… You can upgrade gear you already crafted?”

“Yeah. I made that test back with Torg some time ago. It seems that it’s possible to update an item’s status if I used different materials.” I said before making a quick explanation of how it worked, to which Lily nodded with a serious look as if I was going to put that in a test or something.

“I see… So there’s also that way of working around it.” The undine said impressed as we made our way towards the smithy.

“Yep. And this might be wrong, but I feel that the fact that the impaler is mostly a fire-based monster might make the upgrade occur a lot easier than anything.” I explained to her. “That said, I don’t plan on substituting anything, more like building on top of what I have right now.”

“And you think that with the new materials used, the performance will increase?”

“At least I hope so. After all, the material used as a basis isn’t as strong as the ones I have right now with the spider dead.” As I said that, I blinked then turned to Aura who gave me a cold glance. “Sorry, no offense.”

Aura stared at me for some time before finally sighing and looking away annoyed. I laughed wryly before resting my hand on top of her head and caressing her head a bit.

“Coming to think of it, there has been quite some time since shishou made something for himself, hasn’t it?” Yuu said, to which I nodded.

“Yeah, most of the time I was making things to train blacksmithing and selling rather than crafting seriously.” I said with a nod. I mean, I can’t get as hyped up to make something for others than when I make it for myself. That, and I didn’t have enough material to make it anyway, so not much use there.

“Is it any different?” Lily made the obvious question, to which I couldn’t really bring myself to answer without sounding petty, so I did what any sensible person would do instead.

“A bit… Anyway, Lily, I guess this will be the first time you are going to see me getting serious about the job, right?” I asked her trying to chance the subject slightly. She blinked surprised for a moment before nodding. “Well, after what you told me in the cave, I guess I should tell you this, but… What you probably wanted to learn when you started studying under me is probably this.”

“Really?” She asked me excited, to which I nodded. “Then, what are you going to teach me?” As she said that, she quickly held my arm as her eyes shone with a child’s excitement.

“I have absolutely no idea.” I replied proudly.

“…Huh…?”

“Shi-Shishou…”

As the three simply stared at me in shock and confusion, and yes, Aura was also included there, all I could do was simply shrug while smiling awkwardly.

“Look, that’s the problem right there. I’m not sure how to explain what exactly I’m doing there, so I can’t really tell you what you should do yourself, you see?” As I said that, Lily stared blankly at me for some time before finally nodding.

“So, basically… I’ll have to learn by watching?” She said with a sigh.

“Sorry for being an incompetent teacher.” I replied sadly. “But there isn’t much I can do if I don’t know what I’m doing myself. That said, feel free to ask me whenever you don’t understand and I can at least try to explain my reasoning.”

She nodded while putting on a pensive expression.

After some time of walking, we reached the forge, and after showing the document to the guard, he quickly opened the door to us and started lighting up the forge for me. I gave a quick look around got acclimatized with this new smithy.

The forge was a bit smaller than the one at Torg’s, but from what the guard told me while heating it up, it could get a lot hotter than what Torg had. I nodded while taking that into account before finally dumping all the material I had on a nearby table.

That included the smaller spiders body parts, both my and Lily’s share, the new ore and the matriarch’s parts. Making sure to leave them separated in different corners of the room, I finally sat down in the middle of them and started looking around while trying to find my options.

I mean, yeah, I do have the weapon as a final target, but I don’t think that it would be good idea to go straight into trying to build it without first getting a feel of how to work with these materials.

Which leads to a second problem.

“…How do I transform shells into weapons?”

“What do you mean, teacher?” Lily asked while she sorted out a part of the smithy for her own use.

“I just thought about it right now, but how the hell am I supposed to change a piece of shell into a blade or hammer?” I asked while looking at the shell of a smaller impaler with my hands. “If it was armor it would be simple. Heck, all I’d need to do was probably add a hook then tie it with strings if I was lazy… But how do I make weapons out of these?”

“What do you mean exactly?” Lily asked me confused, so I quickly passed her the shell.

“Think about it. Say that we find a way to shape it how we want, and prepare all the pieces so that all we need to do is assemble them.” I explained while looking at the piece in my hands. “Even if we have everything done, we still need to find a way to fixate them in place so that the weapon won’t fall into pieces after one attack.”

