Hrvy covered the corpse with the soil. He left after stomping it a few times. He said it helps it not to get flooded by the rain.

I sit on the dinner table beside Chenle. Hrvy is busy preparing dinner. He looks younger after he took off his suit and fit himself in a hoodie.

Haechan is coding something on his laptop beside Chenle. The light on his stare is painful. He types on the keyboard swiftly. I squint my eyes to look at the coding patern.

"What are you looking at?" Jeno asked me.

He is now sitting in front of me. I shook my head. We dig in our dinner. Jisung, Renjun, and Jaemin joined much later.

I chew down my food without appetite. A steak definetly isn't a good choice for now. Especially cooked medium rare.

Too fleshy.

The dinner was over. We are still sitting. Hrvy joined too.

Chenle broke the silence.

"We need to prepare for the Hawaii event," Haechan read the plan.

A slight sorrow gleam on their faces. A sour smile is maintained on Jeno and Haechan's face.

"This fast?" Jisung asked.

Chenle answered.

"What is happening?" I asked.

Haechan sighed.

"We have an important task in Hawaii, we have to quit school."

Wait.

Seriously?

I just went to school with them this morning. Now we have to stop?

"Why?"

"All of us need to prepare for at least a month for this, we can't skip school for a month, Xiao Yue."

"Why not, don't you have the money spend?"

"After a month preparing, i can't guarantee we can still catch up, beside the company is getting too large to be maintained while we still have school," Haechan explained with a fake smile.

"Its more than enough to experience school life," Jaemin added to Haechan's explanation.

"Sorry Xiao Yue," Jisung said to me.

"I understand."

I don't want to push them to look for another way to go to the school. I'm trying my best not to interfere with their decision. It sure is hard to face that i wont be able to go to school again.

Its odd. I didn't think i would be this sad to leave my school life. I experienced so much in school. I didn't think i would want to experience going to the school again.

Walking down the hallway, rushing the assignments, eating lunch at school, i didn't value those moments as much as when i face the fact i have to leave it all.

Xiao Yue is silent until the meeting is over. She is still sitting on her seat even after some of the boys are back to do their thing again. Chenle is staring at the girl.

With a curious tone, Chenle asked the ghost-quiet girl beside him.

"I think so," Xiao Yue answered.
