y/n told me to get her some food cause she was hungry so i said okay i was on my way back with the food then everything went black next thing i know i was rush to the ER and i was calling for y/n then once i got in the room everything went black then i seen a door with a white light coming from i was going to go towards it then i heard a familiar and it sounded like y/n i stayed for a bit to see what she was saying then i heard her say something like i had a lot of thing planned for my birthday next month and it's all her fault and shes here for me and she loved me and that she wish i was alive and then it was time for me to be there for my cupcake so i walk towards the one that had her voice

you: DOCTOR!! hes up hes alive!!

doctor: omg do you mind telling me what you remember

jake: i remember i was on my way back to the house with the food and everything went black the i started to call out for y/n and then i blackout and i seen a door with light coming from it i was walking to it and then i heard my cupcakes voice and now i'm here

doctor: aww that's cute but jake you can leave tomorrow cause your injuries aren't that bad you just have some bruises on your leg and you have to take this medicine
