When I hear that song

It brings back a memory

Something as little as riding the bus

Or even just a feeling I felt

Many songs bring me back

To pain I used to have

Feelings that stuck with me for awhile

A moment where I was in tears

I still listen to it

And it's still my favorite

Because even though it's attached with memories

All these feelings are just temporary

Music is still my comfort

These songs help me through it

Because they remind me that I'm not alone

And it'll all get better in the end
