hendery arched an eyebrow when he saw how hard lucas forced himself to practice. hendery noticed how lucas has been having headaches, how his appetites changed, how he had worryingly small amounts of sleep everyday and other things that made him look tired. his appearance was still handsome, but something was very off. his cheeks were slightly sunken and was pale, dark circles under his eyes that made it clear.

"xuxi!" the male looked up from his lyrics paper and saw hendery who had crossed arms, looking slightly scary. "don't you think you're stressing yourself out too much?"

the way how lucas let out a nervous laugh and made a small nervous side glance was already clear for hendery that he was lying. watching those anime and other mystery solving tv shows made him very good at deducting his own members. lucas chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of his neck. "maybe? but i don't think so."

hendery sighed and sat beside him, his legs criss-crossed. "lucas, it's obvious. i'm actually worried for you, you know?" hendery mumbled as he gently grabbed onto lucas's hand, caressing his soft, large hands. lucas blushed slightly, his cheeks pink from the affectionate touch. hendery saw how lucas leaned into his touch and sighed, he had a feeling of how touch-starved lucas felt.

lucas looked at him and decided to just say it. "i am stressed. the comeback is like.. killing me and i can't get enough sleep. i don't feel like eating anymore and i feel really tired sometimes." yukhei confessed, gripping hendery's hand for comfort. hendery smiled and kissed lucas's cheek, comforting the male.

"take a break, xuxi. we can cuddle and watch saiki k." hendery suggested with a wide smile, a smile that brightened lucas's world. lucas smiled and nodded back, his mood slowly getting better. he was slowly getting better and hendery was helping him too. "that would be great."

lucas smiled in comfort as he nuzzled against hendery, the pink haired male's arms wrapped around him. as the tv light brightened up the dark room they were in, lucas felt very relaxed for the first time in the matter of weeks. he felt as if a weight on his shoulder had been lifted up, his shoulder felt light. lucas felt hendery gently massaging his shoulders, trying to relax his overly tensed muscles.

"this is nice.." lucas mumbled softly to hendery who smiled and gently stroked his dark-red hair, braiding his fluffy hair. hendery hummed and nodded. "it is, isn't it? you needed a rest after all, xuxi." as hendery and lucas laughed quietly to themselves, louis made her way to lucas's lap and curled up onto his arms, purring as lucas petted the back of her ears.

hendery's mouth started to hurt from smiling too much. the way how lucas grinned cutely as he cooed at louis while he petted louis's soft fur almost killed him out of adorable-ness. hendery smiled and kissed the taller's forehead, showering him with kisses lovingly.

lucas giggled softly. "hendery!" the said male smiled slyly and started to tickle his sides. lucas squirmed and laughed out loud, the worries and all negativities left his soul as the only thing came in his mind was how happy he was with hendery.

although things might get stressful for lucas, he was glad hendery was always there for him.