“Ah! Like how we heat two pieces of metal before hammering them together?” Lily asked surprised, to which I nodded. “I see… So we don’t have a way to weld them together.” She said with a surprised nod.

“Yeah… I’ll have to look into it before I start working with these. Maybe I’ll need to use an acid or something.” I said with a grimace before shaking my head. “Well, since we hit one unexpected wall on weapon-crafting...”

“…But we didn’t even begin crafting teacher…”

“Don’t bother with the details.” I waved away her needless worry before turning to the side. “And you. Don’t go eating those ores, as tasty as they are, I’m going to be using them!” I said to the sprite that was happily picking a big chunk of ore from the pile.

The scorpion shaped sprite stopped in its tracks and turned to me confused, so I sighed before raising myself and pulling up the sprite from near the ores and putting it on my shoulder. It looked at me confused for a moment before slumping sadly.

That’s unfair…

Picking a small piece of the ore, I quickly gave it to the pebble before putting the rest of it on the now blazing hot forge. With it going at full strength, the girls had already put up their countermeasures against the heat. Lily putting on the heat resistant ring while Yuu and Aura started using their localized cold spells.

Deciding to start with the easiest part, I quickly started the process of smelting down the ores into ingots before turning towards Rio.

“Come here.” I called the wyvern, who blinked surprised.

“What happened, Stone-mister?” She asked while flying closer to me.

“Well, I kinda decided to give you something since some time ago, so I need to take a good look on you while I decide on what to make.” I said while making a motion for her to land on the table besides me.

Rio didn’t exactly seem to understand what I meant, but she happily complied, landing besides me and startling the pebble up as she playfully passed near it.

Once she calmed down and stood still on the table I put my hand on her chin and raised it a bit. She blinked surprised but didn’t fight back. For some time I went around seeing the shape of her body closely so I could have a better idea of how big she was and what I could do for her.

Midway through my examination, when I was stretching her wings to see how they extended, she started giggling cheerfully.

“It tickles!” She said between laughs.

“Is that so?” I said amused. I didn’t exactly expect her to be ticklish when she had scales protecting her body, so this is fairly surprising. “Anyway, I think I have an idea of what I could do for you.” As I said that, I turned to the forge to see if the metal was already heated up.

Having a rough idea of what I was going to do now, I put pebbles down on the table besides Rio, who immediately started nudging the poor scared sprite, and started to form the ingots into the shape I would start working with.

However, right before I started smelting the ingots, something crossed my mind. Thinking for a moment about it, I quickly checked my inventory one more time and saw it laying there.

Well, knowing myself, I probably won’t use this anywhere else, seeing how monster materials are my main source of materials.

Picking the certain thing I’m purposefully not saying what is and throwing it on the forge together with the rest of the ore. If what Torg told me is correct, I probably won’t have to worry about doing anything special.

“What are you going to do now, teacher?” Lily asked while approaching me with her blacksmith apron already put on.

“I’m thinking of making some armor for Rio to be honest.” I explained while waiting for the new addition to also prepare itself and start removing the molten metal from the forge and start removing impurities.

“Armor… For a greater dragon?” Lily said surprised. “Teacher… Are you trying to create a monster or something?”

“Nah. I already did that. Just look at the girl sitting near the entrance knitting and you’ll see my most terrifying creation.” I said while pointing over my shoulders. Lily blinked before turning to Yuu who was calmly practicing her tailoring skills on the corner of the room.

“Do I want to know?” Lily asked me after some time.

“Let’s just say that she could very probably defeat the matriarch in a tenth of the time it took me.” I said with a proud tone, to which Lily simply stared at me in shock.

Hmm… Speaking of which… Maybe…

“So Yuu is much stronger than you?” She asked me surprised, to which I nodded. “Then, why does she calls you that? I mean, it means master, doesn’t it?”

“Well, that’s mostly because of a prank I played on her when we met… And before we knew it, it simply stuck out.” I said with a wry smile while pouring the purified metal into the ingot mold. “That said, the armor I’m making is more for the sake of appearances rather than utility, so it’s not like it’ll be that much of protection.” I stopped for a moment before adding. “Well, aside from one addition that will be really nasty if she uses it.”

