《Unstable Heats - Bakudeku/Dekubowl - Omegaverse》Chapter 18

"Hey." Katsuki spoke in his low morning voice. "You okay?" He asked as he gently brushed a green curl out of Izuku's pretty face.
"Yes..." Izuku quietly whispered. They were in Katsuki's bed, appreciating each other warmth. Izuku had woken up a few minutes ago but still hadn't pronounced one word yet. His beautiful emerald eyes were slightly red from having cried so much yesterday...
"Don't think about it anymore." Katsuki firmly stated. He could tell Izuku was still thinking about Mina's hurtful words. "She isn't fucking worth it." He added and Izuku silently nodded. Katsuki was right. He should't let what others said get to him. As long as Katsuki accepted him as he was, nothing else mattered.
"Thank you, Kacchan." The omega timidly murmured as he burrowed his face into Katsuki's strong chest. He loved being in his alpha's warm embrace right from the morning. It made him feel safe and cherished. "Thank you for always being here for me..."
"It's nothing, kitten. It's only normal." Katsuki answered before pressing a sweet kiss on top of Izuku's head. He'd make sure to destroy anyone that would hurt his omega, that was for sure. "Let's get dressed for school." He sighed as he began to leave the comfort of his bed. It was a school day so they needed to get ready.
Izuku reluctantly left the bed as well. The omega usually was eager to learn new things but, today, he'd rather stay in bed and cuddle with Katsuki. He wasn't particularly happy to have to see Mina again, either...
"You can go first, Deku. I'll just take a quick shower." Katsuki unexpectedly said as he headed toward the bathroom linked to his bedroom. He wasn't sure why but he felt like he was sweating more than usual. He wanted to freshen up before having to go to school.
"Oh, okay..." Izuku frowned. He didn't want to have to face everyone else without Katsuki by his side after what had happened yesterday, but he guessed he didn't really have the choice. Katsuki wouldn't always be here to support him, after all.
So Izuku unwillingly left the bedroom and took the elevator to join the common area. Somehow, he was scared to see how the others would look at him after yesterday. Mina had told everyone that he was sleeping with Katsuki and that he was trying to pull other guys at the same time. She had also called him an omega...
Izuku was terrified people would believe her words and agree with her. He really didn't want to be looked at differently. His heart was anxiously racing inside his chest as he entered the lounge.
"Hey, Midoriya!" Ochaco happily greeted as soon as she noticed Izuku. Unfortunately, it drew everyone's attention on him, people immediately noticing how the omega's beautiful green eyes looked more swollen than usual.
"How are you?" Sero cautiously asked. Anyone could tell Izuku had cried, but they all already knew the reason behind his tears. It didn't take a genius to understand it was because of what Mina had said yesterday.

"I'm fine." Izuku timidly answered. He didn't want anyone to be worried about him.
"You're sure?" Tsuyu insisted and Izuku nodded once again. "Yes..." The omega actually was relieved that not a lot of people were in the lounge right now. Only Sero, Ochaco, Tsuyu, Shoji and Todoroki were here. The majority of the students had surely already gone to class since Iida always told people they had to be at least ten minutes early... However, Izuku's relief was quickly shattered as someone he didn't want to hear called his name.
"Midoriya..?" Mina hesitantly approached him.
Izuku immediately stiffened at the sound of her voice. He tensed up, when Sero quickly went to stand protectively in front of him. "What do you want, Mina?" The dark haired alpha defiantly glared at her.
Izuku was incredibly sweet and kind. He always brightened everyone's day with his pretty smiles and adorable giggles. Nobody in class 1A would accept someone to hurt the omega without doing anything.
"I know. I just want to apologise..." Mina explained in a small voice. She looked guilty and regretful. She really felt bad about having made Izuku cry.
"I think you already said enough yesterday." Sero frowned as he didn't remove himself from in front of Izuku. He didn't trust Mina to go anywhere near the green haired boy. However, Izuku unexpectedly spoke out in a timid voice. "It's okay. Let her talk..."
Izuku had to be mature and hear Mina out. It didn't mean he was going to easily forgive her, but he would at least give her the chance to explain herself.
"I'm really sorry, Midoriya. What I said clearly was out of line. I just was so angry and jealous, I spoke without even thinking..." Mina began and all the people that were in the lounge intently listened to what she said. Sero, Ochaco and Tsuyu were standing close to Izuku, almost protectively, while Todoroki and Shoji were seated on one of the lounge's sofa, the two of them still watching what was going on with keen attention.
"That was cruel and unfair. It really hurt me..." Izuku murmured.
He understood that Katsuki had hurt Mina's feelings by rudely rejecting her, and he could comprehend how frustrating it had to be for Mina to see him with Katsuki, but it wasn't any good reason to insult him in such a hurtful way.
"I'm so sorry." Mina repeated in a voice filled with culpability. She had acted impulsively, it happened sometimes, but now she really regretted her words. "I don't even know why I said all of this, I don't think of you like that at all. I don't think anyone else does..."
"Right." Sero confirmed. Nobody thought Izuku was constantly trying to get people's attention, they knew he wasn't like that. "You're maybe as pretty as an omega, but you're not as weak and as slutty as one at all."

