After 5 years of trying for a child, Chandler and Karl gave up. They wanted another child after their first one didn't make it, but they started to give up since now it felt like they were never going to have another child.

"I mean we could adopt." Chandler suggested. Karl hummed.

"Yeah, I know, but I want to have our own child that we made and not someone else's. If adoption is the last way we can have a child, then I'll do it." Karl responded. Chandler sighed and took out his phone. He searched up ways to have a baby.

"How about IVF surrogate with your egg and my sperm?" Chandler asked as he saw that option. Karl looked at Chandler and nodded.

"I like that option. How much is that option?" Karl asked. Chandler looked it up and his eyes widened.

"$90,000 to $130,000." Chandler read aloud. Karl gasped and covered his mouth.

"What?! It's like. $10,000 or more per month!" Karl spoke. Chandler dropped his phone and put his face in his hands.

"That's like how much to raise a child until they're two years old." Chandler spoke, taking his face out of his hands. Karl sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.

"We should just adopt." Karl sighed, opening his eyes and looking at Chandler. Chandler nodded, getting up from his seat and walking over to Karl. He sat down and Karl sat on his lap. He put his head onto Chandler's shoulder as he curled up into a ball. A knock came at the door and Chandler wondered who it was but then remembered it was Saturday.

"Come in!" Chandler yelled to the door. The door opened and Jimmy walked in with a smile on his face.

"Hey guys. Found any options?" Jimmy asked. Karl nodded and sighed. Jimmy and Chris knew about Karl and Chandler's situation with having a child and they were supportive of whatever option they had.

"Yeah but it's so expensive." Karl spoke, lifting his head off Chandler's shoulder and looking at Jimmy. Jimmy went over to the other couch they had and sat down.

"How much is it?" Jimmy asked.

"$90,000 to $130,000." Chandler spoke. Jimmy sighed and looked at them.

"I could- no Jimmy, you are not paying for it." Karl cut off Jimmy mid sentence.

"Come on, Karl. I know how much you want a child and I want to do this for you so you don't have to worry about it." Jimmy tried to persuade Karl. Karl shook his head and Jimmy sighed.

"No, Jimmy. I'm not going to let you do that. You use that money for something else." Karl told Jimmy. Jimmy sighed but then a grin started to appear on his face like he just came up with the best YouTube idea.

"How about I be the surrogate? I won't charge you anything, all you just have to do is help me when it's time to deliver the baby." Jimmy spoke, looking at Chandler and Karl with a big grin. Karl looked at Chandler with a grin too and Chandler nodded.

"Are you serious? You would actually do that for us?" Karl asked, looking back at Jimmy. Jimmy nodded and Karl got off Chandler's lap and went over to Jimmy and hugged him.

"Thank you." Karl spoke. Jimmy smiled and got up off the couch and stood up so he could hug Karl back. Chandler got off the couch he sat on and went over to Jimmy and hugged him too. Jimmy wrapped his arm around Chandler's back and his other arm wrapped around Karl's back. Chris walked through the door and stopped when he saw the three men hugging.

"What happened? Should I join the hug or not?" Chris started to ask questions and Karl just giggled. He looked at Chris with a grin.

"Jimmy is going to be our surrogate so we could finally have a child." Karl responded. Chris gasped happily and covered his mouth.

"Make room so I can hug him too." Chris spoke, walking over to them. Karl moved in front of Jimmy and let Chris in on Jimmy's right. Jimmy wrapped his arm around Chris's back and his hand rested on Karl's right shoulder. Jimmy rested his chin onto Karl's head and just smiled to himself.

"I just planted about 5 embryos in you, Mr. Donaldson. You may take a pregnancy test after a couple days or weeks to see if they have attached or not. I wish you guys good luck." The doctor spoke, gathering her tools and leaving the four men alone in the room.

"I still can't thank you enough, Jimmy, for doing this for us." Chandler spoke, walking over to Jimmy who laid on the table with his hands behind his head. Jimmy smiled and nodded.

"Oh no problem. I know you guys really wanted a child, so I would do this for you." Jimmy responded. Chandler leaned down and kissed Jimmy's forehead. Jimmy sat up once when Chandler stood straight back up. Chris got up off his seat that he sat in and walked over to Jimmy. He stuck out his hand and Jimmy took it and got off the table. Karl got off the wall that he leaned on and went over to Chandler and Chandler wrapped his arm around Karl's waist. The four men walked out the room and they exited the building and to the car they all went in.

