the next morning i get up at 730 and see dahlia sent me a photo.

it was a photo of her wearing a wetsuit holding the surfboard as a beautiful sunrise displayed behind her. i saved the photo and texted back saying yes. and got ready for the rest of the day. it was a cold day again and i decided to go visit the twins at the cafe its the perfect day for people watching.
i pack my bag stuffing my duffle bag of things to take to set under my bed. i leave the house double checking everything was locked. walking to the café it was darker and cold the wind
after around 20 minutes of walking i enter the warm cafe.
"morning y/n" susan greats from behind the counter "the usual?" she questions i shake my head
"um i think ill change it up today can i have mango juice and maybe a ham and cheese toasty please" i ask looking back down at susan from the menu above her
"of course dear" she smiles and i go over to the couches in the back they were still next to a window so people watching.
"just ask her" i hear jamie whisper
"no thats awkward" her girlfriend ty says also in a whisper
"ive known her since she was 7 she will be fine with it" jamie assures
"i dont know"
"look shes coming over ask" jamie says "hey y/n" jamie smiles and i smile back sitting on the couch as it was the last available
"sorry didnt mean to intrude" i say taking up as little room on the couch
"no your fine" jamie assures but ty was freaking out. awkwardly i look away from them back to the rest of the cafe watching as the window squatters read the news paper drinking coffee.

"excuse me y/n" ty asks
"yeah?" i question
"could you sign my hat?" she asks. i smile motioning for her to pass it over. it was a black hat from one of the movies i was in i sign it with a white pen passing it back to her.
"there you go" i smile and she smiles back
"i tolds you it would be fine" jamie whispers again
" she FAMOUS what would you do if you met scarlett johansson" ty counters jamie smirks
"i have" she answers "kinda"
"WHAT HOW the fuck"
" she came to the cafe with y/n once" jamie explains, i smile to myself waiting for my order.
"here y/n/n" jessie passes me a brown paperbag and my juice
"thanks loser" i smirk messing up his hair as he bites an apple.
"I TAKE OFFENCE TO THAT" he raises his voice as i walk away
"thank you susan" i say waving while pushing open the door.
i ate my toastie while walking down the road. i have to admit it was really good listening to music i dance down the road not literally but you know what i mean.
i arrive at school and see dahlia at the front gates with her brother who must be a senior. his friends come over and he leaves
"good morning dahlia" i whisper from behind her she turns around tripping my legs so im on the ground.
"shit y/n im sorry" she says pulling me up "good morning"
"no my fault, dont sneak up on a black belt, lessoned learned" i laugh "how was surfing" i ask as we walk into school
"uh not to bad but towards the end got this massive cut down my calf" she says showing how it was cut
"oh damn. that must've hurt" i say still looking at it
"eh ive had worse"
i look at her with so many questions. however the bell goes and we go to social studies.

So when a decidely sinister force kidnaps him and the prettiest man he's ever seen saves his life and offers him his wildest dreams, Kellan becomes the shopkeeper of a mysterious, dimension hopping shop, complete with a system that helps him acquire items. abilities, materials, and other cool shit to stock it with, as well as some other neat perks. Will Kellan become a boring overpowered MC, like the kind from web fiction that he reads to sate his boredom? Will he keep his generally kind, sweet nature despite the shit he's gone through and will go through, or will he inexplicably become a scary, violent, irrational arrogant douchebag? Will he use his newfound abilities to explore the multiverse and improve the lives of himself and others, or will he become his own antithesis, a purely mercantile jerk obsessed with money and profit, with no concern for anything that doesn't help or hurt his business?
