Summary- When something triggers the Winter Soldier to take over, will he be stopped in time. (it's not the same as how he normally is triggered btw)
(Third Person P.O.V)
Bucky was feeling fine. He was sat on the sofa watching a show.
The elevator dinging and Bucky cast his eyes over to the figure walking out. He smiled when he saw Tony.
Tony smiled back and sat on the sofa, working away on his tablet.
Bucky looked back at the tv. He decided to change the chanel and put something on, he wasn't sure what it was but he didn't mind.
The sounds of gunfire and Germans shouting from the screen made his brain turn blank. The memories of his past then swarmed his head. He could feel the winter soldier resurfacing, taking control.
He looked at Tony, him not having noticed the swift change in his manor.
Before he could tell Tony to run the winter soldier took control.
The winter soldier stood up stiffly. Tony looked up from his tablet a little confused.
"Bucky, are you okay?" Tony asks, looking at him with concern.
Bucky, or now Winter Soldier didn't reply. Instead he flexed his metal arm, and let his cold eyes glare at Tony.
Tony knew those cold eyes, knew the destruction that came with them.
He stood swiftly, making sure his suit was ready to come out at any time.
The soldiers arm reached into the back of his pocket, pulling out the gun that always sat in there.
Tony's eyes widened as he looked at the metal piece sat idly in the soldiers hand. He raised his hands in a sign of surrender, but the soldier didn't seem to notice nor care.

"Bucky please stop." Tony pleaded as he backed away.
Tony could feel the fear seeping into his bones, not only for himself but mainly for his six year old son who is due home any minute now.
The soldier raised the gun and pointed it at the billionaires head.
The sound of the elevator caught Tony's attention, but not the soldiers.
Peter was stood there, a big smile on his face with his back in his small hand. His doe eyes shone with happiness and his curls all over the place.
The smile soon faded from his face when he saw what was happening, and the happiness in his big eyes turned to confusion and fear.
"Uncle Bucky?" Peter asks, stepping into the room.
Tony wanted to shout at Peter to get out as he was in danger, but Tony knew he had to stay quite.
The sound of Peter's voice made the soldier flinch slightly, something about the voice making him want to stop, but he doesn't.
"Uncle Bucky, why do you have a gun pointed at dad's head?" Peter asks, thinking maybe it was a joke because his dad annoyed his uncle.
Peter looked up into his uncles eyes and only saw coldness. Something inside clicked and he knew it wasn't uncle bucky but the Winter soldier.
Without much thought he went towards the soldier and hugged him.
Winter tensed at the contact, about to hit whoever it was who had a hold of him. But stopped in his tracks as the voice cuts him off.
"Please Mr Winter, i want my Uncle Bucky back. We were meant to make cookies, and i don't want you to hurt my dad." Peter said, his voice small and sounding close to tears.

Winter blinked, feeling Bucky begin to surface again. Normally the soldier would fight, but something about the child made him let Bucky take over. Winter tentatively wrapped his arms around the small boy and promised himself he would always protect him.
He let Bucky take over and he held Peter closer. After a minute or so he pulled away and looked to Tony.
"I'm so sorry, i couldn't stop him." Bucky says, feeling very guilty.
Tony shakes his head, knowing he didn't mean too.
"It's okay, anyway it looks like Peter has a protector now." Tony says looking down at his son in pride.
Peter smiles at the two, thankful he was able to stop anything bad from happening.
Bucky nods and says, "Yeah Winter likes Peter now."
Peter beamed at his uncle and replies, "I like him too, as long as he isn't hurting someone i care about."
Bucky laughs and nods at that.
"Cookies?" Peter questions his uncle.
"Cookies." Bucky agrees grabbing Peter's small hand in his metal one.