"Thank you." Karl spoke as they drove back to his and Chandler's house. Jimmy chuckled and smiled.

"You can stop thanking me. I said I would do this for you guys when you guys brought it up." Jimmy spoke, looking through the rearview mirror to look at Chandler and Karl in the backseat. Karl smiled and put his hoodie sleeves over his hands.

"I'm just thanking you for doing something so big just for us." Karl responded. Jimmy smiled and put his hands on Karl's knee.

"Anything for you guys." Jimmy spoke, patting Karl's knee before taking it away and putting it back on his leg.

Jimmy placed the test on the bathroom counter after he took it. He washed his hands and he kept on glancing at his phone every ten seconds waiting for the three minutes to be up.

"Come on." Jimmy whispered to himself as he had been only a minute since he took the test. He closed his eyes and counted in his head for fifteen seconds very slowly. He then opened his eyes and saw that it had been two minutes since he took the test. He sighed and closed his eyes again. He counted to thirty slowly and when he opened his eyes, it was still the same time. Jimmy counted for five seconds then looked at his phone. Now it has been three minutes since he took the test. He picked it up and gasped as he saw two lines.

"Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!" Jimmy whispered-yelled, jumping up and down. He stopped and walked out the bathroom with the biggest grin on his face. He went over to Chris, Chandler, and Karl who were waiting in the living room. He went over to the couple on the couch and he handed them the test. Karl saw and jumped up and hugged Jimmy. Chandler looked at and gasped. He got up and hugged Jimmy too. Chris grinned as he watched the three men hugging.

"Finally!" Karl yelled, letting go of Jimmy and throwing his hands up in the air. Chandler grinned and stopped hugging Jimmy and hugged Karl. He picked him up off the floor and spun him around.

"Thank you, Jimmy!" Karl screamed as Chandler put him back down. Jimmy just grinned and nodded.

"Anytime." Jimmy responded.

Jimmy inhaled, throwing his head back and groaning. Karl held his hand as Chandler pressed a cold cloth onto Jimmy's forehead and Chris was timing his contraction. He was shirtless right now so his bump was visible and all the stretch marks he had to carry this baby. Jimmy then exhaled and lowered his head. Chandler took the towel off Jimmy's forehead and put it down on his leg.

"30 seconds and ten minutes since the last one." Chris spoke, stopping the timer and writing down the time in his notes. Jimmy groaned and got off the couch he sat on. He knelt on the floor and turned around. He put his hands into a fist and his forehead onto the couch and started to rock slowly, his stomach hitting the couch every so often. He then stopped as another contraction took over him and he inhaled sharply. Chris started the timer as Karl put his hand onto the back of Jimmy's neck and massaged it gently. Jimmy whined, his muscles feeling so tight.

"Relax and breathe, Jimmy." Karl whispered into Jimmy's ear. Jimmy winced then exhaled as the contraction faded away.

"32 seconds and eleven minutes since the last one." Chris mumbled as he jotted it down in his notes. Jimmy let out a cry of pain as he sat down on his legs. He went over to Chris and went in between his legs, his bum sitting on his heels. Chris ran his fingers through Jimmy's hair and Jimmy looked up at him.

"Hi." Jimmy whispered, resting his head onto Chris's leg. Chris leaned down and kissed Jimmy's forehead.

"Hi. You are doing a good job." Chris praised, leaning back up and smiling at Jimmy. Jimmy smiled and closed his eyes.

"Tired?" Chris asked. Jimmy nodded, rubbing the side of his head on Chris's leg. Chris nodded and kept running his fingers through Jimmy's hair. Jimmy then squeezed his eyes shut and inhaled a big breath. Chris started the timer and waited until the contraction was over. Jimmy then exhaled after a few seconds and opened his eyes back up.

"Wow, your longest one yet. 40 seconds and seven minutes." Chris spoke, typing it in his phone. Jimmy whined and lifted his head up. He put his hands onto Chris's legs and pushed himself up. Chris put his hands onto Jimmy's sides and helped lift him up.

"I want to be held." Jimmy whined. Chris sighed and patted his leg. Jimmy sat down sideways on his lap and Chris handed his phone to Chandler to take over his job. Chris put one arm behind Jimmy's back and held him up. Jimmy put his head onto Chris's shoulder and kissed his neck. He stretched out his long legs on the couch and he placed his hand onto Chris's chest. Karl looked down and started to fidget with the gold band on his finger. Chandler noticed and took Karl's hand into his. Karl then started to trace the outline of Chandler's hand then squeezed it. Chandler looked at him and cocked his head to the side.

