Summary- Pepper and Tony can finally adopt.

(Third Person P.O.V)

When Pepper had found out that she couldn't have children, her heart broke.

When she told Tony, he smiled to her sadly, pulled her into a tight hug and said "Don't worry. It will be alright".

Peter was an orphan, sadly his parents died in a plane crash.

His aunt and uncle died in a car accident, so ultimately he was put into care.

Peter was heart broken, he had just become Spiderman, and had lost everything in his life.

Then he got a Stark Industries internship, he was over the moon with excitement.

(Peter's P.O.V)

I jumped up and ran out of the door as soon as i had eaten breakfast.

Today i was going back to the tower for my internship, i have been going now for about two months.

Apparently the only reason i got it was because THE Tony Stark had said i was good enough. Crazy right.

Also, i've been told there is news for me when i get there, i don't know what it is though, i just hope i don't get fired.

When i walk into the tower i walk through security and scan my badge, just as i am about to walk into the elevator i feel someone tap my shoulder.

Turning around i see Pepper Potts in front of me, a smile spread across her face.

"Hi?" I ask, unsure if she was wanting to talk to me.

"Hi Peter, I have something i need to tell you", she replies, leading me into the elevator and saying "Lab please FRI".

I frown but nod, she smiles down at me and says "Don't worry Peter, it's nothing bad."

When the doors open i can't help but take a deep breath in, iron man suits are all around me, tech in every available place; in the middle of all of it, Tony Stark.

When he sees me his eyes light up and says "Nice to meet you Peter, congratulations, i've chosen you as my personal intern."

And that was how it all started, it's been around 4 months since then, i started to spend more and more time there, and call them by their first names.

I started to feel like i had finally found a home, a family. But of course i knew they wouldn't feel the same, how could they.

6 months.

They found out about it all.

Being Spiderman.

Having no one.

I thought they wouldn't want me after that, fire me and never let me back.

But they hugged me.

That night Tony, Pepper and I watched a film together. It was nice.

It's been a year.

Tony and Pepper asked me what orphanage i live at, i told them hesitantly, not sure why they wanted to know.

They also asked if i liked being here, with them. And of course i told them i love it, because it feels like home.

(Tony's P.O.V)

As soon as i woke up, a smile lit up my face.

Normally if i was up this early i would not be happy. But today is going to be the best day ever.

I roll over, seeing my beautiful wife laying there. Leaning over i kiss her as her eyes flutter open.

"Morning", i mumble happily, she smiles at my excitement but i see the spark in her eyes.

"Good morning" She says back.

Pulling Peppers arm toward the building, i ring the bell. I smile at Pepper and then the door is opened.

"Hi there, what can i do for you two" A woman asks nicely.

Glancing at Pepper, who give an encouraging nod i say "We would like to adopt".

Sitting in the office i couldn't seem to stop my leg from bouncing anxiously up and down.

Pepper placed her hand on my leg, stopping it from bouncing.

"It will be fine" she says reassuringly.

The door opened and in walked the women -Kelly- and Peter.

As soon as his eyes landed on us, his face lit up.

"What are you guys doing here?" he asks, coming over and hugging us.

Kelly gives us a nod saying it's all approved and i grab Peppers hand, then Peter's.

Pepper also grabbing one of Peter's hands. He tilts his head slightly to the side in confusion and i can't help the smile that explodes across my face.

"Well bud. We want to adopt you." I say, watching him, he stays emotionless for a little and i hastily add "unless you don't want us to".

As soon as i say that, his face breaks, tears falling fast down his face and falls into us, hugging us tightly.

"Really?" he chokes out, a smile on my lips as i reply "Yeah Petey. Yeah".

He pulls away from the hug and me and Pepper look to him, waiting for his answer.

A huge smile breaks across his face as more tears fall and he says quietly "I would love to be adopted by you two. It's always felt like home there".

When he says that we both pull him back into a hug.

"Lets go home Pete." I say into his hair.
