seconds later we hear a sickening crack everyone rushes to the windows and sees probably the most disturbing sight. her leg bone was sticking out of her leg blood pooling by her head. her other leg was bent in a way it shouldnt have been. her shoulder dislocated everyone gags. it was a far jump considering this school had high ceilings making it a taller building. most people could have survived that but she probably did it wrong landing wrong if you know what i mean. anyway 3 of the police sped down to her while 2 others stayed to interrogate the kids. i walked to the back of the classroom in shock, dahlia doesnt seem to phased. but like that teacher is hella dead so everyones a bit pale
"students please leave through the front entrance as school has been cancelled" everyone cheers and rushes out of the school.
"hey come on" dahlia says grabbing our bags and leaving the school.
"did not expect that to happen today" i say as we walk through the halls
"mmm it was definitely random" dahlia agrees her bag was on her back while she held mine on her front.
"did you want to come to set?" i ask "since we have the rest of the day off, and i dont have filming until 4 we could work on the project or mess with mackie, thats only if your free" i add
"i uh wait really" she says shocked
"yeah sure you've met some of them already" i smile
"i- yeah sure ill come to set" dahlia says to herself making it hopefully sound more real.
"um are you okay to walk there or would you rather me call someone" i ask knowing its not the shortest trip.

"i dont mind " she smiles "ill just text my parents to tell them where im going" she says and i nod.
we sit down on the bench waiting for a response people were still leaving the building as sirens come down the streets. a ding tells us her parents have responded
"and were all good" she smiles i smile back and grab her hand leading the way down the roads.
3rd person pov
dark clouds cloak the sky showing it was going to rain the pair were listening to music neither realising they were still holding hands. their hands swinging as they walked it began raining just as the song piano man began playing. dumping their bags to the side of the path they began dancing in the rain
It's nine o'clock on a Saturday
The regular crowd shuffles in
There's an old man sitting next to me

they danced around until the song finished. both with smiles on their faces they grab their bags and continue to walk to set by now they were about half way. they were walking back on the main road for now and it just so happens they pass the cafe, y/n had never went this was so she didnt notice when they walked past until susan was stood outside standing in the doorway holding the door open. she had an eyebrow raised and looked at the pair. y/n still hadnt noticed but dahlia did she nudges y/n who looks confused at dahlia before noticing the woman.
"oh heyyyy susan" y/n smiled
"come on, out of the rain" she waved them in "ill only keep you for a couple of minutes you two probably have places to be" they walked in and sat on one of the bar stools. susan came out from a corner again with two towels and a large Bunnings umbrella . and the pair wrapped the towels around their shoulders

"hi dahlia right from this morning?" susan asks and dahlia nods "why are you two out from school early?
"got cancelled because a teacher who was high jumped out a 2nd story window" y/n explained with a monotone voice
"o ohhh, yeah didnt expect that" suzan admits making up 2 hot chocolates to go. and passing them to the pair. y/n reaches into her bag to pay
"are they still 3 dollars each?" y/n questions
"their on the house"
"no we cant accept free drinks" dahlia trys to reason
"to bad suckers" susans dad (i forgot the name) called also coming downstairs
"we better get going" y/n says standing up and dahlia agrees. susan passes them the umbrella. y/n quickly slides 10 dollars onto the bench before grabbing dahlias free hand and running out of the cafe
"im guessing that happens alot?" dahlia laughs as y/n puts the umbrella up
"yep" y/n laughs as they now drink their hot chocolate listening to the rain hit the umbrella.
the second they walked onto set evens conveniently walked out of his trailer. the pair ducked behind it as he walked the other way.
"why are we hiding?" dahlia laughs
