I sigh as I close my diary, since I was less busy today I decided to write down some things in my diary. Mama is in the compound gisting with her best friend, mama Faisal ,so I decided to stay in my room since all they have been talking about is old people stuff. Aisha wanted visiting but with all the issue of Bashir which she have to solve, I told her to just stay back and think about how she would tell her dad about him . After all ,he is coming back from Zaria today.

I really felt for Aisha, she really love Bashir and I pray they end up together. That is why I don't like this love of a thing, when you fall in love it's so hard to fall out of it. I just pray everything goes her way In shaa Allah.

I decided to join the old ladies inside the compound. I greeted mama Faisal with a smile.The woman is warm and has a good heart and I know she also want Faisal and I to end up together . no one knows the future.

"my daughter how are you ?" asked mama Faisal with a smile

" I'm fine Inna, how is everyone at home " I asked. I usually call her Inna since she is just like a mother to me ,she and my mom knew each other since before I was born.

" They're all fine " mama Faisal answered given me her best motherly smile.

They continued whatever they were talking about and I just nod when they ask for my opinion. Few of the things they were asking about was about the type of cloth they would buy for her daughter's wedding and so on and I only voice my opinion when I'm asked.

Her third child Hindatu is getting married soon. She is the kind of girl that love any thing that got to do with marriage talk and mama Faisal as a mother don't want her to do something that will tarnish the family's name. That was why they made a decision to just marry her off to one of their cousin. She is just 16 years but what that girl can do is more than what a 20yrs old lady can't do and she hasn't even finish her secondary education yet. I just pray she grow up when she gets married . The marriage is just two month from now and her anko is already set so the only thing is for the bride mother side to bring out their own anko. That was why they were asking for my opinion on this things.

My mom sigh and said " wedding preparations is so tiring and I can't just wait for my Ameera to get married. " I shot her this glare that says I know what you're trying to do.She is trying to bring up Faisal issue and I'm not letting her.

" leave the poor girl alone Hauwa, when the time comes she will definately get married " Inna defend me

"I just pray she ends up with my Faisal " Inna added which made mom end up saying " Ameen"

Again, it ended with me glaring at them in my mind. These two ladies will never stop teasing me with this marriage issue.

" don't worry I will be there in not Less than five minutes so before I get there calm your nerves and don't give yourself a heart attack" I hang up

That was Aisha, she just called to tell me about how nervous she was and she don't think she can face her dad about Bashir issue of a thing. That was why I told her to calm down and wait for me.She really need to be given a slap maybe she would at least relax.

I hail a napep at the front of my house. If I was to walk to their house ,she might have gotten the heart attack kidding . I paid the napep guy his money and quickly went into Aisha's gate.

" you are so stupid and I thought you had the mind so it all a lie ko" I said giving her my best glare and she squirmed on the bed.

She was thinking of backing out upon all the trouble of composing what she have to say and now she is saying she can't do it.She is scared thinking that her dad might not agree.

" you don't understand Ameera" she said with a sigh.

" OK make me understand, please" came my reply. I sat on the bed facing her.

" it embarrassing enough that I have to face my dad to tell him about a guy and the most embarrassing thing would be if he did not accept him" she explained looking at me. I get what she is going through but if she doesn't tell him now she might regret not voicing it out.

" even if he doesn't agree with you, at least you tried and I pray whosoever you might end up with,will definitely treat you right" I said while holding her hands in mine.

I'm not try to force her or anything I'm only preventing her from regret coz I know my friend, if she doesn't say her mind now she will definitely come to me with the regret of not saying anything before.

" immediately dad comes back, I will tell him" she said after calming her nerves.

" OK, I just pray everything goes well"
