Still in flashback

The younger ones are sitting on the couch, Mona is playing with my fingers.

Soon our whole family will come here.

Why?

Because there is no light in any house.

Grandpa ordered everyone to come at dad's house for safety.

They think that some might attack us. We, the younger ones are now kind of protecting Mona.

She coming in our life, news must have spread like fire.

So here we are.

As today is our day, she's sitting beside me.

"Oh, I'm feeling so hot" Jayden says as he takes his shirt off.

"Hey, dude show your body to someone else" Oliver says.

Jayden rolls his eyes and starts to fanning himself.

Lin has his arms across his shoulders, like he is protecting his body.

Poor boy, went alot for a day.

Levi rolls his eyes.

"Damn, I can't even use my phone, to save battery. Don't be such a girl" he says.

"Then you go and pose in front of whole school, where all girls and boys are touching you and kissing your chest..ewwww" he says shuttering.

"It was fun, though" Monday says.

He glares at him.

"Don't look at me like that, it was Mona's idea so it was her fault" Monday says.

"You twin, all I did was to save Levi. I didn't had any other idea and besides I got this idea from F.R.I.E.N.D.S, so blame the show" she says.

"But there was nothing like that" I say.

She looks at me.

"Yeah, I know I just updated the idea" she says. I shake my head.

There is a knock on the door.

"Ahhh, everyone is here" Mona says.

But being a lazy girl she is, she snuggles into me more and I happily tighten my arms around her.

I think this will be the memory of us.

The knock comes again.

"You lazy pigs, at least open the door" mom says going toward main door.

After a while we hear voices.

We still have sunlight in our house, so there is enough light. For now.

"Hello everyone" Mona says getting up from my lap. I suddenly miss her warmth then.

We all go and hug everyone.

The we all settle in our living room.

"Soooooo, we are all gonna stay here today" RD uncle says.

"Yeah, we can't risk anything. We'll sleep with one eye open" grandpa says.

"But pa, how can you sleep with one eye open. Do you sleep with your eyes open? But I never saw you sleeping like that on weekend" Mona says, practically gasping.

Grandpa's eyes soften when his eyes land on Mona.

Ish...he loves her more than us.

"Princess, it's an idiom" he says.

I can tell be her face that she's confused but nods anyway.

"So, what all we gonna do?" Ted asks.

"What can we do? Just sit" Max says.

"Well, we can play something. Like Chinese whisper or something" Mona says.

And I swear younger ones agreed quickly.

We all are whipped for her.

So we all play Chinese whisper.

"I swear, I heard dick" Jolly says.

"Why you have such a dirty mind" Ethan asks rolling his eyes.

Suddenly we hear noise. I look up to see Jason with a mirror in his hand.

"Jason, what are you doing?" Dad asks coming into the room.

"I heard we can get solar energy. So I'm gonna place this mirror in front of sun for Solar electricity." He says.

Dad palms his forehead.

"Please keep your idiotic ideas, to yourself only. Lin tell me why are you trending on social media. You are all over the place" dad says.

Oh hooo, HE'S GONE.

"So let me get this straight, he did this so Levi was stuck in girl's washroom so to take him out, Lin did this?" Dad asks showing his phone.

I nod as I'm explaining things to him. Lin hiding in my chest.

"I swear, they were going to rape me" he says almost crying.

I caress his hair, while my brothers laugh at him.

"These kids and their logic, these days" dad mutters, massaging his temple.

"Why was Levi stuck in girl's washroom?" He asks Levi.

"I wanted pee very bad and I didn't saw the signs, and went inside" he says.

"And also not forgetting he also produced milk" I say.

How did he even did that?

"WHAT!?" Echoes in the room.

Dad looks at Levi with wide eyes, maybe for explanation.

"I s-s-saw a h-hot girl and w-wanted a release, maybe?" It comes as a question.

"Release?" I ask.

He wanted the girl to release him?

"Marco, please deal with this horn--hormonal kids" dad says massaging his forehead.

Then Marco and Levi goes somewhere else.

"Lin, you are the eldest, don't act like a small baby. If something happens like this again, deal logically. Mona is very innocent. I don't want my baby's innocence to go away" he says.

"I'm not a baby" I pout.

I LOVE BEING THEIR BABY.

After a while everyone comes into the living room.

As the time is passing, it is getting darker and darker.

"Ok, so everyone is here, I've a announcement to make" Daminen uncle says.

He and aunt stands up.

"Sooo, we're pregnant" he says, being very straight forward.

There is silence in the room.

"Wooow, I'm gonna have a baby sibling, yaaaay" I say breaking the silence.

"But you'll be always our baby" aunt says smiling.

"I thought that I'm the only one with the record of most kids. Congrats brother." Dad says.

"Wow, I'm gonna have a sibling" Collin says.

"Ok..sooo..congrats"

"How this happened?" Sam asks.

"Well, your aunt and I were home alone.."

"Ok, no details" Marco says.

I guess no one is able to digest the news.

"Guys tell me after this,there will be no more grandbabies" pa asks his kids.

"Don't be such a bore, I'm so happy for you guys" ma says.

Still digesting the fact, everyone congratulate them.

Flashback over

So, right now. We all are sleeping in our rooms. My brother's adjusting my cousins in their rooms.

So, Monday, Sameul and Ian and I gonna sleep here.

As Sam comes, I hug him.

"Today's been very crazy" I say.

We all are sweating like anything right now.

"I know,but this will be yours and mine experience" he says.

"Sam, you never say anything, but I want you to know that, I love you" I say.

"Oh, my baby, I love you so much, you can't even imagine. You're my everything, you are my sun and I'm your shine" he says, kissing my forehead.

Without sun, there will be no shine.

"If you are done, can we sleep"Ian says coming into the room,with Monday.

"She's my twin, not yours" Monday says.

Sam rolls his eyes.

"Jealous, eh?" He asks.

"Totally, she's my twin, she should be with me, but here she is spending time with everyone, except me" he says.

"I had entire day with you" I say to him.

"Whatever, you're my twin, no one's gonna change that" he says.

"No one's changing" Ian says.

He comes and hugs me, kissing my head.

"Love you, Bambina" he says.

"Here you go"Monday says putting his hands on his hips.

We all laugh.

Although we all don't sleep, I mean who can sleep, without any light? But I and Sam hug each other, comforting each other with our silent warmth.

I kiss his cheeks.
