"Bae we still doing noonie room makeover?" Khalil asked.

"Yea, we can do it next weekend. We only spending 10,000." I replied.

He nodded his head and started back scrolling on his phone.

Khalil was really my soul mate. We've been together for eight years. I was sixteen and he was eighteen when we went on our first date.

That's part of the reason why I approved of Kaydence because Khalil was the same age when we started dating.

I had Arielle when I was eighteen and Khalil was twenty. It wasn't exactly planned but I knew what I was getting myself into when I laid down. I don't want Nyla or Kambree to have kids at that age, I want them to at least wait until they've graduated from college.

Khalil proposed when I hit 21. People thought we were moving to fast, but we both couldn't see ourselves with anybody else. We're basically bestfriends and soul mates tied into one.

"I need to get her ends trimmed." I sighed referring to Arielle's hair.

"You know she gone have a fit." He chuckled.

"Yea, but it gotta get done." I shrugged.

Arielle hates getting her ends trimmed, actually she hates getting anything done with her hair. If it was up to her she would wear a big bun everyday.

"But bae can we keep her home today?" Khalil asked.

I frowned and turned his way. "Why?"

"Let's have a family day, our schedules be so busy that we be forgetting to spend quality time together." He shrugged.

I cooed and sat up more and scooted against our headboard. "Yea we can, she a hour late anyway."

"Good I already know we gone do." He smiled.

This is one of the many reasons I loved Khalil. He's so genuine and family-oriented. He loves spending time with family and everytime somebody mentioned the word "family" his eyes would lit up.

"I'll go get her ready, what time we leaving?" I asked getting out the bed.

"Whenever we done getting ready." He shrugged.

I nodded and started on my morning hygiene routine. This included taking my shower, doing my skin routine, and brushing my teeth and washing my face.

I picked out a orange half tube topped and some light-washed ripped jeans.

After getting dressed and doing my hair I headed to Ari's room to get her up.

"C'mon noonie." I said tapping her shoulder.

"No mommyyy." She whined.

I chuckled and kissed her cheek. "Get up baby, we having a fun day."

"Mommyyyy carry me." She whined reaching for me.

"Girl you a big girl." I chuckled.

She yawned and nodded her head and got out of her bed.

"Go head and brush your teeth and get in the shower, imma bring your clothes to you." I said.

"Yes ma'am." She replied rubbing her eyes.

She walked to her bathroom and started her hygiene. I sighed when I saw her bonnet on the other side of the bed. Somehow Ari's bonnet always found its way on the floor instead of her hair.

When I heard her start her shower, I went to her walk-in closet and picked out a outfit. I decided on a zebra printed romper and the matching headband.

After I had all of her clothes and undergarments I went into her bathroom to get ready to do her hair.

"Mommy that's you?" She yelled.

"Yea baby." I replied.

I grabbed her hair bucket from her bathroom closet and started looking for scrunchies. Every week I bought three packs of scrunchies because when she went to school and came back home her hair would be all out of the style and the scrunchies would be nowhere in sight.

"Noonie how you want your hair?" I asked.

"Can I get side ponytail?" She asked.

I sighed. "Yea."

Ten minutes later and she was out of the shower and moisturized. She was now wrapped in her towel.

"Noonie these ponytails is straining your hair, so this the last one for a while." I stated.

She looked up from her iPad and looked at me in the mirror. "Mommy I like ponytails."

"You just don't like getting your hair combed so ponytails are the quickest way out." I chuckled.

"You getting your ends trimmed tomorrow after school." I added on.

Her jaw dropped and her eyes started watering. "No mommy, I want my hair long."

Arielle didn't get the whole ends trimmed thing. Yes Arielle's hair is down her back and yes she still needed her ends trimmed. She can't walk around with split or dead ends it'll stopped the new growth of the hair. Plus Arielle's hair is so long that when she gets it trimmed you don't even notice.

"Noonie stop crying, you do this everytime." I sighed brushing her hair to the side.

"I-I like my h-hair long." She sniffled.

"Baby it's still gone be long, it ain't even gone be a big difference." I replied.

She nodded her head and went back to her iPad.

"Wipe your face baby." I said kissing her cheek.

She reached for her face towel and re-wiped her face.

I finally finished her hair making sure to do her baby hairs.

"Go get that black chanel crossbody." I told her.

She nodded her head and hopped off the chair. She came back in with the purse and handed it to me.

I had to pack her purse because if she did it she would put everything in her room in it.

I only packed some baby wipes, her lipgloss, and her sunglasses.

I sprayed her No. 5 Chanel perfume and then we headed downstairs.

"Y'all finally ready?" Khalil groaned.

"Daddy beauty takes time." Arielle giggled.

"Mhm, go head and get in the car." He said kissing her forehead.

She nodded and ran through the kitchen to get to the garage.

"You look fine as hell." He smirked biting down on his lip.

"Thank you." I smiled.

He walked closer to me and grabbed my face to kiss me. "Ion know why you got this li shirt on."

"Mcht bae, it's not that little." I whined into his lips.

"Mhm, I'll lock up go get in the car." He replied pecking my lips.

I nodded and made sure I had everything then joined Ari in the car.

"Put your seat belt on." I told Noonie applying lipgloss.

"But mommy." She whined.

"You wanna go to school?" I asked looking back at her.

She shook her head no and buckled up.
