Dear Mia,

So the first night didn't go as planned.

I mean,

The fire was supposed to keep us warm,

Not set my hair on fire.

It's cute that you find it funny,

How I slept too close to the fire,

And now parts of my blond hair has turned ginger.

I was lucky that I don't have random bald patches,

And by the way,

Thanks for putting the fire out and saving me,

Even though the water was freezing cold

And I could have caught hypothermia.
