Noah if you want to tag along, then you have to book flight for both of us." I said as I entered the front door of our home with Noah and Diya behind me. We all ate dinner at the hospital with mom and papa, so Diya is sleeping over tonight.

"Ok. Anything else sis ??" Noah asked.

"Make sure the flight is on Tuesday so that we can be there on Wednesday." I replied while going to the kitchen to grab a water bottle. Diya shrugged her leather jacket off throwing it on the couch casually and came to stand beside me.

"Okay, consider it done sis. " Noah said as he sat on the couch. Why is he being so obedient?? Shrugging to myself I decided to leave the doofus to himself.

"Diya, are you going to sleep in my room or guest room?? " I asked Diya, already knowing her preferences.

"What kind of question is that?? I'm sleeping with you in your room, I want to spend every available second with you cause I don't know when I'll see you again." She said sadly.

"I'm just going to the interview Diya. "

"At least you will get to meet the living Adonis !! I'm so jealous of you right now!?!! I mean just look at this f*cking piece of art, God sure took his time to make him!!" She squealed before sighing dreamily while looking at her phone, maybe stalking him. I don't know what the fuss is about, and I'm very uninterested in finding out anytime soon.....

"I don't know about you sis but I'm going to have so much fun in New York!!" Noah said excitedly, now I know why he is dying to tag along.

I glared at him,

"You are going to do NO such thing. You will sit in the hotel while I go to the interview, Am I understood??"

"Chill Shana, let the kid have some fun!" Diya said smirking to get a reaction from Noah.

"Oh Diya....I can show you how much of a man I can be." Noah replied smirking at Diya, her smirk replaced by a scowl.

"Doofus!!!? What the f*ck !!" Diya yelled in return.

"What?? you started it first!!"

"Is there something you both want to tell me??" I asked them smirking.

"No. I just wanted to shut Diya didi up this time but I think it backfired." Noah said cringing.

"If you ever thought about this again, I'll feed your f*cking two inch d*ck to my f*cking rottweiler!!" Diya said yelling and cringing at the same time, it's hilarious!! I bursted laughing out loud as both the dumbos, scowling made their way to their rooms.

Diya and I had been talking since 2 hours and currently it's midnight so I suggested more like ordered her to sleep, I can't handle her childishness sometimes.

I prayed to God to get mom well soon and drifted to sleep....

Its 2 PM in noon and we have scheduled flight at 5 pm in evening today, I had already packed everything I'll need there, that is not much, apparently Noah only had a small duffel bag, a small trolley an-

"When are you going to use these 7 pairs of heels, even the days of our stay is less than that sis!! Remember you're just going to the interview. " Noah said scowling.

"What!?! I know I'll need them somewhere..."

"Are you serious now!! Sis you can only take three of them, no more. " Noah said glaring at me.

I looked between my silver stilettos and pencil heels leather ankle boots, they're pleading me to take them too, I once again glanced at Noah to see if I can convince him but he was still glaring at me, sighing sadly, I picked the silver stiletto from my third suitcase and thought while looking at them pitifully

I selected three out of seven sadly before packing them again, after half an hour of Noah's lecture and elimination, I had only two trolley suitcases left, Noah grinned at his work triumphantly while I scowled,

At least he didn't checked my clothes bag...

"Let's go!! " he said pointing to the front door like some pirate, grinning furiously. I scoffed at his reaction and passed him to get into the Diya's car, she's waiting outside, mom can't leave hospital and papa was taking care of her today, so it's only Diya who is seeing us off.

"Where is Doofus?" Diya asked.

"I don't know, maybe doing something a Doofus would do?" I said irritated.

"Okay......." she turned to look at the front door, Noah came to car before locking the front door.

"Good morning Diya didi (sis)!" Noah beamed at her.

"Good morning Doofus!" Diya beamed back.

What are they so happy about? I'm pissed right now, my conscience is eating me alive for leaving my dearest stiletto.

