《Inumaki Toge x Reader》46

you flew in the air for a solid 10 minutes. your sensei was fast and you didnt realize it, he had pierced through the sky without any trouble. gojo landed on both of his feet on the vast ground.
he spoke up, looking at you while you were still in his arms, "can you stand?" he asked with concern in his voice. you nodded at him and he let you down to stand on your own feet.
you didnt feel like talking at all. to no one actually. the two of you now stood at the entrance of jujutsu tech. the blood on your clothing had dried up by now, creating red stains. there were still some droplets of blood slowly dripping from your chin and hair.
this was the result of your feelings overtaking you, it was way too much for you at the moment. you felt so sickened for what you did not even 20 minutes ago.
the two of you didnt walk, you looked up at the sky and gojo waited for you to walk, wherever you were ready to.
the sky was a light pink with faint hints of blue and white mixed through it. it was around 5PM already. the many clouds were passing fast. you saw further up ahead some dark grey clouds.
'its going to rain later then.' you reasoned with yourself. your eyes were half lidded, you were tired of everything around you. you just wanted to sleep.
closing your eyes, you took a deep breath and stayed like that for a while. then you slowly opened your eyes again and looked straight ahead to the entrance of jujutsu tech.
gojo was observing your every move from besides you. your legs started to move on their own in a regular pace. your sensei followed quickly behind you without saying anything.
as you passed the entrance, you saw no one in particular. which was great, you didnt want to speak to anyone. you didnt want to tell them how you straight up murdered someone not even 20 minutes ago.
being glad that it was close to dinner time, you assumed everyone was in the common room or such. they wouldnt be outside now, and your thoughts were correct.
you passed the training fields, gojo following silently behind you as you made your way back to the school. there was some training equipment from maki still laying down there, you assumed she took a quick break.
after fully passing the fields, you were finally met with the one door that you used to sneak out of last night.

without hesitation, you extended your arm to grab ahold of the door, opening it in a fast motion that made gojo slightly flinch, you just wanted to go to bed and have a normal rest as soon as possible. you walked inside without looking back.
you passed the common room, you had to be quiet or they would hear you and potentially want to see you too. luckily the door was closed so you could pass without troubles.
gojo spoke up from behind you "y/n, i will tell you everything tomorrow, have a good rest first." he said but you were already walking away, on your way to the stairs that would lead you to your dorm.
everything was going normal, that was untill you heard the door of the common bathroom open, which was located in front of the stairs.
you stopped in your tracks and waited to see who came out of it. seeing the silhouette of your male comrade, you quickly approached him, he didnt seem to see you yet as he was still closing the door with his back facing you.
he turned around and his eyes widened greatly at what he saw. yuuji wanted to yell out, ask you numerous things, wanted to tell you how glad he was that you were back. but then the face of the pink haired boy changed in an instant.
yuuji noticed your blood dried clothing and saw some small streaks of dried blood going down your face. his smile faltered and he wanted to speak up.
not giving a single care anymore, you extended your arm in a fast motion and put your hand on his mouth while harshly whispering, "not a word, yuuji." you said and removed your hand again.
breaking the eye contact, you ascended the stairs and went to your room, leaving yuuji in standing there with widened eyes.
you knew that yuuji would tell the others that you were back and about the state you were in. 'that is just how he is.' you thought to yourself and sighed while walking to your dorm.
standing in front of it, you put your backpack on the ground and started rummaging in it to find your keys. you couldnt find them at first and were getting even more annoyed.
"where is she now then?" you heard nobara speak up from downstairs. assuming she was talking to yuuji. of course he already told everyone.
you heard another voice, "what do you mean blood? gojo said it was just a business trip, remember?" is what your senpai, panda said.

"salmon, salmon." you heard someone say and heard the frustration in his voice too, you knew exactly who that was and felt sad that you didnt let him know about your leave.
now groaning, you went all the way to the bottom on your bag with your arm and felt your keys. you visibly relaxed and got them out.
your relaxing moment didnt last long as you heard multiple footsteps on the stairs, coming closer to you with every second that passed.
fiddling with the keys in your hand, you quickly opened the door, right as your door opened you heard someone call out, "y/n, wait up!" it was nobara.
you really didnt have the mental energy to explain why you were covered in blood right now so you went in your room and shut the door behind you.
nobara who caught a glimpse of you saw the contrast on your shirt, the red stains on your white shirt and quickly placed the pieces together.
she went to stand in front of your room, "y/n, everything alright?" she said carefully. you were leaning with your back to the other side of the door, speaking up.
"yea dont worry, just tired, ill tell you tomorrow about my trip." you said while trying to sound not as dead as possible. you didnt hear anything from nobara at that point but knew she was still standing there.
you sighed and look down at the ground. "i promise, nobara." you breathed out. that seemed to do the trick and she then broke her own silence. "okay." she replied simply and you could hear in her voice that she was more relieved now.
she went back downstairs and you walked over to the shower, trying to wash all the blood off and make yourself more presentable for tomorrow. you didnt have the energy to do so but eventually you went to the bathroom.
standing in the shower was relaxing, it felt warm and comforting, something you missed alot in the last two days.
you closed your eyes and let the warmth take you over, seconds turned into minutes and minutes into hours. before you knew it, you were taking a one hour long shower.
deciding it was enough, you turned the handle and went out of the bathroom while drying off and getting into new clothes.
seeing it was almost around 7, you choose to stay in your dorm untill morning so you got a pair of sweatpants and a red shirt on to sleep in.
you looked at the pile dirty clothes that were stained with hinas blood and you never wanted to see them again, you picked them up and threw them in the garbage disposal.
right as you wanted to lay in your bed and sleep, you heard someone knock on your door. groaning silently and decided to ignore it.
the knocking didnt stop and didnt seem to stop anytime soon. they were determined on seeing you apperantly. speaking up, you asked them, "who is it?" you said in a low voice without any emotion.
they spoke up almost immediately, "mustard leaf." he said sternly and your eyes widened at the voice. you felt some kind off new hope in you but it was only for a split second.
walking over to the door carefully to unlock it, you opened it and were met with inumaki who held a plate with rice in his hand.
"dinner." he said and looked at you, he was in his usual clothing, a black short sleeved shirt with grey sweatpants. he didnt have anything that hid the lower part of his face and you saw that he gave you a small smile.
not being able to make eye contact with him, you kept your eyes fixated on the plate in his hand, you grabbed the plate and spoke up, "thank you." you said in a whisper which was fortunately still audible for him.
placing the plate on the small table next to your door to have both hands free, you could quickly lock the door again.
you were about to close the door again to eat silently in your room but inumaki was quick to place his hand on the door, keeping it open.
he thought hard about what he would say, trying to not make it sound like an order or otherwise he would activate his cursed speech.
inumaki decided to not speak at all, he extended his hand towards you, waiting for you to grab it and go with him.
you hesitated alot, you wanted to go with him but at the same time wanted to avoid anyone at any cost.
eventually you slowly brought your hand to his, he was quick to grab your hand and pulled you out of your room, now holding hands, you two were standing in the hallway ready to go wherever inumaki would lead you.