Lily nodded before going to help me with the ingots,

I awaited for a moment while the ingot cooled down into its solid form, and a few minutes later we could already see what shape the ingot had taken.

It was quite curious. At first glance, the ingot looked a bit like iron in its texture and shine, however, some lines formed on the top of the metal, taking on a pattern very similar to what looked like scales, being triangular in shape.

Oh, and the ingot also had a deep red coloration. This one is totally my fault.

“Well, taking in account Rio’s size, I think that we may need three or four of these if we want to do what I have in mind.” I said to Lily, who quickly nodded and started pouring down the other ingots for me.

With my own ingot done, I started working on the plans I had. First, I started by taking the still soft ingot and separating a small part of it so that I could reforge it into a plate-like shape on the anvil.

Hammering away the slice of metal until it became thin and wide. From there I started to use the anvil’s edge to make a slight curve over it. Having finished the initial rough shape, I called Rio closer and quickly put the piece against her chest to see if it had a nice fit.

I took it back and made some final adjusts to the piece. Those being making the center of the piece more curved, which Rio said that felt a bit uncomfortable, and the area near the wings, so I could give her a bit more space to flap her wings.

With that done, I also added four spots where I could pass something to lock the chest piece in place with the back piece I was still going to work on.

But after some thought, I quickly cut the piece in parts. If I made it too solid, it would end up making it harder for Rio to move her chest around when flying and doing her air maneuvers. While it isn’t that big of a deal, I thought that I should at least do something that avoided being a burden to her if it wasn’t supposed to be protective in the first place. On the other hand, I also decided to stylize the armor a bit more, by giving it triangular edges using the huge scissor-like press on the heated iron. This made it so that the overlaps reminded scales in its true senses.

While explaining my reasoning to the curious Lily, I quickly got the pieces I had cut down and used a scale-mail technique to bind them together. This should allow for a wider range of movement than a solid piece, and with it already having the correct shape I wouldn’t need to worry about measuring it again.

Having made a more suitable chest piece, I quickly went on to make the back piece in a similar fashion. However, taking in account some future undertakings of mine I decided to also add a couple of other things. One of them was an accessory like add-on that dangled between the area of the wings and the neck, the other was that I didn’t add the scale-like pattern to it for reasons.

Being made of annoyingly tiny chains that I admittedly used some system help to make, I added a sickle like ending that was large enough to fit half of my hand through. Nodding satisfied, I followed with making a bunch of thin and long curved metal stripes. They were large enough so that they could fit around Rio’s neck snuggly, and thin enough that even when I linked them all together, they had so much flexibility that it wouldn’t interrupt her neck movements.

Since I was a bit worried about her being bothered by the weight, I avoided making any of the sheets too thick, before moving to the face protector.

This one was a bit more complex, as not only would I have to account in for the mobility, but also had to worry about line of sight. Grimacing, it took me some minutes of wondering what design I should give it to it.

After some pondering, I decided to go with a face and jaw-guard combo.

I started with shaping a filet of the ingot in a triangular shape that would fit around Rio’s head entirely, and a smaller one that would go under her mouth. Using a rivet to make a hinge, system to allow her to open and closer her mouth without any problems. I ended up stylizing the set with sharper edges to give a more threatening look by adding two layers of metal that stuck out backwards, one near the middle of her head and one near the back. I also took the chance to adding a hole behind the middle spike-layer to serve as a passage for sound, where it also would protect her ears from any attacks that came from the front.

Hmm? Strange? Wasn’t I talking about it only being a visual thingy instead of an actual armor not even ten minutes ago? Meh, whatever.

After opening a hole for the eyes on the armor, I quickly moved on to the final, and most important piece for any possible Rathian to protect.

“Even the tail?” Lily asked me.

“Yup. Rathians’ main weapons are their tails, so protecting it is of utmost importance.” I replied proudly, to which Lily simply stared back confused.

“Then… Do you plan on adding armor to the tail? Or a weapon?” She asked me while I picked up the third ingot from the forge and cut it in slices while it was still hot.

