CHAPTER 22…
ANGIES POV
I was very thankful that my mom was letting me live with Niall. Sure it did take a lot of begging and pleading, but it was worth it. Now was the time that I could finally get to know Niall better.
“Welcome home baby!” Niall said.
I looked up at the huge building. “You live here?” I stammered.
“Yupp! Now let’s go unpack.” He replied.
“Alright!” I yelled.
He grabbed my hand and led me off the tour bus. “Here, let me take your bag.” He offered.
What a gentleman, I thought.
I swung open the door and revealed the huge amazing apartment I was going to live in. “Wow.” Was all I could say.
“You like?” Niall asked setting the bags down.
“Me love!” I jumped into Niall’s arms and he walked me up to the master bedroom. “This is where we shall sleep.”
I jumped out of his arms and onto the bed. “Join me!” I yelled.
Niall flung himself onto the bed as well and wrapped his arms around me. “I have a feeling these will be the best 3 months of my life.” He whispered to me.
“Ditto.” I said softly.
He laughed and then we both fell into a deep sleep.
“Angie, can I ask you something?” Niall asked.
“You just did!” I said smiling.
“But seriously.” He said.
“Oh okay, go ahead.” I said a little concerned.
“Do you have any doubts about living here, and not with your Mom and Dad?” He asked.
I thought about this for a minute. The truth was, after my loss of my brother, I have always been a little nervous when it comes to family. I just didn’t want anything to happen to them, and I felt like I was betraying my Mom or something by living with Niall. But I love Niall, so I guess its ok. “I uhh. I don’t know.” I said.

“By saying that you don’t know if you have doubts, is kind of already doubting yourself.”
“Since when are you so smart?” I laughed trying to get a topic change.
“But seriously Angie. I know that you have had family problems before, and I don’t want you to be upset. I want you to be positive you want to be here.” He spoke firmly.
“I’ll stay here, and I can always go visit my parents. We’re not too far away.” I said.
“If you’re sure you want to live here, I promise to make every second fun.” He told me.
I smirked and then more seriously said, “Niall, while we’re on the topic of family, can you help me with something?”
“Anything.” He said.
“I want to find my brother.” I spoke slowly.
“Alright, then find your brother we shall.” He responded.
“I don’t want the other boys to know though.” I said.
“I understand.” And I could tell that he actually did.
“Thanks.”
“So, what’s his full name?” He asked.
“Matthew Jacobs Blunt.” I said.
“He’s your twin so that means he is 19 just like you.” Niall said while writing this down.
“So what do we do?” I asked.
“Well, I tweet the information and then we hang up fliers and offer a reward for anyone who can help us locate him.”
“What kind of reward?”
“Money.” He said.
“I don’t have much money Niall. I can’t even help with the rent here. Remember I don’t have a job, and I am not super famous.”
“Lucky for you, I am rich and famous. So reward… $100,000? Sound good?” He asked.
“That’s way too much!” I yelled.
“I spent a tenth of that on one four hour long date to make you happy. I can spend 10 times that amount to make you happy for a lifetime.” He said.
“But I would always feel like I owe you something.” I said.
He spoke softly and replied “As long as I have you, I am good for life.”

The Destiny of a Mortal God (Hiatus)
Currently on hiatus, in part because I'm unsatisfied with how the story was starting to develop, and even though I had ideas how to run it, I still made mistakes far too big to correct them. Secondly I'm currently stressed about university, and sincerely, I don't see myself keeping this project. I may or may not retake this project or even start a new one, but one thing's for sure, it isn't happening anytime soon (Meaning until june, aprox, or until I can keep up with class). ... Lyon Ironblood, 19 years old and orphan, is taken by Kronos from the present Earth to another world, where he shall fight and struggle to get stronger so that he shall acomplish the mission Kronos assigned him. He shall fight gods, demons, dragons and monsters and even mortals who surpass those. But to do so he shall receive, though only after he proved himself worthy, a power beyond imagination. This power will not be handed freely to him, and he'll have to work hard to develop it. He shall receive the X-Men System. A magic system designed to enhance Lyon and give him the mutations from the X-Men serie. He shall start from scratch, with powers that will seem less than a mere human, and develop them with effort, to surpass the gods. [I don't claim ownership of any of the X-Men powers or characters, neither the cover, only thing I claim are the ideas which make the story and put together their powers, how they'll develop from scratch to even higher worlds than they were suposed on the series, other than that, all X-Men characters named (which I'll try to avoid to a certain point) are not of my property]

The Ingress Estate
Jonathon Eucole. Soldier. Scholar. Now an Initiate, the dedication without dedication, he finds himself both prisoner and master of an arcane edifice, the Ingress Estate, which can neither be escaped, nor controlled; only diverted, maintained, and pacified. This is a gothic fantasy story, set in a world in which gods and the afterlife are not only real and known, but were both established in living memory of some of the inhabitants after millennia of arcane warfare with the being who constructed the mundane reality the humans occupy. But this isn't the story of those who colonized the afterlife at the cost of their own humanity, but a somewhat more ordinary man, in somewhat extraordinary circumstances. This is also a LitRPG-lite, which means there's a system of sorts, fragments of which can be observed through Jonathon's eyes. Don't expect level-up screens, or statistics, or indeed numbers much at all, beyond those the inhabitants of the world itself apply to understanding their own reality. It pretty much doesn't matter to the story, I mention it so those who don't want to read LitRPG at all can successfully avoid it here. I don't have any particular plan here, just some ideas inherent in the genre. This is a character concept I toyed with some years ago; an old man, bright of mind but weighed down into apathy, both by his past and his responsibilities for a terrible estate that cannot be left without stewardship. Don't expect any kind of overarching plot or story, because that's really not what this is about. Also don't expect much dialogue. Or character development. Or much of anything, really, because I've planned nothing in the way of an actual book, here. Other relevant information, if you've read this far for some reason: The MC isn't super-powerful to begin with, and probably never will be. He's a veteran with some useful skills, and the insight on how to use them, so can deal with the world's ordinary threats reasonably well, but not too much beyond that. --- Currently on hiatus, as currently the story has a rather poor ratio of effort-to-personal-payoff. I may return to this once I have a clear idea of how to get the stories where I want them. I've started a more standard LitRPG using the same system. But if you like intelligence characters who cleverly min-max their classes, it probably isn't the story for you; it's the story of a rather ordinary guy who winds up in a very similar universe.
