Jaemin left in a blink after Chenle appeared.
I nod.
I stayed silent.
Chenle tilted his head. Expecting me to say something.
I don't know what i feel about him.
Anger?
Disappointment?
Betrayal?
"Okay," i said.
Not quite a good answer i suppose since Chenle is staring at me weirdly.
he plays his orange hair,
I can't help but laugh at what he said.
Is that how he said sorry?
"What do you think?"
He sighed and started thinking deeply. His lips furrowed making him unintentionally pouts.
"W-what?"
Did he just said yeh?
What the fuck is that?
Did he thinks he is a big jerk or something?
At this moment i really want to tease him.
The feelings that had crowded my chest started going away.
"What jerk?"
Oh my, what do we have here?
I smiled at him.
He avoids my gaze.
"Did you just apologized to me?" I asked Chenle.
He stayed quiet. A rosy hue crept up his cheeks.
I look at him with a little smirk.
His ears turned pinkish red. Such a contrast to his usually light skin tone.
"Are you really sorry?"
Chenle storms out of my bedroom.
Seriously.
What is wrong with this guy.
After failing to ask Chenle how exactly the thing with 127 going to affect me, i walk out to have dinner.
Chenle isn't there.
Renjun, Jaemin, and Jeno are sitting beside each other. Snacking on some fresh cherries.
Jisung is sitting in front of them, playing a game on his phone.
Haechan is not here either.
I sit on the chair near Jisung. Giving one chair gap between the two of us.
Sebastian served us a spread of meal. The dinner continued as normal as it gets.
"Thanks," Jisung suddenly breaks the silence.

The three boys in front of me and i look at Jisung.
"Who are you talking too?" Jeno asked Jisung.
"Xiao Yue," jisung responded without looking at me.
"What for?"
Jisung looks flustered. Renjun started laughing at Jisung.
"You saved the group by being stupid," Renjun finished Jisung's part.
I'm half shocked and exited upon hearing them said those words to me, more so it was Renjun and Jisung.
Yesterday i wasn't even able to try to gain their trust.
"Thank you for not killing me back then," i responded to them.
Renjun scoffs and smiles.
Jaemin doesn't look so happy about what i said. He looked apologetic.
"It may be a bother, but can i talk to you guys after dinner?"
"Do you have the money?" Renjun asked while smirking at me.
"I do have some blueberries left," i answered while pointing at my fruit platter.
"Interesting," said Renjun.
I didn't expect him to be able to talk this much.
"I'm up for it," Renjun continued.
"Oh, you finally admit you like her!" Jaemin teased Renjun.
"Oh my," Jeno teased Renjun too.
Renjun got up and strangled both of their necks with his hands.
"Listen here you little shits-"
Today was not a rollercoaster. It was like an embroidery. Up and down while strangling each other.
But today ended on a pleasant tone. After a lot of strangling and stiching, today finished to be a beautiful one.
I thought to myself as i hope that my view of the good on this day stays the same.
Still, i waited the dinner to be over to talk to the boys. Hopefully something good will come out of it.

In the End the Truth Remains
We all have our own philosophies that we subscribe to. We either create them ourselves, or we stumble across ones that resonate with us. The Villain's Double Life
“The Villain’s Double Life as the Hero’s Mentor," “Demon Nobles Want to Live Too: A Hero-Raising Simulator for the Transmigrated Villain," “Just Because I’m a Villain Doesn’t Mean I Want the World to End!” Cyrus Calvide was the second son of an aristocratic lord; haughty, vain and power-hungry. One day, when his ancestral inheritance manifested, he discovered he was able to steal other’s powers and abilities using demonic magic. Taking this as a sign that he was destined to rule over others and become the new king of this land, he poisoned his father, killed his elder brother, and embarked on the path to greatness, taking advantage of a demonic invasion to consolidate power and harvest the abilities of others in a cruel and bloody fashion. Until he was summarily defeated by the Hero as a mid-game boss battle and executed for his crimes, of course. When a dedicated fan of the RPG “Next to Eden” awakened in the body of the cruelest future Count, four years before the beginning of the game, he pledged to live humbly. He would let his brother lead and support the Hero from the shadows to ensure the demon invasion would be defeated and he could enjoy life in peace. Rather, he would have, if he hadn’t gotten the Hero’s mentor killed in a freak monster attack before the Hero’s training could even begin. How was he supposed to live a life of peace and luxury if the Hero couldn’t stop the end of the world!? Donning a mask, Cyrus took up mentoring the Hero himself; how hard could it possibly be? . . . Four years later, the kind jack-of-all-trades hero Leon had become a twisted powerhouse: alienating his party members, clearing enemy encounters in a single magical blast, and coldly ignoring the affections of the girl whose love would have allowed him to clear the final boss. He seemed to have plastered himself to his Master’s side, instead. Cyrus bit back his despair while the hero reached out to grasp his hand. “Please stop ignoring the saint, Leon; you can't beat the Demon King by grinding stats! You need the power of love, remember?” “Don’t worry, Master,” Leon smiled as he traced the lines of Cyrus’s palm gently, almost reverently. “I have all the love I need.” VDL is two parts plot and worldbuilding, one part slow-build gay romance, starring a man far too proud to admit he's in over his head and the hero who loves him. Should be updating weekly.
