Still

You were the reason

I'm a poet

I have written

Many poems

Good and bad

As my heart says

Now my heart says

Write about the feeling

That you recently see

In his eyes

A long lost love

Dried up soul

A desert

Which is content

With its life

Those eyes

Aren't childish

But mature

With no magic

You still smile the same

From your big little heart

But whatever you did

Lit me up

Now

I can't be lit

Like the sun and moon

You still burn

I don't glow

May be that's why

You stopped burning for me

I told so many things

But still not what I want to

I can't

At this moment

Maybe I miss him

Or

Maybe I miss myself in him
