《The Angry Birds Movie: Silver Lining》Family

Back on Bird Island, everyone fell into despair. It had been a week since Red and his friends left to get their eggs back. They had no way to contact them, so it was unclear if they were successful.
Mr. and Mrs. Blue had no idea where their three boys were, and they worried whether they'd come home or not.
Despite this depression, some birds tried to keep things positive. For instance, Hal and Bubbles held a baby shower for Stella. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Sure there was good food and all her friends were there, but it still went south. There were two important things missing: the egg and the father.
"Don't worry," Shakira said, rubbing Stella's hand. "They'll come back with the eggs, and one of those eggs will be your egg. It will hatch into a beautiful baby boy or girl and you will be such a wonderful mother."
"I know," Stella replied. "But I'm worried about Chuck. When he first found out, he panicked. 'What if I drop it? What about peer pressure? I don't even eat my own bugs!' I waited till he was ready, but I didn't expect him to overreact."
"Stella, we're dudes," Bubbles pointed out. "We overreact about everything."
"Yeah," Hal agreed. "Just last week, I was having lunch at Early Bird's, and they stopped making my usual. I overreacted so hard, I started crying."
"You had lunch without me?!" Bubbles exclaimed, shocked and angry.
"I didn't know where you were," Hal explained. "Besides, it was happy hour and a good time to pick up women."
"We pick up women together! You know that!" Bubbles yelled.
"Well, you always make me look bad!" Hal cried. "It's embarrassing!"
As Hal and Bubbles argued, Stella just left the room.

That night, Stella gazed out the window as she laid in bed.
"Please be alright, Chuck," she whispered. "I love you."

Silver couldn't sleep. She needed to know the truth.
"Red?" she whispered, shaking him awake. "Oh, sorry."
"No, it's okay," he assured her. "What's the matter?"
“Is it true that you attacked the pigs before?" she asked.
“Did they tell you that?"
Silver nodded.
“I should've known," Red muttered. “What else did they tell you?"
“That birds were deadly monsters," Silver answered, “but I know that isn't true."
“Would you believe me if I said that the pigs stole the eggs before?" Red asked. “The reason we attacked them was to get them back. One of those eggs had your friends in it and I had to save it from getting eaten by them."
Silver looked at the Blues, who were sleeping soundly, then back at Red.
“I believe you," she replied. “Did you get the rest of the eggs back?"
“Yes." Red answered.
“All of them?"
“Yes..." he answered again, confused.
“Are you sure?" Silver asked one last time.
“Yes, I'm sure!" Red groaned. “What makes you think..."
The minute he looked into her eyes, he realized what it was.
“Oh," he sighed. “Silver, there weren't any eggs missing."
“Then... where's my family?" she wondered.
“I don't know," Red replied. “I asked myself that my whole life."
Silver began to cry. Red couldn't bare to see her sad.
Then it hit him. He wanted to be a dad, and she wanted a family.
“Maybe when this is over," he figured, “we'll both get what we want."
Silver smiled.
“Well, we better get some rest if we're gonna save the eggs," Red yawned. Much to his surprise, Silver climbed into his arms, nestled into his chest, and fell into a deep sleep. Red didn't mind, really. If anything, he felt a strong urge to protect her.
And that's what he was going to do.

Why The Hell Not
Sweat started to form all around my body as the pain consumed me. It was 9pm and this had to be the worst wave of heat I've ever experienced! My body ached as the flames traveled from my core, spreading to the rest of my body. I hate heat, every type of heat, but mainly this one. Heat, in my pack, is a bitch! The second you turn 16 your heat starts. Then for the rest of your life you get a heat cycle once a month, as if having a period isn't bad enough. The heat happens right after your period, leaving you 2 weeks of peace as a woman if you find your mate your 16 years of life! If you did not find your mate at 16, when you turn 17 it will be every 2 weeks! Your period is still once a month, thankfully, but the heat cycle directly after your period is the strongest! Leaving you ONE week of peace...unless of course you don't find your mate by the time you turn 17. If you are unlucky enough to not have found your mate by the time you are 18, then yes it will be EVERY week! Leaving you NO peace!!Basically the longer you go without finding your mate, the more heat you will go through. If you're 20+ then it could be EVERY hour! Once you find your mate it goes back down to once a month, thankfully. Lucky, or lucky for me, I'm 17...meaning I've gotta deal with this every 2 weeks. This one in particular is the worst one yet! I grabbed the water on the side of my bed and tried to fix my dry throat.......