Diya started driving, Noah and Diya are talking continuously while I converse occasionally. Finally Diya pulled at the parking as we arrived the airport. Sun was shining brightly and gentle breeze was blowing, we entered the airport where Noah and I hugged Diya farewell.

"Just remember to call me this time when you land. Okay? " she asked.

"Don't worry I'll call you as soon as we land. " I replied.

"Yeah.....you don't have to worry about uncle and Auntie, I'll take of everything here, you just go and ace the interview" Diya said softly.

My eyes teared, silently thanking God for giving me such a good best friend,

"Thanks b*tch." I said sniffling.

"You too doofus. Take care." She said to Noah.

Noah hugged her and said "yes. You too take care of yourself didi."

Saying our goodbyes we went through all the security and procedures before boarding our flight, shortly after our flight took off, we settled in our seats, I messaged Diya, mom and papa about the take off. switching off my phone, I turned to Noah who is sitting beside me, flirting non stop with the flight attendant, in return she's blushing furiously. It's common to see him flirting. Nothing new, so ignoring him I turned to the window to enjoy the view.

After fifteen minutes, I got bored of staring out, so I stood up to go to washroom.

There were three air hostesses who were squealing like teenagers, what happened to them? To find the source of their happiness I looked around

but found none.

"You know there is a guy in the 15th row from here, and OMG he's sooo hot! " one of them squealed.

Oh!!! So they are fangirling over Doofus. Why am I not surprised?? I thought still going to the washroom.

"Yeah I don't like that b*tch, slutting over fresh meat, I guarantee you she is older than him, that b*tch!! "

Well duh!! I'm obviously older than him I'm his big sister, what do they expect!!

I stompted near them to grab their attention, they turned to me smiling, what a 180 degree turn of expression.

Leaving the hormonal girls behind I went to washroom to finish my business that got interrupted due to doofus's fangirls.

Coming back to my seat, I once went through my CV on my laptop before deciding to take a nap as I am stuck here for 15 hours.

Someone shaking me, got me out of sleep slumber,

"Sis! You drooled all over my shoulder. " Noah said disgusted at the sight of his shirt.

"Sorry. " I said rubbing my eyes to shake off the rest of the sleep.

"What do you want to have in dinner ??" He asked as an air hostess smiled down at me.

"Can I get a chicken biryani and gulab jamun as the dessert. Thank you." I replied sleepily.

"Make it two, Sharon. Thanks, that will be all. " Noah said smirking at the air hostess who blushed in return, before going back and making sure to sway her ass more than normal.

"Damn!" I heard Noah whispering to himself.

Rolling my eyes at doofus I decided to wait until my dinner arrived..

Shortly the same air hostess arrived with our dinner, she served us and said

"Enjoy. " as she looked sensually to doofus. I gagged in reflex, I think I'm going to be sick, not able to hide my disgust anymore, I snapped at Noah,

"Can you f*cking stop! This is getting hard to handle."

"What? I didn't even do anything, they are all literally all over me." He said smugly. He's too cocky for his own good. Sighing I savored my dinner, it was so delicious, gulab jamuns were melting in my mouth as I moaned in pleasure...

"Is it good??" Noah asked.

"Hmm. It is. "

He shoved his food in his mouth unlike me, both of us finished our dinner, turning to Noah I said,

"I'm going to sleep. don't dare to disturb

me."

"Okay grumpy. I'll just go enjoy company of these sexy air hostesses " he said while going to flight attendants area, I don't even want to know what would happen next, so I closed my eyes and once again drifted to sleep..

"......Will be landing in another 20 minutes, I hope you enjoyed traveling with us and were comfortable, the current time in New York 7:50am, hope everyone have a good day...." I slowly opened my eyes after hearing the faint voice of pilot.

I turned to see a sleeping Noah, shaking him up I said,

"Doofus get up, we're about to land in 20 minutes. "

"Huh??" He asked confusedly while slowly opening his eyes.