“What do you think?” I asked her back. “I already have an idea in mind, but what would you do?” I asked her.

“What… Would I do?” She asked surprised before stopping to think. “Hmm… You said it’s her main weapon… So we could either improve its effectiveness, or protect it, seeing how it’s actually a part of her body.” She said with a frown.

“And?” I asked while starting to hammer down the slices in the shape I wanted. The undine blinked surprised before thinking for a bit longer. “How would you either improve or protect the tail?”

“Wel… I’d probably do something similar to what you did for the neck.” She said while eyeing the neck armor that laid on the table, with Rio looking at it curiously. “But… Maybe you could add something else?”

“Something else like?”

“Hmm… I don’t know?” She finally admitted with slumping shoulders.

“Why not new tails?” I said while preparing the layered scale-like armor.

“New… Tails?” She blinked before looking down to the armor I was making. However, once she saw me poking some extra holes on the armor she probably got an idea. “I… Think I kind of got it.” She said with a slow nod. “If the tail is the main weapon… Then increasing it in numbers not only make it more damaging, but also makes it that taking damage to one or another isn’t too problematic.”

“Yup. Both offense and defense in one fell swoop.” I explained while pointing to the chain I used on the back armor. “Go make me some more chain-links like that and you’ll see what I have planned.” I said and she nodded before going back to the forge.

As she had said, the tail armor was much alike the neck armor, however I also added some extra spots to add the chain links that I’d use for my plan. With each successful armor slice I made it shorter and shorter to account for the tail thinning near the end, and on the very tip I added a pair of sharp edges that stuck downwards.

I made it so that should she do the backflip correctly, the edge would add some cutting power to the tail sweep. This was to account that Rio’s tail wasn’t like an actual Rathian’s tail that ended up in a mace-like appendage with poison spikes, and instead simply ended up much alike a normal reptile’s tail, which isn’t very powerful looking when you think about it.

By the time I finished linking all the armor plates together with one another using some strong strings I got from Argento some time ago, Lily came back carrying a bunch of thin chains. I started by separating it in four pairs of similar length. One pair being extra-long, and the remaining three pairs having progressively longer lengths starting from very short and ending up a third of the longest duo.

From there I started the linking process. Attaching the two longer chains on each side of the base of the tails and extending it in a v-shape. Afterwards I also attached other pairs to both the tail armor and the chain-tail, with the shortest near the base and the longest on the tip.

At the tip of the two chain-tails I added even more of the blade-like edges in a way that they always faced to the same direction as the tail-blades.

The reason for the chain-links tying the extra-tails and the main tail-armor was so that they wouldn’t keep dragging on the ground when not on use. This way they only leaned a bit downwards instead.

Finally, just because the wings felt a bit too out in the open, I decided to also make some wing armor for Rio.

This, however, proved to be a lot more troublesome than what I originally expected.

Why? Firstly, I had to make sure to at least make it stick to the wing-bone. However, this meant that the metal had to have a really tight turn to fit around the thin member finely.

Then came the fact that I didn’t have anything I could use to make such a delicate work around, so I had to improvise. Using a clamp to hold the thin piece of metal on the very edge of the stripe, I hammered it sideways so that it would at least reach half of the turn I needed it to have.

Afterwards came the difficult part. With the long strip of metal bent along its length in an L shape, I followed the forging process by hammering it while only holding the piece with my hands using a thick leather glove, which didn’t exactly help with the grip.

This botched method of crafting made me end up with some twisted and creased pieces that I had to re-head and start from scratch again.

It took me a few tries, but after some time I finally managed to make the long strips of metal in the shape I wanted. This meant having four of them made, seeing how I would need it to fold around the middle for Rio’s wing to open and close without a problem.

“But this isn’t working.” I complained while testing the attachment to the little wyvern’s wings. While using a tightly fitting shape did help with attaching to the wing bones just fine, the simple rivet hinge didn’t exactly help with the organic movement, and Rio complained about the armor getting uncomfortable whenever she stretched her wings.

“What if you made it so that the rivet can slide along the metal?” Lily said. I turned to her surprised before nodding.

“I see. Give it some room for moving so that it can adapt to her wing position, huh?” I asked.

