RANVEER POV

When we love someone, we don't want to lose them. Even though the feeling that we might lose someone we love is very common we might all feel it in some point of our lives. But in my case it seems different, people feel it sometimes, and I feel it at every point of my life. I know I have done many wrong deeds to achieve something which was worth to get but still.

The moment I heard the loud searching sound from other side of the call while talking to Ishika, I don't know what to think but something inside stop, like I can't breath for few seconds, then when jack (her bodyguard) said her car exploded, it was like floor swept away beneath my feet. This incident was so horrible, that it would haunt me to death if something would have happen to Ishika.

I can't understand anything so I just came back to assure myself that she is safe, fit and fine laughing at home, and all the things I heard were just a nightmare and soon I will wake up. The possible scenario my mind was interpreting were all wrong. But when I came back.... All was not a dream, it really happen.

Shit. I don't want to remember the scene. It's so scary. Nothing has happen to her, thanks to that little kid, if not for him then....

No! No! I don't want to think about that, I just want to take Ishika in my embrace and never let her go anywhere.

From the time she start telling about the incident, no actually accident to the time we all ate I was just continuously looking at her, not looking anywhere except her in fear that if I blink my eyes she will vanish in air. In this whole time she didn't even spare me a single glance, but talking to mom and Gautam like nothing happened.

Everyone retire to their room except me and her, not meeting my eyes she look down, I so want her to look at me, I want to see her beautiful eyes which spoke a lot to me on their own, but she isn't lifting her head.

I stood up from my seat and strode away from there to my room without saying anything. Earlier my room was simple and plain, it's not like I don't like my room before marriage but now it completely change, it look full not in bad way but in good way, it feel cozy, warm, colorful. From plain black and grey walls and décor to almost every color in my room. A lot of things change after her coming back into my life.

Not wanting to sleep now I went to balcony which was also completely change from simple to something beautiful. I sat on the sofa-cum-bed and look at the moon who was my only companion in the night's couple of months back. It's been really long, I don't remember the last time I came and sit here and talk for hours silently to the moon.

"Shi why are you crying?" asked eleven year old little Ranveer in panic when he saw a ten year old girl was running towards him crying. He was sitting on one of the swing waiting for her in her mansion's backyard.

"Shi tell me did someone hit you? Or bully you?" he asked again as Ishika is only crying continuously not replying him back.

"Shi I am your boy-best-friend right. So tell me what happen?" he asked wiping her tears strained face with his handkerchief.

"No one did anything." She replied after getting sober up.

"Then why are you crying?" Ranveer asked confusedly.

"Tomorrow is the day when I will leave. I don't want to go there. I don't want to go away from you. Please ask my dad to not to send me away from here. I will be good girl. Please Ran." She completes and again started crying

Realization hit Ranveer that his Ishika was going to leave him tomorrow. He don't remember how these ten days pass by with her, but in whole time he fell happy because of her first girl-best-friend.

The duo never leave each other even for few minutes. Whether it's playing games or having food, they both will do everything together from past ten days, but now his only friend in this new city is also going to leave him alone for how long? He don't know, heck even Ishika don't know.

Earlier when she didn't meet Ranveer she was somewhat happy to go away from here due to the constant remarks of her grandmother but also because of her friends were also there with her, but now after meeting him, she seems to forget everything and now she don't want to go away leaving him.

It's not like Ranveer didn't ask his father to talk to Ishika's father but all he said is "I talked to him, but he is not listening me... I can't do anything, it's their family matter."

"Shi I... I can't do anything." Ranveer said dejectedly. He talk to her and after sometime she sober up and they both start playing, as tomorrow they both going to part their ways.

Next day

"Shi after going there, will you talk to me?" Ranveer asked Ishika while sitting in car as they are going to airport to drop her.

"Yes I will talk to you." Shi replied animatedly holding his hand.

"You will not forget me after going there right?" he asked.

"No idiot, I won't forget you, you are and will be my only first and last boy-best-friend." Ishika replied.

"Won't you do friendship with boys there?" he asked confusedly.

"Off course budhu." She said and hit his head lightly.

"Then?" he again asked.

"They will be only my friends, but you are my best friend, okay." She said and soon both laughed.

"Kids we reach." Said ram Sharma.

Soon Ishika's friend came they all put their bags in their strollers, as their fathers were accompanying them to US and will come back after settling them there.

"Ishika lets go." Ram Sharma said. She nodded her head after hugging her siblings and mother who were crying seeing her go away but can't do anything, she came to Ranveer, and he easily can see how she is controlling her tears from falling and putting a brave smile just like she promised him yesterday that she won't cry, because brave girls don't cry. She hug him tightly and with one last kiss on his cheeks she is gone.

"Ran." I heard a familiar voice, I broke out of my trance and look at the source to see her looking at me worriedly, soon she wipe my face, I realized silent tears were falling from my eyes on remembering the memory. I look at her for few seconds but soon hug her tightly and hid my face in the crook of her neck, start sobbing.

"Ran. What happen? Why are you crying? Ranveer you are scaring me please look at me, baby please look at me, and tell me what happen." She said in panic and tried to broke the hug to look at me, but I didn't let her even hug her more tightly and sobbed hard. Soon she realised I am not backing away, so she said soothing word to calm me while patting my back with one hand while with other she take out the rubber band from my hair bun and start massaging my scalp.

"Please don't leave me Ishika." I said after calming myself yet in her embrace.

"I am not going anywhere Ranveer." She said still patting me and massaging my scalp.

"Promise me Shi, you won't leave your Ran again all alone." I said she stiffen for a bit then broke the hug and look at me with so many emotions swirling in her eyes.

"Your Shi won't leave his ran again, never. I promise." She said cupping my face in her hands with unshed tears in her eyes.

We both were sitting so close as I have still my arms wrap around her waist and her hands on my face, she took a deep breath and seal the promise with her lips on my lips.

In a twinkling the sweet and promise full kiss become the heated one. When we both were out of oxygen in our system we broke the kiss, her eyes close, our nose and lips still touching each other. Without wasting more time I again took her plum lips in a hungry kiss.

After sometime we went inside and slept with her completely lying on me. I have no problem, because from today this sleeping posture of ours has become my favorite. I wrap my arms around her hip and slip off in peaceful sleep after one heck of a day.

UNKNOWN POV

"Send this box to her house. She didn't get my words when I am doing things lightly with her."

"I want to see her reaction first thing in the morning on receiving this. And also wants to see how everyone will react seeing my gift." The person said with evil smirk, and the person behind nodded his head and left from their after taking the box.

"You didn't get it when I asked you easily, see it's all because of you. If you had accepted nothing would have happen. Tch .Tch. poor Ishika." The person with evil smirk said and laugh wickedly, the sound resonating in the closed room.

"It's your time to come." The person said to someone on call and start listening to the songs after cutting the call.

"Lalalalalalalalalala."