"Aren't you nervous?" Karl asked. Chandler pursed his lips together and nodded then turned his gaze back to Jimmy. Jimmy then inhaled and his hand gripped Chris's shirt. Chris rubbed his back and glided his thumb across Jimmy's thigh. Jimmy then exhaled and he loosened his grip on Chris's shirt. Jimmy kept his head on Chris's shoulder and kissed his neck again.

"40 seconds and seven minutes since the last one." Chandler mumbled as he typed it into the phone. Jimmy took his head off Chris's shoulder and kissed his cheek before putting his head back onto his shoulder. Jimmy then groaned and shifted in Chris's lap. He then leaned back but Chris's arm stopped him from laying down. Jimmy whined and looked at Chris.

"Sorry." Chris apologized and let Jimmy lay down on his arm. Chris moved his hand from Jimmy's thigh to his stomach and rubbed the front of it. Jimmy whined and sat back up. He placed his head back onto Chris's shoulder. Chris moved his hand back onto Jimmy's thigh and rubbed it.

"When are we going to the hospital?" Jimmy asked. Chris rubbed Jimmy's side and kissed Jimmy's hand that was placed on his shoulder.

"When your contractions are five minutes apart, last a minute long, and it has been like that for an hour." Karl explained. Jimmy whined and squeezed Chris's shoulder.

"That's going to be a while. I just want an epidural already." Jimmy complained, wincing when he felt the baby change positions. Chris sighed and started kissing Jimmy's shoulder.

"I know you want it and you will get it when we get there. You are already doing an amazing job with each contraction you get. When it starts to get too painful, just tell one of us and we can go to the hospital, ok?" Chris spoke gently to Jimmy. Jimmy sighed before nodding.

"Just keep breathing." Chris instructed, massaging Jimmy's back as Jimmy rocked on his knees gently. Jimmy stuffed his head into Chris's neck and let out a cry. Chandler got off the floor and placed a cool towel on the back of Jimmy's neck. Jimmy jumped slightly but soon relaxed as the towel started to cool him down.

"55 seconds and 6 minutes since the last one." Karl read aloud as he typed in the information. Jimmy groaned and his hands gripped onto the back of Chris's shirt. Chris whispered something into Jimmy's ear and Jimmy loosen his grip on Chris's shirt.

"We were so close." Jimmy whimpered, letting out a cry of frustration. Chris's heart started to break because of Jimmy and he kissed Jimmy's shoulder. His water had already broken about fifteen minutes ago but they were just waiting until the contractions were closer and stronger before going to the hospital.

"Hasn't it been like that for an hour now?" Chris asked. Karl looked through the notes and nodded. "If we just round it to a minute and five minutes apart, we can get him to the hospital so he can get an epidural." Chris explained his idea to the two men in the room. Chandler and Karl looked at each other before nodding.

"Hey Jim Jam, we are going to the hospital, ok?" Chris whispered into Jimmy's ear. Jimmy took his head out of Chris's neck and looked at him with some much happiness in his eyes. Chris smiled at him as Jimmy took his arms from around Chris and put his hands out. Chris got off the floor and put Jimmy's hands into his. He pulled Jimmy off the floor and into his arms. Karl handed Jimmy his shirt and Jimmy slipped it on. They helped Jimmy get to the car and into it.

"You still want the epidural?" Chris asked as Chandler started to back out the driveway and drove to the hospital. Jimmy nodded and his hand found Chris's, who was sitting next to him, and he placed it in his. He traced the lines on the palm of his hand and licked his lips. Chris looked at Jimmy and he flipped his hand over and intertwined their hands together. Jimmy looked at him and pouted. Chris rolled his eyes and pecked Jimmy's lips. Jimmy then closed his eyes and he squeezed Chris's hand. Chris rubbed the back of Jimmy's hand then looked at Chandler.

"Hurry up, Chandler." Chris ordered. Chandler nodded and pressed on the gas. Jimmy then opened his eyes and groaned. Chris kissed the back of Jimmy's hand and Jimmy closed his eyes again. Chandler turned into the parking lot of the hospital and went to the front of the building and stopped the car.