"I said we will be landing shortly. Pagal!

"Okay. " he replied, trying to sit properly.

"Noah, ma'am please wear your seat belts. We're landing soon." the air hostess said whose name I assume is sharon, giving Noah a knowing look before going to other passengers.

I strapped myself into seatbelts, frowning I turned to Noah,

"Since when are you two on first name basis?"

"Oh sis...you don't know on what basis we are." Noah replied smirking. Eww.

Our flight landed, all the passengers started making their way out of flight, so did we, after grabbing our luggage we went through the procedures.

The security made sure our passports were clean before allowing us in, getting out of airport we tried to hail a taxi, when a man came to us asking if I was Ms. Rajput. I stared at him weirdly as for how he knew my name, seeing my weird expression he replied smiling,

"Ma'am there is a car and hotel suite arranged for you by the KING inc., if you have any doubt, you can call and ask anyone from the company."

Noah leaned down to my ear and whispered "I didn't know that they will arrange the hotel suite, anyways I'm not complaining, I mean I don't have to spend my money now." Of course he will be happy, he is the one who has to pay for everything for coming along..

He leaned back and said "Oh no Mr. We don't mind at allll....., please lead the way!. "

"Yes sir, this way. " The man said showing us the way.

"I don't think this is a good idea, what if he tries to kidnap us." I whispered to Noah.

"Sis you are really paranoid, first you thought the secretary was a con artist, and now you are thinking him as a kidnapper, you watch way too much thriller movies. " he whispered back.

We came face to face to a shining Rolls Royce, I looked wide eyed at the car whereas Noah was grinning,

"You sure this is safe, I mean why would the company prepare the ride for us, on that it is a f*cking Rolls Royce. " I whispered harshly at Noah.

"Don't worry sis, I'll protect you!!" He whispered back before entering the car without hesitation, I on the hand was deciding whether to ride the car or not.

"Ma'am can I take your luggage?." the man said again.

"Yeah..." I trailed unsurely befor getting into the car hesitantly.

During the ride, I once again turned to Noah and whispered,

"How did they know that we will be arriving today, I never told the secretary. "

"What do you expect, they have enough sources to find out when we will be arriving. " he whispered.

After that I shut myself off during the whole ride, maybe I'm seriously going paranoid.

We entered a lavish looking hotel and went to reception, the man went to receptionist and asked.

"V.I.P suite under Ms. Rajput " he said professionally.

"Yes Mr. Gibbs, here is the card key, ma'am please enjoy your stay." She said smiling professionally at me, how did she know that I was Ms. Rajput!?? It's like everybody else had known that I'll staying here except me!! What the f*ck is going on!??! I smiled awkwardly back at her, Noah as usual winked, to which she blushed like tomato.

We followed Mr. Gibbs to our suite, I still don't know why we're getting a V.I.P suite, but I decide to stay quiet, Noah is ogling everywhere with his mouth open, gosh why is he so embarrassing!?! It's like Mr. Gibbs heard my thoughts as he replied smiling,

"Don't worry Ms. Rajput, every interviewee stay was arranged by the company, cause we only want best for our future employees. " that seemed to lighten my uncomfortable expression, thank god I'm not getting any extra attention.

"Here is the card key Ms. Rajput, have a nice day. " Mr. Gibbs said handing me the suite keys.

"Thanks Mr. Gibbs, you too have a nice day. " I replied genuinely thankful for his help. He smiled before departing.

I opened the suite with the card key and went inside with a Doofus behind me, he passed me and landed on the couch face first. It's 9:30am, so I decided to take a nap again...

Really?? My inner voice argued.

What!?? I have jet lag, and I'm tired.

"Noah I'm going to take a nap, you can take any room and do whatever you want ."I said as he hummed in response .

I went upstairs, showered, unpacked my luggage before changing and going to my nap, I'll eat something at dinner. I'm not even that hungry.

With that I slept in my extra soft bed.
