So Stiles and Scott called me telling me they are at the police station since everyone found out that Stiles and Scott kidnapped Jackson, i turned over and looked at Derek who was sleeping, i quietly get up slowly removing his arm around my waist, i tippy toed my way to the bathroom and took a nice shower and once i was done i put my clothes on once i was done i waved out my black hair and did my makeup.

I was officially done getting ready i walked out of the bathroom to see Derek still sleeping, i went over to him and kissed his forehead, i want him to sleep for awhile because he hasn't had a normal sleep for a while. I grabbed my bag and Derek's car keys then walked out of the Hale house, i went over to Derek's car and hopped in turning it on then driving to the police station.

On my way i heard my phone ring, i looked at the caller ID and saw it was Derek, i answered the phone call and put it on speaker. "Babe?" I started.

"Where did you go?" He asked.

I sighed. "Well Stiles and Scott the idiots are at the police station they got caught." I said, i heard Derek chuckle. "My mom is gonna kill Scott, this is the last time you will see Scott." Derek laughed a little.

"Why didn't you wake me up i could've came with you." Derek said.

I stopped the car because it was red light. "Babe you haven't slept normally in a while and i wanted you to sleep." I said.

I heard him sigh. "Don't worry about me i get enough sleep." I rolled my eyes.

"No you don't Derek every night i wake up you are a wake playing with my hair and thinking, Derek you need to stop and get some sleep." I said stepping on the pedal since it was green light.

He was quiet for a second. "I think about how i should protect you from all the evil supernatural things." He said making me stop the car, he is losing his sleep because of me. "Because if something happens to you i will never forgive myself."

I leaned against the seat. "Derek stop thinking about negative things i promise nothing will happen to me." I promised, i noticed i made it to the police station. "Derek we will talk later i made it to the police station bye."

I heard him reply with a bye too and the call ended, i sighed getting out of the car walking into the police station and walked into the room to see Jackson and his dad, mom, Stiles, Scott and Mr.Stilinski, i looked at Stiles and Scott crossing my arms giving them a death stare. "Layla did you know about any of this?" Sheriff asked.

I looked at him. "Stiles and Scott did tell me that they kidnapped him, so i went to the woods and try to put some sense in their brains and tell them to let him go but they were stubborn as ever and didn't listen to me, i even tried helping him get out of there." I said.

Sheriff narrowed his eyes at me. "Why didn't you tell any of us?" He asked, i looked at him holy shit i should of done that.

My eyes widen and i looked at him. "They threatened me not to tell anyone." I said making Stiles and Scott's eyes widen and jaw drop, i was about to laugh at their faces.

Sheriff looked as if he believed it, i smirked at the boys. "Well we have a restraining order for the both of you." Sheriff told Scott and Stiles, Sheriff read all the rules to the restraining room.

After everything was done Sheriff grabbed Stiles by the shirt and mom just walked out of the room while Scott followed, i turned to Jackson and flashed him a smile which he returned one, i walked out of the room and next to my mom and Scott. "Having to beg Mr. Harris for you to make up that chemistry test that you missed." I heard my mom tell Scott

Scott's eyes widen. "I missed the chemistry test?"

Mom sighed rubbing her head. "Really, Scott? Really? I have to ground you." She looked at me. "Both of you." She said making my jaw drop.

"Why me?" I asked.

"Because you knew about them kidnapping Jackson you could of told someone." She said. "Both of you are grounded." I get it you don't have to keep repeating it.

Scott frowned. "What about work?" Scott asked.

Mom huffed. "Fine, other then work." She said, Stiles appeared and was listening to our family argument. "No TV for the both of you." I lifted my eyebrow.

I crossed my arms. "Mom the TV is broken remember." I reminded. "And i don't even watch TV." I stated, she sighed in frustration.

"Then no computer." She said making my eyes go wide.

Scott looked at her. "We need computer for school." He stated

"Then no-" She looked behind us and her eyes landed on Stiles who was looking at our family argument. "No Stiles." She said making all three of our eyes wide.

She can't do that Stiles helps us with a lot of things! This i stupid! Stiles stepped forward. "What? No Stiles." Stiles complained.

"No Stiles!" Mom yelled, Stiles slowly took a step back. "And no more car privileges." She continued. "Give me your keys." She told Scott, how in the hell am i gonna return Derek's car? Scott sighed not giving it to her. "Give 'em to me! Oh, for the love of God." Scott gave her the keys.

I felt my phone vibrate but i ignored it knowing it was Derek. "What is going on with you? The both of you." She said glancing at me then Scott. "Is this about Allison?" She asked, Stiles shook his head from behind, she looked at me. "Is this because of your father?" She asked me making my eyes water, Stiles looked at me with wide eyes then nodded. "It is isn't it? Okay um...We'll talk about this when we get home." She said.

I blinked my tears away feeling my phone vibrate, my mom looked at me. "Layla please give me your phone." She said making my eyes go wide, Scott mirrored my action. "Give it Layla." I slowly took out my phone and gave it to her.

She looked down at my phone and read the name. "Derek?" She read confused. "Who is Derek?" She asked before i could answer Scott answered for me.

"Layla's boyfriend." He said making me give him a death stare.

She looked at me confused. "Is this the guy you would always talk about with me?" She asked and i nodded hesitantly, she gave me a sad smile. "Here take it." She said and i slowly took my phone from her grasp.

I looked down and noticed ten missed calls from Derek shit he is probably worried. "I have to answer he is probably worried." I said and my mom nodded.

I walked away from them and walked towards the other side and called Derek back. "Hello?! Layla?" I heard his worried voice.

