《NCT Imagines》Jisung

It was already late at night but I decided to come to the dance room again to practice.
It's almost our comeback and I really had to clean some of my movements.
The company said I had to do some special stage together with Jisung. One of the dreams members. The youngest to be exact. So I really had to practice any chance I get although we were already comfortable with each other.
Before we were trainees we confessed to each other but still couldn't date because of the ban. We promised to wait until we made it. And were still holding onto that.
I stepped out of the elevator and turned to the room. I knocked to check if anyone was in there. After no one answered I step in to see the lights open and the laptop where the music plays open.
Was someone here?
I decided to leave it as I put my bag down and set up the song.
I quickly ran through the steps but I seem to struggle at this particular step.
"Aish" I whispered getting more and more frustrated at myself.
"Move your weight to your left foot." A voice rang in the room causing me to jump.
I looked at the mirror to see Jisung standing by the door with his arms crossed upon his chest.
"How long have you been there?" I asked facing him.
"Long enough to see you struggle on that one part." He said walking next to me.
"Move your weight to your left foot, that way it would be easier to turn." He said again while doing it.
I watched as he did it flawlessly.
"Yah, daebak." I said in awe.
I followed his instructions slowly and started to do it with ease.

"Ah so that was what I was doing wrong." I said doing the step now cleaner and effortlessly.
"Thank you Jisung-ah." I said smiling at him.
"Anytime." He replied smiling back at me.
I quickly realised why he was here.
"Oh, im sorry were you using this room? I'll go now." I said walking to stop the music when he stopped me.
"No, its okay. I was actually here earlier practicing our stage. I just went down to get some food." He said.
"Oh really? I was practicing our stage as well. Although it's hard without the partner as some steps really require someone to dance with." I replied walking again to reset the music.
"Do you want to practice it together?" We both asked at the same time as I looked at him.
There came a silence until we both laughed it off.
I played the music and quickly went to place.
As Jisung and I danced we smiled every time we would make a few mistakes and eventually we had to think of an ending pose.
"How about a back to back?" I suggested as I tried to do it.
"Oh yeah that can do!" He said as he also turned his back and made a funny pose.
We were having fun practicing when I yawned.
"Yah its pretty late should we go home?" I said looking at him.
"Yeah let's go. Thank you for practicing it with me. I felt much more confident doing it now." He said grabbing my bag and giving it to me.
We turned everything off and left the room and said our goodbyes.
Mine and Jisung's stage was up next and we were both waiting nervously on the backstage. Our stylist was doing our make up and hair when our choreographer talked to us.

"Jisung-ah, Y/n-ah for your ending pose,
He stopped and looked at Jisung.
Y/n can come infront of you and bend down a little and you can hug her shoulders. Like a bestfriend would do."
Jisung and I looked at each other awkwardly since we already made our own yet it was changed abruptly. We just nodded our heads.
As we were called and stage and performed, we were already coming to the ending and did exactly what our choreographer said. We paused for a while for the camera and let go when it was done.
I quickly looked at Jisung and his arms was open for a hug.
I quickly hugged him as I said
"We've done it."
"We've done it, y/n. Our dreams came true. My dream of performing with the girl I liked happened." He said still side hugging me.
"I promised you it would happen. And now it did. Our hard works payed off." I said looking at him with a loving smile as we got down the stage.