Izuku's heart suddenly ached at Sero's words.
"Exactly. An omega wouldn't even manage to get into the hero course, anyway." Mina added and Ochaco agreed with her. "True."
Izuku felt his stomach painfully clench and a lump form inside his throat at what they said. He knew they weren't doing it in purpose, they didn't know he was an omega, but it didn't change the fact their words incredibly hurt him...
"That's enough." Todoroki unexpectedly spoke out.
"What?"
The bicolored haired alpha stood up from the sofa he was seated on and walked right toward Izuku. "You drink hot chocolate for breakfast, right? I'll make you one." He declared as he placed his hand behind Izuku's back to accompany the omega to the kitchen.
Izuku could finally breath.
"Thank you, Todoroki." He gratefully murmured in a small voice. Todoroki was the only one who knew he was an omega, right now. Katsuki still was in his room while Kaminari and Kirishima were nowhere to be seen. Izuku was extremely thankful for Todoroki's intervention. He didn't think he would have been able to hear more.
"They didn't mean what they just said, you know." Todoroki stated as he began to make Izuku hot cocoa. He opened the fridge and took the bottle of milk out of it, before looking for the cocoa. "They just wanted to comfort you."
It was partially true. Sero would have never said what he did if he knew Izuku was an omega. But it didn't change the fact that it was what people usually thought about omegas. They were the weakest second gender, only good to be bred...
"It's okay. I'm used to it, by now..." Izuku sighed. People's reducing opinion about omegas was the principal reason why he didn't want anyone to know about his second gender. He wouldn't be able to take all the hurtful comments and judging stares he knew he would have to face.
"I'm sorry." Todoroki whispered in a tone filled with unexpected compassion. He could understand Izuku. His mother had an incredibly powerful quirk but, only because she was an omega, she never could become a hero. Instead, she had been married by force and used as a mere breeding tool by his father.
"It's not your fault, don't worry. It's just how things are." Izuku answered. It was extremely hard to change hundred years of way of thinking. "But I want to show the world even an omega can become an hero." He stated with sudden conviction. "I want to prove everyone that achieving their dream is always possible when you work hard for it."
Todoroki stared at Izuku's determined expression. His beautiful emerald eyes were sparkling with strong resolve. One could immediately tell the omega would stop at nothing to reach his goal...
"That's a noble objective." Todoroki hummed. He grabbed the cup of hot cocoa he had finished to heat up before walking toward Izuku. He handed it to the omega and simply nodded in acknowledgement when Izuku thanked him, his bicolored eyes not leaving Izuku's pretty face.
"So, Bakugou and you?" He unexpectedly asked.
Izuku immediately blushed at the question. He quickly lowered his emerald eyes and timidly smiled, pleasant thoughts of Katsuki and him together filling his mind. A simple look at his dreamy expression was enough to tell how much affection he felt for his alpha...
"You love him." Todoroki said. It wasn't a question but a statement. After all, it was written all over Izuku's face.
"Love isn't enough to describe what I feel for him..." Izuku murmured in answer.
Katsuki was so important for him. So much he couldn't even find the words to express what he felt, the amount of love he had for the alpha...
Izuku would do absolutely anything for Katsuki.
Todoroki could see how deep Izuku's feelings were. It was impressive. "Where is he?" He suddenly wondered. Katsuki usually never left Izuku's side. The blond alpha constantly made sure nothing happened to his omega, that's why Todoroki was surprised he wasn't here right now.
Izuku slightly frowned at Todoroki's question. It was true Katsuki was taking a long time to arrive. He should have already finished taking his shower long ago. "I'm gonna go check up on him." Izuku said as he finished drinking his hot cocoa. "Thank you so much again, Todoroki." He thanked one last time before standing up.
"You're welcome, Midoriya." Todoroki simply responded as he watched Izuku leave the kitchen.
The omega headed right toward the elevator and selected the floor of Katsuki's room. He left the elevator once he was arrived and walked to the right bedroom's door. He thought about knocking but decided against it, thinking that even if Katsuki was naked, it wouldn't be anything he hadn't seen already...
However, he clearly wasn't expecting to be met with the sight of Katsuki masturbating.
Low grunts were leaving the alpha's lips as his hand rapidly stroke his huge throbbing cock. His face looked unusually hot. Sweat was glistening on his forehead and on his entire body, making the line of his defined muscles stand out even more. An impressive amount of pheromones was surrounding him, completely filling up the whole room. He suddenly looked up when he heard Izuku gasp, his vibrant crimson eyes dangerously darkening as they locked on the omega's delicious figure...
Katsuki was in rut.
If you want to read about Katsuki's rut, I published it as an extra chapter named Sudden Rut on my patreon. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but remember that patreon is my only source of income and that I really need the money for my studies.
Thanks a lot to the people who will support me and my work, the link is on my profile!

"A savage demon that eats children" "It's no doubt the king of despair as well as every child's bed monster." However, when you ask those scholars of ages long past, they will answer "It is one of the many riddles of life, one that no man has yet solved." The Gore tag is there more as a precaution, rather than a promise to keep producing gory words. Mortal Mewling is a bit of a slow burn in terms of start, scale and capacity of the protagonist.