"You guys go in and get in a room. We'll be there in a couple minutes." Chandler told the two men in the backseat. They both nodded and Chris got out of the car and opened Jimmy's door. He stuck out his hand to help Jimmy out of the car and Jimmy took it. He exited the car and Chris slammed the door shut as they started to walk to the entrance of the building. Chandler pulled into a parking spot and parked the car. He turned towards Karl and took his hand.

"Hey, are you ready?" Chandler asked. Karl looked at Chandler and nodded.

"I mean, we are finally meeting our child that we have been waiting for. I know Jimmy will be excited to give us our child and be done being pregnant." Karl responded. Chandler nodded and they got out of the car. They held hands as they walked to the building. They walked to the front desk and asked for Jimmy. The recipoter told them what room he was in and they thanked them before walking to the room. They entered the room and saw Jimmy laying on his side on the bed while Chris was sitting on a chair facing Jimmy. Jimmy noticed Chandler and Karl walking in the room and he smiled at them.

"Hey." Chandler spoke as they came over next to Chris. Chris looked up at them and smiled a small smile at them.

"He got the epidural." Chris spoke, looking back at Jimmy grinning at him. Karl smiled at him and Jimmy closed his eyes.

"Are you going to sleep?" Chris asked. Jimmy nodded and put out his hand. Chris put his hand into Jimmy's and laid them onto the bed. Chris listened to Jimmy's breathing even out before looking at the couple next to him.

"He's about eight cementiers right now. The nurse instructed him to save up his energy so he can have enough energy to push the baby out of him. She told me he should start pushing in two hours, if there are no compilations." Chris told them. Chandler nodded and Karl took Chandler's hand back when Chandler let go of it.

"You guys can go sit in that chair over there." Chris pointed to the recliner in the room. "I'm going to be in bed with Jimmy until he's ready to push." They nodded and Chandler walked to the chair. He sat down on the chair and Karl went over to him and sat down sideways on his lap. Chandler rubbed Karl's back as he laid his head onto Chandler's shoulder. Chris got off the chair he sat in and went to the other side of the bed and got in. He pressed his chest up against Jimmy's back and wrapped his hands above Jimmy's low stomach. Chandler closed his eyes and fell asleep. Karl stayed awake for a little before falling asleep on Chandler's shoulder.

The doctor knocked on the door and Chris was the first one to wake up to the sound. He rubbed his eyes before groaning.

"Come in." Chris told the person at the door. The doctor opened the door and smiled at him. Chris smiled back before he started to kiss the back of Jimmy's neck. Jimmy's shoulders stiffened as he opened his eyes and he spotted the doctor by the door. Chris got off Jimmy's back and off the bed. Jimmy flipped onto his back and spreaded open his legs. The doctor started to check then grinned to himself as he looked at Jimmy.

"You are ten cementiers. Little one is ready to be born." The doctor told Jimmy. Jimmy smiled and exhaled a big breath. Chris went over to Chandler and Karl on the chair and shook them awake.

"He's ready." Chris told Chandler and Karl. Karl lifted his head off Chandler's shoulder and got off Chandler's lap. Chandler got off the chair and they went over to the right side of the bed. Chris went over to the left side of the bed and looked down at Jimmy. Jimmy held back his legs while the doctor was between his legs.

"You can start pushing." The doctor told Jimmy. Jimmy inhaled a big breath before he started to push. The doctor started to count to ten and at ten, Jimmy stopped and fell back onto the bed. Chris leaned down and kissed Jimmy's forehead and Chandler just watched him push.

Seven pushes later, the baby's head popped out. Jimmy hissed and gritted his teeth as he fell back onto the bed.

"Keep doing what you are doing but push a little harder." The doctor instructed. Jimmy nodded and started to push again.

Eight pushes later, the baby was almost out. Jimmy panted as he gathered all of his strength that was left and started to push. The baby exited his body with a slosh and the doctor cleaned the baby's face and airways and they started to scream at the top of their lungs. The doctor lifted the baby onto Jimmy's stomach and started to clean their body. Karl covered his mouth as he looked at the baby. He let out some tears as the doctor came back with a pair of scissors after leaving the baby.

"Do any of you men want to cut the umbilical cord?" The doctor asked Chandler and Karl. Chandler nodded and took the pair of scissors. The doctor guided Chandler and told him where to cut. Chander cut where he was told to cut and he smiled as the doctor lifted the baby off Jimmy's stomach and went to go check on them to make sure they were healthy.
