IT'S been a while since I last saw him. I feel empty without him. I still remember all of our happy memories together, but I guess somethings must come to an end.

How could I forget the last moment I saw him before I left. The feeling of betrayal and pain is still fresh in my heart as if it happened just yesterday.

It all happened so fast, I just left without saying a word to anyone. I resigned as a dancer, packed my things, booked a ticket and left. Not knowing that I was carrying someone that will eventually remind me of him, but she was the best thing that could ever happen to me. My baby.

My daughter asked, while hugging her favorite pony that was given to me by the person I once loved and still do. Her eyes full of hope and It was begging for my answer.

I said while slowly caressing her hair.

I really love my daughter.

I pulled the duvet onto her chest, kissed her forehead and slowly walked away.

While I was walking down the hallway, My phone suddenly rang. I picked It up as soon as I saw the caller.

I said

Anne asked.

Anne said.

"Also I'm sure Tita che misses you. Vice changed a lot since you left, He no longer jokes often and all your fans has been wondering where you are. No one really knows what happened between you too but I know you have a reason"

I said defeated by the fact that this is the right time ro finally meet him after 3 years.

I guess this is it.

I woke up early and did my morning routine. I decided to go out and cook pancake for my baby girl, which is her favorite.

My baby said with her cute little sleepy voice.

I said before carrying her to sit on the chair.

Jaice said with her excited tone.

Oh my, my heart is full of love for my cute little princess.

I said while looking at her eating happily.

Jaice asked, face full of curiosity. I whispered the last word but I'm sure she heard it.

Her face is full of joy.

I said while pinching her cheeks. She jumped out of her sit and jump happily before doing her cute happy dance. She ran up to me and hugged me. I hugged her back and this feeling inside me now.

I felt something shaking me awake so I slowly opened my eyes and greeted by that beautiful brown eyes. My baby said while still shaking me lightly. I gently asked her.

Her eyes started tearing up so I decided to get up before she cry for real.

Hah! Finally. The feeling of warm air hit me that reminds me that I'm back in here. Philippines. I let myself get pulled by her until we reach the one and only Anne Curtis. I'm surprised that she wasn't surrounded by people. She must've talked to someone to arrange it.

I asked to satisfy my curiosity. Yep. She's definitely Anne Curtis. Still loud as ever and I love her for it.

I said, interrupting the both of them. They both looked at me and nodded.

I shouted as soon as I entered the house. My eyes were roaming around trying to find Nanay. I stopped looking around when my eyes landed on Nanay. Her eyes widened, mouth gaped in shock. Tears started tearing down her cheeks and ran to hug me.

Nanay said while still crying. Hugging me tight as if she was scared of me leaving again. I also started crying and hugged her closer.

Nanay asked while gently moving backwards to release the hug. But she was still holding my arm. I got quite for a second before answering She looked at me for a moment before she started explaining.

Mahabang lintayang paliwanag ni Nanay. Wow. I can't believe that he did all of that for me. He broke my heart but he doesn't deserve this.

before I can even respond, someone spoke behind me. It was my daughter.

Nanay kneeled in front of her to face Jaice. Nanay looked at me before turning her gaze back to Jaice. Nanay asked while still looking at Jaice. Gently holding her hands up to her face.

She raised her three fingers with that cute goofy smile, showing her deep dimples.

I can see her eyes glittering with joy.

Sabi ko bago lumakad palabas ng bahay. Pero nasa pinto pa lang ako nang may makita ako na may kausap pala si Anne. Medyo pamilyar yung likod nung lalaki. Pero bago ko pa sila malapitan ay naglakad na ito paalis papunta sa sasakyan nya at umandar na paalis. Hindi ko na nakita ang mukha nya kaya ipinagbaliwala ko na lang ito.

sabi ko habang sabay kaming naglalakad papasok sa loob.

We continued chatting on some random things until we reach the dining room where we sat down and prayed before we started eating.

Anne suggested which isn't a bad idea so we can roam around.

Anne said her last goodbye.

After Anne left I turned to look at Nanay and asked

Oh that explains why Nanay is the only one here when I arrived.

I was busy unpacking our things and bringing it in the closet when I heard my daughter asked me. That made me stop what I was doing.

That made chuckle

Sabi ko bago ko iabot ang kamay ko kay baby Jaice.

Sabi nya habang nakaway kay nanay. Nakita ko naman na ngumiti din si nanay bago kumaway pabalik.

Pagkadating namin sa park ay nagpabili agad si baby Jaice ng ice cream. Syempre binilihan ko dahil minsan kailangan din pagbigyan ang mga bata sa ganyang bagay. Bumili din ako para sa akin. Bibilihan ko din sana si Anne kaso tumanggi siya kaya hinayaan ko na.

Pinapanood ko lang si Anne at baby na maglaro sa may playground mula dito sa bench habang nakain pa din ng ice cream. Natigilan naman ako nang may narinig akong tumawag ng pangalan ko.

My heart pace started beating fast upon hearing that familiar voice. I slowly turned around and there he was. Vice.

His voice was hoarse and desperate for my explanation. His eyes is also red.

I couldn't hold back my tears so i just let it fall out of my eyes.

Ice cream on my hands had been forgotten and started melting dripping in my hand like my tears.

He sat next to me removing the cone in my hand before replacing it with his hand.

Paliwanag ni Vice sa akin.

So sa loob ng tatlong taon na nasayang dahil sa makasarili kong desisyon na umalis ay dahil lang sa maling pagkakaintindi ko.

I said. My hands were shaking because of regret and disappointment.

Sabi ko habang tinuturo kung nasaan ang anak namin. Tinignan nya kung saan ako nakaturo bago sabihin na Tanong niya sa akin.

Tumingin naman siya sa akin bago sila lumapit sa amin. Binigyan ko naman si Anne ng makahulugan na tingin na mulhang nakuha nya naman. She mouthed 'I'll just wait in the car." I nodded. Tumingin naman sa akin ang anak ko gamit ang kanyang mapatanong na mata.

Her words got cut off after her gaze landed on someone beside me. Her father.

As soon as I said that she walked up to him and hugged him tight.

I inched closer to hug them both. Finally at last, i feel contented. This feels like home.

We both said at the same time. He looked deeply in to my eyes. And said the word I've been longing to.

I feel like my heart will burst out by hearing that wonderful three words that can make a person's world stop spinning.
