CHAPTER 49
LOUIS'S POV
"Harry how are you feeling this morning?" I asked him as I sat down next to him at the kitchen table.
"The best I could be feeling considering what's been going on." He shrugged.
"Has she tried to contact you?" I wondered.
"Yeah, I got about 20 missed calls and 100 text messages. I didn't read any though." He shoved a bite of toast in his mouth and began chewing.
"That's good to hear that your able to restrain yourself from her." I smiled.
"Yeah, I'm honestly quite surprised about how easy this is for me." He laughed.
"Well maybe it was just meant to be." I stood up and poured myself a cup of coffee. As I was waiting for Harry to respond, I let my mind wander to my thoughts about Cindy. Last night all we did is talk, but it was quite nice because I never got bored. She was one of those people that you could listen to talk for hours about soup, and not get bored. She was just amazing.
"I just don't think I could ever face her. If I see her, I'm scared I'll fall for her again." He spoke finally.
"Don't even think about her. And I called all of the boys last night when you were in the shower and told them what happened. The're coming over today at 11, which is in 40 minutes for a guys day. We can just hang around here and watch movies. Sound good?" I was really trying to be as best of a friend as I could be because I couldn't stand what that girl has put him through.
"Thank you Lou." Harry smiled. "Oh and Louis, could you do me a huge favor?" He asked.
"Anything." I said simply.
"Well I'm going to take a shower right now, I was wondering if you would go and get my things from Angie's place. She is at gymnastics right now so you won't have to see her, I just don't think I can go back there." He looked down at the ground.

"Sure." I said taking Harry's key and walking out the door.
ANGIE'S POV
I couldn't stop crying over my breakup with Harry. What have I done? I had a perfect relationship with the perfect guy, and now it's all ruined just because of a stupid kiss. I didn't even like Ken, he was just attractive, so when he kissed me, I just didn't pull away. It meant nothing to me, or him and it just made me sick to think about.
Ken had a wife and kids, I wonder what'll happen to them now. I mean they don't know about it yet, but they will find out when people question Harry about the breakup. Which should be pretty soon, I assume.
I have been so heart broken that I haven't been able to leave my apartment. I surely couldn't go to gymnastics because I would see Ken, and because I was just to weak. I needed Harry back, but he won't answer any of my calls.
Just then, I heard the lock on my door click, and my heart raced. The only other person with a key here is Harry, so that must be him.
"Woah Angie, what are you doing here?" Louis asked as he walked in. Great, so it wasn't Harry.
"I live here, shouldn't I be asking you that?" I snarled.
"Harry said you would be at gymnastics so you startled me. And I just came to get Harry's things for your information bitch." He snapped back. How dare he call me that!
"Whatever." I said as I turned the TV on.
Louis walked away and then he came back with a couple of suitcases a few minutes later. I decided that he was my only hope to get Harry to take me back, so I changed my attitude and tried to talk to him again.
"Hey Louis, I was just wondering if you could have Harry call me." I said sweetly.
"No." He replied quickly.
"Why not?" I asked.
"Because you don't deserve him. Listen up Angie, if you ever come near me Harry, or the rest of the boys ever again, you will be sorry. Don't call our numbers, or come to our address. We want nothing to do with you." He slammed the door behind him and left me speechless.

HARRY'S POV
I walked out of the bathroom wearing some trackies and a baggy white scoop neck tee. I noticed that nobody was here yet, so I pulled out my laptop and went on twitter. Thankfully, Angie hadn't tweeted me, so I could go about my business. But firstly, I blocked her.
I decided that I wouldn't post anything about the breakup and that I would wait for an interview. I think my manager would get quite mad if I tweeted that she cheated on me.
I scrolled through my direct messages looking for some from my close friends. I noticed that I had one from @JessicaLovesLiam* and I clicked on it.
@JessicaLovesLiam*- Hey there Harry, just wanted to see how you are doing? Maybe we could hangout again when Cindy and Louis get together. From what Cindy tells me, she and Louis had a great time. Wonder what that means! Anyways, call me, I'd love to have a chat. xxx"
Instead of responding to her message, I pulled out my phone and called her.
"Hello Mr. Styles." She greeted me.
"How do you do this fine morning?" I joked.
"Oh, I'm just swell, and you?" Her tone made me laugh, but I kept my composure as I talked.
"I'm divine." We both bust out laughing, and I continued in a normal voice. "Thanks for the message on twitter."
"Wow, I didn't think that famous people actually like went through those. How do you weed through the fans?" She asked sounding shocked.
"Well clearly I didn't considering I'm on the phone with one right now." I laughed.
"Oh stop it!" She was now laughing.
"Alright I kid. But today in about 10 minutes I have a guys day planned so we can't hangout today. But maybe I can talk Lou into another late night thing. But tonight I promise that I will have something more proper planned." I laughed.
"My parents don't care as much as Cindy's do about who I hangout with. You don't have to sneak around to pick me up. Also, can't we still hangout even if Cindy and Louis don't?" She asked.
"Can I pick you up tonight at 10?" I asked realizing that everything she just said was true.
"How should I dress?" She wondered.
"Like you would for a casual date." I said trying to flirt.
"Did Harry Styles just ask me out on a date?" She gasped and I could hear the sarcasm in her voice.
"Yes, and you better be ready. I'll be at the same place I was last night except tonight at 10. I'm coming in and meeting your parents as well. Dress to impress me Jessica." I said then hung up before she could respond.
"Honey I'm home!" Louis yelled as he came in with my stuff.
I walked over to him laughing and helped with my suitcases. We dragged them to my room and left them there before returning to the living room. We both sat down on the couch; waiting for the boys to get here.
"Thanks again Louis." I said smiling.
"No problem." He said easily.
"Oh Louis, tonight I'm taking Jessica out. Her parents don't mind." I said casually.
"I KNEW IT!" Louis began jumping up and down. "I knew that you liked her!" He screamed.
"Oh save it." I said, now embarrassed.
"It's okay Harry, I won't tell the lads. They would probably judge you for dating a 13 year old like they did to me. Oh and they might not approve of you jumping to another girl so quickly." Louis said now calm.
"Thanks Louis!" I hugged him tightly.
"We're here!" Liam shouted as he Niall and Zayn walked in.
I ran over to the door with Louis right behind me, and we greeted the boys.
"So what are we going to do today?" Niall asked.
"What won't we do?" I fired back laughing.

Lone: The Wanderer [Dropped Version (includes original draft of the rewrite's first volume)]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 2 chapters per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] A/N: This story is in the middle of a rewrite, so please forgive any noticeable plot holes and wonky chapter numbers.
