CHAPTER 69
HARRY'S POV
**1 WEEK LATER **
The guys have stopped by everyday with clean clothes for me, and everytime they saw me, they begged me to come home. I never would though. I would spend all day, everyday laying down next to Angie talking to her. All of the doctors and nurses thought that what I was doing was really sweet, but I didn't except their praise. I litterally couldn't live without her.
"Harry, it's been a week. You really need to come home." Louis said as he walked into Angie's room.
"No can do." I answered as I limped my way over to where he was standing with my clean clothes for the day.
"It's not healthy mate!" He replied as he passed over my clothes.
"I need her Louis." I mumbled.
"Stay strong lad." With that said, he exited the room leaving me alone with Angie.
Just as I was about to start talking to her, her doctor walked in. "Harry, your still here?" He asked.
"Of course I am. I would never leave without her." I responded as I took Angie's hand in mine.
"Well I've got good news for you."
"What is it?" I asked, my heart beating wicked fast.
"At the rate that Angie is recovering at, she should be awake within the next few days." The doctor smiled at me.
"Really?" I asked, full of joy.
"Yes. But the thing is Harry, she may not remember you..." His voice trailed off.

"How could she forget me? We are in love." I informed him.
"Injuries like this are complicated. I'm so sorry."
Then the doctor backed out of the room. I felt tears roll down my cheeks and I squeezed Angie's hand even tighter. Just then, the strangest thing happened. Like I had been hoping for, for weeks, Angie squeezed my hand back. Out of instant reaction of shock, I quickly pulled my hand away. "Angie, your awake!" I shout.
"Who are you?" She mumbled.
"You don't remember me?" I felt a tear esacape my eye as I stared back into her confused eyes.
"Sorry. Should I?" She asked.
"I'm Harry. I'm your boyfriend, and you love me. We've been through so much together and we made it out together. You mean everything to me Angie! I know everything about you, and I would do anything for you." The tears streamed down my face like a heavy rainfall as she looked back at me with a lifeless expression on her face.
"I don't even know you...How could I love you?"She asked.
"Yes you do know me, and you love me, and I love you!" I shouted through my tears.
"Harry give her space, she just woke up." I heard her doctor say.
I quickly stood up and walked out of the room. I put my hands over my eyes and slumped down in the hospital hallway gasping for air as I cried my heart out.
ANGIE'S POV
I answered the doctors questions as best I could. I remember being in a car accident, but not much else. I knew my name, and age and well, that's all. Oh yeah, I also am in love with this curly haired boy named Harry, I think he said his name was. I'm not sure if I believe him though.
"Angie, do you remember that boy you were talking to?" The doctor asked me.
"No. He said his name was Harry and that we were in love, but that's all I know." I said.

"Well Angie, you and Harry were in love and everybody knew it."
"How did everyone know?" I asked.
"You see, Harry is in a very popular boy band called One Direction. So you and him were on the cover of lots of magazines and well-"
"Why did someone famous love me?" I cut her off.
"Why don't I let him explain..." My doctor stood up and walked out the door.
A few minutes later Harry appeared at my door with a glum expression on his face. "May I come in?" He asked.
"Please do." I sat up straight in bed and watched him carefully as he made his way to the chair that was right next to my bed. He took a seat in it, and grabbed my hand. His hands were soft, and gentle. Why did he love me? This guy sitting before me could do so much better.
"I love you." He said softly.
"You said you know everything about me?" I asked.
He nodded his head up and down.
"Could you please tell me about myself then?" I asked.
"I would want nothing more than to do that." He smiled.
After about four hours of Harry blabbing on about this wonderful girl that just so happens to be me, I decided to ask the question I had been dying to ask all this time. "So your famous?"
"Yeah, kind of." He looked away from me and I could tell he was upset. Why though?
"You sing, right?" I asked.
"In a band." He confirmed.
"Will you sing to me?"
"Right here?"
"Please Harry?"
"There was something in everything about you
Baby come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong and I just can't live without you
All day long wearing a mask of false bravado
Trying to keep up a smile and hide the tears
But as the sun goes down I get that empty feeling again
How I wish to god that you were here
Baby come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Baby come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong and I just can't live without you
Now that I put it all together
Give me the chance to make you see
Have you used up all the love in your heart
Nothing left for me, is there nothing left for me
Baby come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Baby come back, listen baby, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong and I just can't live without you
I was wrong and I just can't live"
"Harry, your really good." I whispered as soon as he stopped singing.
"Thanks, that song was written by Hall and Oates. Explains how I'm feeling right about now..." He trailed off.
"Make me remember Harry. I want to love you." I choked out.
"The doctors said it was impossible for you to remember." He said slowly.
"Show them a medical mystery. Please." I tried to smile.
"It could take some time. You and I had quite a roller coaster." He replied.
"I have nothing else to live for besides here and now. I have time Harry." I reassured him.
So thus it began. Harry spent an entire week sitting next to me holding my hand, and explaining everything that had ever happened to me before. From the good to the bad, he never left a single detail out. I learned that he and I both made mistakes, but we always forgave each other. Probably because we were in love. Every memory that he told me, would make me love him even more. This man who just days ago I didn't remember, was slowly making me fall in love with him. Again.
