I sigh and sit down in between Jessica and Christina.
"Haven't seen you in a while, how's everything been?" Mike asks.
"Fine I guess." I shrug. He slides a pack of Skittles across the table.
"You look like you could use them." He flashes a smile.
"Um, I could always use Skittles." I state grabbing them.
"We need to find a rehab for Skittles addicts, if that kind if thing even exists." Eric says.
"I'm fine, it's just skittles, not like I'm popping pills or anything." I pop a handful into my mouth.
"You still have a serious problem." Jessica nudges me in the side.
"No I don't." I reply popping about six more into my mouth.
"Alli, I've seen the stash you have at Edward's." Bella pipes in.
"It's not that bad." I declare.
"You have seven 54 ounce bags." She deadpans.
"That's pretty bad." Christina says.
"It's not as bad as the collection of Asian Santas Eric's parents have." I retort.
"Don't bring the Asian Santa into this." He groans.
"Asian Santas?" Mike raises an eyebrow.
"Oh, yeah did I mention his parents have the second largest collection in the world?" I smirk over at Eric.
"Who the hell even collects that kind if stuff?" Bella asks rhetorically.
"Eric's parents apparently." Jess shrugs.
"If that's not bad enough, they're only second by four Asian Santas." Eric grumbles.
"That's really bad." Christina says. I smirk in victory and eat a few more skittles.
"We're still finding you a support group Allison." Jess smiles.
"If such thing exists." Mike adds.
"Find an Asian Santa support group. Skittles aren't that bad, collecting Asian Santas on the other hand." I narrow my eyes at Eric slightly.

"We have a better chance of finding some sort of AA for Skittles addicts than Asian Santa collectors." He retorts.
"I call bullshit." I pop a few more in my mouth.
"You're the one who has the Skittle addiction." Christina says.
"You guys supply me with skittles more than anyone else." I deadpan.
"Touché." Eric narrows his eyes.

I put my bag in the corner of my room and rush downstairs. I check my phone for anything and start my chores. I start dinner and switch between cooking and cleaning. I put the pan in the oven and set the timer. I start a pot of coffee and begin to clean to living room. I go upstairs and look around. I shake my head and go back downstairs. I pull the pan out of the oven and plate the food before setting it in the microwave. I run back upstairs and start laundry. I shake my head and run back down the stairs as I hear his car approach. I turn on the microwave and make a cup of coffee. I place the coffee on the table and the microwave beeps. I grab the plate and set it at the table. I walk back into the kitchen as the door opens. I hear him throw his stuff on the ground and squeeze my eyes shut.
"Is there vodka in this coffee?" He asks in a dark tone.
"No, you don't like it when I do it myself." I reply.
"Then get my goddamned flask!" He yells.
"Yes sir." I rush out and grab the flask. I set it beside his coffee and walk back to the kitchen. I put food on a plate and take a bite.
"Allison how far are you with your chores?" Dad asks.

"Almost finished, I'm doing the laundry and cleaning upstairs as we speak." I reply.
"Finish your dinner first, then you can finish your chores." He says.
"Are you sure?" I furrow my brows.
"Of course." He smirks sinisterly. I swallow a lump in my throat and take another bite of my dinner. I hear the washer go off and I run upstairs. I switch loads over and put a new load in the washer. I run back down stairs and back to the kitchen. I continue to eat my dinner when he speaks again. "I told you to finish your dinner first."
"The laundry will mildew if you don't put it in the dryer fast." I state.
"No more chores until you finish eating." He orders.
"Yes sir." I continue to eat my dinner and finish it as quickly as I can. I wash my plate and silverware before taking his empty, abandoned plate and wash it too. I put leftovers in the fridge and clean up the kitchen and dining room before going back upstairs to finish my chores.
"Just a few more weeks, you can get rid of her completely in a few more weeks. Just keep her feeling safe and when she least expects it- bam, she's gone." I hear him saying in his room. My face stricken with fear, I start go into my room when I stop at the door.
Tell them Allison. Do it.
