《Here With Me (MrBeast x Reader)》Chapter 16

When I woke up the following morning, I was still in Jimmy's bed. Thoughts of last night came rushing back to me, and I started to blush.

Last night was incredible. There had been so much sexual tension building up between us for the last few months, so finally being able to relieve that tension... well, it was mind-blowing, to say the least.

I adjusted my pillow a bit; it was still early, so I figured that I might as well try to go back to sleep. However, the slight movement of the bed woke Jimmy up; his eyes opened, and he was staring back at me.

"Merry Christmas," he said sleepily. He had a smile on his face.

I grinned. "Merry Christmas."

Eventually, I got up out of bed and went to go take a quick shower. Halfway through the shower, I heard the bathroom door open.

"Mind if I join?" Jimmy joked.

I laughed. "Get out of here!" I paused for a moment. "Just kidding--you can stay."

He laughed, and I heard movement for a bit, but then he got into the shower with me.

It was still taking some time to sink in that Jimmy was my boyfriend now, but I was enjoying all the changes.

After we had dried off and gotten dressed, we were both sitting on the couch in the living room, drinking some hot chocolate. The Christmas tree was lit up and fully decorated, and it was so beautiful.

"Ready for your gift?" Jimmy asked excitedly.

"I hope you're ready for yours!" I responded.

We both went over to the tree where the gifts were lying underneath.

I felt a bit self-conscious about my gift: it was a digital painting of the guys, Jimmy, and me. It had costed me pretty much nothing as my friend had made it. My friend did such an amazing job, but I still had a feeling that Jimmy's gift was going to be something much more expensive.

I handed him the gift, which was fairly large; I had wrapped it with wrapping paper and put a bow on it.

He handed me a medium-sized box that was also wrapped up with a bow in the center.

He was smiling ear-to-ear like a kid on Christmas day. "Countdown," he said.

"Three, two, one... Go," we said in unison.

We unwrapped the gifts, and when I opened up the box that he had gotten me, I saw an adorable Pandora charm bracelet loaded with cute charms of all of my favorite animals. I felt my heart swell. It was perfect: it was a cute idea, really thoughtful (how did the creep know all my favorite animals?), and adorable... and probably really expensive, but I brushed that thought aside.

"I love it," I said, taking the bracelet out of the box and putting it on around my wrist.

"This is incredible," he said. He looked like he was in awe as he held the digital painting up so it was eye-level. In the digital picture was everyone from the group, laughing about something while doing one of our challenges.

"My friend made it," I admitted.

"It's so thoughtful, though. I love it."

I blushed as Jimmy brought me in for a hug. I loved the feeling of his hugs: he was so warm and strong, and I felt so safe with his arms wrapped around me.

I don't know what came over me, and I'm sure it was probably way too soon into our relationship to be saying it, but I couldn't help myself from saying something right then, in that moment:

"I love you, Jimmy."

I felt him tense up for a second, and I started to get worried that I ruined everything, but then he squeezed me tighter in his hug.

"I love you, too... so much," he responded, burying his face into my neck and pulling me closer.

Jimmy's family had their Christmas "dinner" pretty early in the day, so it was more like a Christmas lunch, but it was still really fun and the food was amazing.

It was strange meeting his family, but I enjoyed it. My heart swelled every time he introduced me as "his girlfriend", and he seemed just as excited being able to do so.

Eventually, everyone finished up eating, so we just sat there talking for a while.

The only person that I knew there was Jimmy, although I had been introduced to his mom and some other family members.

After a while, I was starting to get a little bit bored, though I continued trying to show interest in all of the conversations that were happening because I didn't want to seem rude.

Jimmy turned to me. "Let's get out of here," he whispered in my ear.

I chuckled. "I don't want to be rude."

He grinned. "We won't be."

He said to the group that we were both feeling "tired" after all the carbs that we had just eaten, so we were going to head back home to take a nap.

I knew we weren't about to go take a nap, but I wasn't sure what he had in mind.

"We're going to meet up with some of the guys. Their Christmas meals with their family are just about over, too," Jimmy said after we got into the car.

I laughed. "Okay, sounds fun."

When we got back to Jimmy's house, Chris, Chandler, Jake, Garrett, and Tareq were all there already.

We all headed inside, and I went upstairs to quickly grab some of the gifts that I had gotten for them and had a gift exchange between all of us.

Jimmy showed off the gift that I had gotten him, since all of us were in it. He hung it up in a spot in his room; it was right in the center of his wall and very visible.

"The art is amazing, but why do I look so confused?" Chandler asked.

I laughed. In the picture, everyone was laughing--except Chandler, who looked kind of confused and had a dumb expression on his face.

"Because you always look confused," Chris joked.

"Your words hurt," Chandler responded, looking dejected... but he had a slight smile on his face, so he was clearly joking, too.

We were all sitting there for a while, just talking.

Jimmy had been pretty quiet for the last five minutes, just browsing through his phone. I didn't really think too much of it, but suddenly, he set his phone down and looked up. "Guys, I've got an idea for a video."

"What?" Garret responded.

"Let's go Christmas caroling. I don't see any world records for the longest time spent Christmas caroling... and we have like eight more hours until Christmas is over, so let's try to set a record. The last one to stop caroling gets $20,000," Jimmy suggested.

"We're about to annoy the whole city for the next eight hours," Chris pointed out. "I'm down."

"I'll win," Chandler said.

I laughed. "You'll have to pee after like ten minutes."

Jimmy chuckled, putting his arm around me. "She's not wrong."

"And then he'll cry," Chris added.

"True," Chandler responded.

Jimmy looked around at everyone. "Are you all ready to spread some Christmas cheer for the next eight hours?"

That's exactly what we did, spending the next several hours going around the town singing Christmas carols while Tareq filmed. Jimmy stayed by my side the entire time, sneaking kisses and hugs in between songs.

He was crazy for suggesting this, but it was so much fun. We all spent the next several hours laughing with our ridiculous, excessive caroling, and I couldn't have imagined spending Christmas with Jimmy any other way.