I sighed. "Hey Derek." I answered shortly.

I heard him breathing hard. "Dammit Layla why didn't you answer i was worried, i thought something happened to you!" He shouted.

I closed my eyes. "Derek i'm fine i swear, look Scott and Stiles got a restraining order while i got in trouble because i knew about it which my punishment is i'm grounded." I said rolling my eyes.

"I knew those idiots would cause trouble." I heard him say angrily.

I chuckled. "They were troublemakers from the start, oh and my mom knows i'm dating a guy and his name is Derek." I told him.

I heard him laugh nervously. "Oh..um..she didn't say she wanted to meet me did she?" He asked

I laughed. "Is little Derek scared to meet my mom? Aw isn't that cute!" I said laughing.

I know he rolled his eyes. "Shut up." He said playfully.

"No, she didn't but she might." I said trying to scare him.

"Ha ha nice try, i have to go and Layla next time please answer my phone calls i got really worried." He said.

I bit my lip. "Okay Derek i promise i will." I said. "I love you."

"Love you too." I heard him say before i hung up, i turned back to the trouble but i see my mom is gone and its only Scott and Stiles.

i walked up to the both of them crossing my arms. "I knew this was gonna happen." I said making them both look down in guilt.

Scott sighed. "I'm the worst son ever." Scott said making me look at him.

"Hey i'm no better." I said putting my hand on his shoulder, he glanced at me.

Stiles joined in. "Well, I'm not exactly winning any prizes either." he said.

I took out Derek's car keys. "I have to drive this car back to Derek." I said, Scott looked at me and shook his head.

"Did you forget your grounded?" He said making me roll my eyes.

"Just tell mom i had an emergency i'll be back quick trust me i'll return the car and come right back!" I said, he rolled his eyes and groaned.

I walked out of the police station and towards Derek's car, i got in and started the car then drove off to the Hale house. Once i made it, i got out of the car locking it then walked into the house, is Derek even here? "Babe?" I called out, nothing.

Did he leave? Where the hell did he go? "Derek are you here?" Nothing, i groaned. "Dammit now what am i gonna do with his ca-AHH" I screamed. "Derek what the hell? You could have given me a heart attack." I said holding my chest.

He laughed. "That's how i felt when you didn't answer my calls." He said making me roll my eyes, i handed him the keys and turned towards the door but he stopped me by holding my waist. "Where do you think your going?" He asked turning me around still holding my waist pulling me closer.

I put my hand on his arms. "Derek did you forget i'm grounded." I stated.

He smirked. "Staying for a little wouldn't hurt." He said in his husky voice that made me shiver, he pulled me closer making his lips brush against mine. "A kiss wouldn't hurt either." with that being said he smashed his lips on mine all i could feel was the sparks and love.

Our lips moved with a sync, i felt him lightly bite my lower lip making moan and him groan, i slowly did the same to his lip making him groan even louder this time, i smiled against the kiss, i felt myself losing oxygen but i ignored and kept kissing him, i felt his tongue licking the bottom of my lip asking for entrance, i opened my mouth making him shove his tongue in my mouth.

After our little make out session, i broke away gasping for air, he leaned his forehead against mine gasping for air as well, all i could feel right now was Love that was the only thing i could feel, but the moment was ruined because of my damn phone, i let go of Derek's arms but he didn't let go of my waist.

I took my phone out and my mom was calling oh shit, i answered it. "Hello?" I answered biting my lip.

I was praying to god she wasn't going to yell at me. "Where are you?" I heard her voice. "Scott told me it was an emergency so what is the emergency?" She asked.

I felt Derek kissing my neck making me lose breath, i bit my lip to control my moans because the idiot was sucking on my sweet spot. "Uh-" I cut myself off knowing a moan was gonna come out.

I hit Derek with my free hand but all he did was chuckled and continue sucking my sweet spot. "Hello?" I heard her.

"W-well i umm-" Dear god will Derek stop? I was about to hit him hard but he sucked harder making me do a silent moan but i hurried and covered my mouth i heard Derek chuckle. "Well Mr.Harris wanted me to take the homework i forgot to take last week." I made up a lie.

Derek looked up at me and smirked then kissed my neck all the way down my chest, i gave him a death stare. "Alright i'll see you home." She said then the call ended.

I pushed Derek away and gave him a death stare. "Are you insane?! What if she heard?" I scolded him.

He just smirked and pulled me closer while his hands went to my butt squeezing it making me squeal. "Derek Hale! Do that again and you will get hit." Right when i said that he did it again i slapped his chest. "Okay let go of me i really need to get home." I said getting out of his grasp.

He nodded. "Do you want me to take you home?" He asked and i shook my head. "I won't take no for an answer." He sang, i rolled my eyes.

"I knew it." I said as we walked outside.

He opened the passenger seat for me. "My lady." He said making me roll my eyes playfully.

"Thank you kind idiot." I said making his jaw drop, he grabbed me and started tickling my side. "D-Derek S-s-stop i'm gonna f-fall." I said between my laughs.

He smiled. "Not if i catch you." He said stop tickling my sides. "I will always catch you." I felt my heart beat faster. "And i will always love you." He said making my heart skip a beat.

"I will always love you too." I said, he cupped my face then smashed his lips to mine. "Derek we should go." I pulled away.

He nodded and we both got into the car, Derek started driving and i grabbed his hand, i wish we were like this forever, happy, sparks, and love but i know there is so much problems going to be ahead of us.

I looked at him making him look at me. "I love you." I said kissing his cheek.

He looked back at the road smiling. "I love you too." He said, i laid my head on his shoulder as he drove me home.
