"Dad!" Tony frantically looked around but everything was dusted.
"Peter! Where are you?" Tony started walking, only for it to start getting colder? "bambino!"
"Dad, I don't wanna go! Please...I don't wanna go." Tony started running to his voice but it kept getting further and further away.
"Love," Stephen called out softly. "Please, help me." Tony turned and sure enough, there was Stephen.
He was bleeding out, stone gone, and cloak ripped up. "No, no. Hey, it's okay Stephy, I'll help you" Stephen grabbed his hand, pulling him closer.
"Please...please." Stephen went limp, and Tony could only stare at him.
"Stephen?" Tony sobbed and held him. He closed his eyes and begged that it wasn't real.
He opened them and he had Peter instead. "I'm sorry." Tony shook his head, gently rubbing the back of his son's head before he disappeared.
"Sir, i-i think I need some sleep." Tony turned, Jarvis was on the floor, one of his eyes ripped out. "I'm sorry Sir, it s-s-seems like-like I wo-wont be c-coming back." His voice kept glitching out, getting deeper and more robotic.
"No, not you too. Please don't leave me, buddy. Not you too." Tony ran to him but Jarvis was already collapsing, his eye going gray as he shut off.
Tony sobbed as he was alone. "Please come back, I don't want to be alone. Please, please."
"Tony," Stephen spoke softly. "Tony...wake up. Tony."
The voice changed and Tony shot up. Rhodey stood at the side of his bed, looking at him sadly. "It was just a nightmare Tones." Tony sighed and nodded, looking over at his best friend. "Scoot over."
The genius did as told and Rhodey got into the bed with him, cuddling his friend into his side. "When did you get here?" Tony asked softly, letting Rhodey play with his hair.

"Like an hour ago, helped Jarvis out with cleaning up. You feeling better?" Tony shrugged, trying to focus on the fact that he still had Rhodey and Jarvis with him.
"I keep dreaming about them. I don't want to screw up the situation even more, but I don't know what to do exactly." Rhode hummed and nodded. "I don't want to be alone."
Rhodey squeezed Tony. "You aren't alone Tony. I'm here, and you're like my little brother, you've always been like my brother, I'm not going to let you go through this alone. Jarvis sees you as his dad, he won't leave you either. Pepper is still looking out for you and Happy is just a call away. We're here for you."
Tony smiled and nodded. "Thanks, Rhodes." The older man grinned and patted his friend's shoulder.
"Come on, I'm hungry and I know you must be too." Tony nodded and followed Rhodey out the door.

The Chronicles of Artharian Dagworth
Back in 2020 there were many theories on how the world would end. From the many religions apocalypses, nuclear wars that would leave the planet inhabitable, global warming doing the same, biological weapons getting out of control, viruses mutating into unstoppable diseases to the dead raising to prey on humanity, either due to a virus or just because hell filled up. Also, aliens, from the war mongering kind to the ones so advanced they didn’t see us as more than worms. And of course there was the fail proof theory that the world would end when the sun died. In a bunch of billion years give or take. Althougth some new scientist were discussing if the end would be on the take side, since when the sun started dying things would go haywire on the entire solar system and we would collide with mercury or maybe mars way before the expanding sun engulfed earth. But I digress… Now, those were the mainstream theories that the everyday Joe, who didn’t know the big secret, worried about. So, if you were to ask me which theory was correct I can tell you that I haven’t seen any little green man, at least not from another planet, and so far the sun is still shining, although it’s been only 9 years since everything went to hell, not the few billions (give or take) the scientist predicted, so that one isn’t ruled out yet. These two aside, I'd say all of them. Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at writing. I have been planning to do it for a really long time, and while this is not the one epic fantasy idea I ever wanted to write, I think it's a good one. The plan is to write an end of the world urban-fantasy series. Think a world like Dresden Files, Alex Verus, Iron druid, where magic is real but exist hidden from society meets the apocalypse. It will be written in first person in the Dresden Files style, no plans for other POV for now. As you probally alredy guessed from my style, english is not my first langague, so while google corrector helps, expect grammar errors, and I'd be gratefull for anyone to point them. I plan to write 2 to 3 chapters a week, 2000-4000 words each. Might change as I get more experience and depends on my free time. Cover image from the colections of getwallpapers.com

Life is Feudal
No OP stuff, status bars, levels or skills. This story is in favour of more realistic setting in a world of humans and various monsters. "Behind the mask of the assertive, resolute facade that employs ruthless routes at any given moment, lies the frail, anxious heart that were once but a puny human. Reviled and revered by many, none would ever know my true allegiance lies within myself, merely trying to survive this mess." Just the life of a grumpy man child living in a terrible piece of shit or a desolate state in which I call an alternate historical take on medieval Europe. Living as a peasant who is forced to take up arms to defend his own kin. This story grants an insightful take on the life of people living under constant danger, from vying nobles who commit atrocities in the name of justice, eager nations and barbarians aiming to take a piece of the bountiful land and mythical divine monsters who resembles a walking catastrophe in any possible way. [If you're easily offended by alternate-history religion and cultural practices, then you shouldn't read this.]
