My poor little heart, listen close

Someone is recitin' lovely prose

Its harmony is giving me solace

I feel as if it's adorned with lace

But above all, this mellow voice

Oh it has left me with no choice

All I want is to loose myself in it

Then so trace down its every bit

And drink on its musical echoes

To forget all my enemies 'n' foes

Lurking invisible, forever hidin'

Oh but I never find it misguidin'

Lurin' me in soft words of prose

And making me spin on my toes

I crave to fall for its silvery trap

Oh why was I born in...
