how they met
in high school
"damn fucking germs.." min hissed to himself as he sprayed hand sanitizer to his hands before placing the sanitizer into his pen kept as he walked towards the vending machine.
he pressed three buttons and grabbed his coins, sliding them into the vending machine as the drinks fell down. min crouched down and grabbed the three drinks, all of them the drinks his friends asked for. he stood up and was about to walk again when he was bumped into a tall chest.
he oofed and fell down, wincing as the drinks fell from his hands. before min could say something, the tall figure made a gasp and crouched down. "s-sorry! i wasn't really watching!" min opened his eyes and widened when what he saw was a fucking god's masterpiece.
the tall male noticed his name badge and lifted up his eyebrows. "ah, you're min sunbae!" the brunette sweat dropped at the name and stood up, dusting off his knees as he grabbed the drinks. "sorry again, i was running away from my friend."
min just smiled and shook his head. "it's alright. be careful who you bump into though, imagine if it was a teacher." the tall male shivered and quivered his bottom lips, min just chuckled. then the tall male stood up straight and smiled. "i'm ahn kijoong, by the way! first year!"
min nodded and smiled back. "kim min, second year." kijoong smiled and bowed. meanwhile min was still dazed at his appearance and how attracted he looked, his fucking eyes was damn beautiful even if it was the same color as his.
"AHN KIJOONG!" a teacher screamed through the hallway which caught kijoong's attention. the male winced and looked at min, smiling sheepishly. "i-i gotta go now!"
as kijoong walked away, he turned around and waved one last time. "we should talk more often, min sunbae!" he grinned cheekily. before running away.
min clutched his heart, which was beating fast as it could skip a beat at any time. "holy shit."
how they confessed
in high school
min sighed and banged his forehead onto the table, his classmates looked at him and sighed. min whined quietly and kept banging his forehead onto the table, thinking maybe if he hit hard enough, he can finally die.

"what kind of mistake did you do know?" min looked up to see his girl - best friend, makoto kanda who was a transfer student from japanese that had korean skills better than min. the brunette just waved his hand at the girl, makoto sighed at her friends antics.
"did you act like a panic gay in front of kijoong, again?" the blonde sassed which made min stare at her with such disbelief before slumping on his chair. "yes, i did." min sassed with the same tone, pinching his nose bridge. meanwhile his japanese friend just snorted, twirling her pen around her fingers. "it's been a year since y'all gay mate and yet you are still acting like you're meeting god or something." makoto sighed.
"i mean, he's a year younger than me. i'm suppose to be the cool senior for him!" the brunette shouted quietly, loud enough for makoto to hear. makoto send a weird look to min and shook her heard, sighing. "i think he just sees you as a short midget-"
then a screech came from kanda as she got smacked in the arm by min, who has incredibly painful hits. makoto hissed as her friend while she rubbed her arm, the stinging pain not leaving for a good five minutes. meanwhile min just glared at her before he looked outside the window, huffing.
"naoko~~ min hit me again!" min turned around to see makoto whining to her girlfriend, who seemed a bit confused of what was going on. min crossed his arms and looked at makoto with a death glare. "you started it!" makoto scowled at him in response, hugging naoko's waist while the smol ravenette blushed. min huffed and pouted, naoko just giggled nervously. "c-calm d-down, both o-of y-you p-please."
"min-min hyung!" min flinched and sighed, clutching his heart before looking at kijoong, who had an awkward smile. meanwhile makoto and naoko watched, with smiles on their face.
"can i talk to you?" kijoong asked awkwardly. min gulped and nodded, glaring at makoto when she gave him a smirk. as the two males walked away, makoto hummed, her chin relaxed on naoko's shoulder. "i bet kijoong will confess first."
"m-maybe m-min c-can d-do it." naoko said, her voice soft as usual. naoko turned around when he heard a stifled sob from her taller girlfriend. "m-makoto?" the said blonde sighed and hugged naoko into a tight hug. "you need to be protected."

while makoto was being whipped for her girlfriend who started to have a stroke, kijoong lead min to an empty classroom, scratching his neck sheepishly. meanwhile min was confused but was also expecting something.
'oh god, oh okay. what if he is going to confess but then that's kind of nonsense he might not have feelings for me or even think of me as a romantic partner- he might even be gay?! but what if he is, oh god what if i confess first and he rejects me, should i go home and cry or tell makoto- but then she'll stab him with a kid's toy knife-'
"min!" the said male snapped out of his mind to see kijoong with a worried face as he sighed in relief. "jeez, i thought you were having a seizure or something." min just rolled his eyes with a smile.
"what did you want to talk about?" min asked and saw how the tall male tensed, min wanted to question this but didn't. min watched with his dark brown orbs as the raven in front of him fiddled with his words. "ahn kijoong, what is it?"min asked sternly.
"ilikeyou." kijoong spited out. min widened his eyes and blinked, looking at kijoong with his cheeks turning red. kijoong covered his mouth and wanted to throw himself off the window, thinking about how he would set the funeral when-
"ilikeyoutooidiot."
"LKSDJLKD WHAT-" kijoong was shut up by min who hugged him, his head barely reaching his shoulder as he mumbled against kijoong's chest, tip toeing. "shut it." kijoong smiled and hugged back warmly, his arms wrapping around min's small waist.
present (now)
"jeez, when did you become this much of a dick?" min sighed, speaking to kijoong as he waited for their friends to come into the cafe.
kijoong send a small look to min, pouting. "hey, that's rude." min shook his head, shoving a cream puff into the taller's mouth. kijoong pouted and quickly ate the cream puff, almost choking at the process as he quickly gulped down the cold coffee. min sighed. "you were so innocent back then." kijoong snorted and mumbled, "you tainted me yourself-"
"ah, shut it." min glared at kijoong who mockingly nodded. kijoong wrapped his arm around min's shoulder and leaned his head on top of min's head, the brunette being use to this kid of affection. he was about to say something when a familiar, loud but kind voice echoed in the cafe. "min-min~!" makoto's energetic voice came through their ears as the blonde hugged min, the brunette choking on his breathe.
kijoong saw naoko and smiled brightly, waving at the shy ravenette who waved back with a smile, her social skills have been a tad better ever since she started hanging out with her blonde girlfriend. which makoto continued to head-lock min who hissed at her.
as their own love partners calmed them down, they started to have conversations about thier lives. min smiled, happy that his friend was happy. kijoong noticed this and smiled, ruffling his brown locks. "it's cute to see you smile, min."
min snickered slightly with the smile still there. "says you." kijoong just huffed at his antics before gently placing a kiss on his lips, grinning as they pulled away. "i'm glad you're here."
"i'm glad you're here too."
"are we just a third-wheel or something-"
"kanda makoto, shut up."
"when will i be invited to the wedding?" donghyuck asked kijoong out of the blue. kijoong looked at the tanned male, confused. "what do you mean by that?"
donghyuck sighed and pinched his nose bridge, tired of these oblivious men that include his own manager and his canadian seagull of a friend. "you and min-hyung's wedding, of course. who else?" donghyuck smirked when he saw kijoong slightly flustered at the words.
"maybe next year. i'm still-"
"preparing, yeah yeah." donghyuck mocked, standing up to grab his other lyrics sheet he made yesterday. kijoong scoffed as he leaned against the wall while checking donghyuck's schedule. "i'll pop the question soon. for now, i would like to be his boyfriend."
"and then fiancé then husbandos than fathers."
"too far."
"you want that kind of future though with min-hyung, don't you?"
".. you're not wrong, actually."
