I don't know what's wrong with me

What I feel, it's all confusing

I don't feel happy, but I'm not depressed

My head, it's all just a mess

Maybe I'm numb, or I'm lost

It's all getting too much

At the end of the day, I'm up awake

Wondering why I feel this way

Staying in my head, trying to feel something

But it all comes down to nothing

I'm lost and I don't know how to get out