“Yeah, and making the forewing piece smaller should also help a bit whenever she flap her wings, seeing how she twists it on all possible directions when flying.” Lily explained, to which I looked at her surprised and nodded.

“I sincerely didn’t think of that.” I said with a nod and smiling proudly. “See? You are already bested your teacher in some place!”

“Ah… Hmm… Yess…” She suddenly became embarrassed, leaving me confused.

Even more confusing were the two icy glares I felt boring holes through my back. Turning back slowly, I saw as Yuu and Aura both looked at me with dead eyes.

“T-T-Teacher… Could you… Please?” Lily suddenly asked me.

Blinking confused, I turned back to the undine and finally understood what had happened. Quickly pulling back my hand that had been petting her, I cursed my unconscious reaction to petting when congratulating someone.

“Ermm… I blame Yuu. She conditioned me to this.” I said quickly.

“SHI-SHISHOU!” Yuu said embarrassed from the back of the entrance of the workshop. “…Ermm… Why are you looking at me like that, Aura-san?”

Confused, I turned back and saw a fairly amusing scene where Aura was looking at Yuu with a thankful gaze. Also, it seems that while I wasn’t looking, the pebble had also ran towards Yuu to escape from the playful Rio.

“I don’t mind… I just was caught off guard.” Lily said with an awkward smile. “Though I can understand why Aura and Yuu both seem to enjoy this so much.” She added in a lower voice that I totally didn’t hear.

“Yeah… Anyway, let’s finish this so we can go back to the real work, shall we?” I said while looking at the remains of the red ingot I had been using earlier. With barely anything left, I sighed and knew that I didn’t have much room for error right now.

Following Lily’s suggestions, I took the first part of the wing-armor and expanded the rivet-hole into a more stretched one that allowed for some sliding. I also made it so that the part that linked on the outer-wing bone had a thinner end than the first part, so that it had some free range of movements on the vertical axis too.

After finishing this, I once again tried the armor on Rio and she said that it was a lot more comfortable than before.

“Teacher… Wasn’t this supposed to be only cosmetic?” Lily said as we finished all the pieces.

“I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Armor is supposed to protect, right?” I said while dodging her eyes.

“Is this all for me, Stone-mister?” Rio asked as she looked at the whole armor set laid on the top of the table.

“Yep.” I said. “That said, I might have gotten a bit carried away…” I said with a helpless tone while scratching my cheek.

“Then I want to try it! It’s a present from Stone-mister!” She said happily.

SUCH A GOOD GIRL!

While taking up the pieces and helping them all on Rio, I made some final adjustments to the armor by adding some leather paddings on the places she complained that was a bit uncomfortable before finally putting it all up on her.

How can I say this… If she was the size of her mother, she would be downright scary right now. With a white scale body and wearing red armor, the coloration gave this strange crusader-like appearance to her. The spike-like scales increasing the aggressiveness of her appearance while the chain-tails looked a bit majestic, maybe a bit reminiscing of a phoenix or something.

But it seems to be a rule that anything small, no matter how threatening, can only appear adorable.

“Doesn’t it feel heavy?” I asked Rio as I saw her moving around with a bit of difficulty.

“Hmm… Not too much.” She replied with a shake of her head. “Mommy said that I must always be thankful for presents. And this is my first present from stone-mister, so I’ll use it a lot!”

SUCH A GOOD GIIIIIRLLLLL! SORRY FOR SCOLDING YOOOOU!

Congratulations. You have created an armor-set for Wyverns. Please choose your work’s name:(_________)

-----

Author’s corner: Well, today, instead of a quiz, I shall use this corner to be lazy and have you guys give ideas for the Set name! The requirements is that it at least take in account one of the three following considerations:

1. Rathians are known as the queen of the earth (Rioreia is the Japanese name of Rathian)

2. The armor is dark red

3. The main attack of the armor involves using the tail.

4. Rio is an adorable little wyvern… Wait, this have nothing to do with the armor! Forget this one.

Although I do have a nice idea for a name, I’m always open for someone coming up with a better name, so if someone finds one that actually satisfies me, you get a cookie!

(totally not being lazy here, okay?)
