I climb out of the car and cross my arms. Emmett wraps an arm around me and I remain silent.
"We need to get her out of here." Jasper says.
"She needs something to mask her scent, he won't be able to trace it if he can't pick one up." I state.
"His senses are heightened, it won't work." Edward says rushing around.
"Well there is a way to mask her scent completely, there's a way around everything. You just have to find it." I say.
"That's time we don't have." Edward growls.
"You create time with a diversion, I do it all the time. That's actually how I got my wrist broken." I state. Edward goes to speak but I cut him off promptly. "Have Esme and Rosalie wear one of her jackets and go in the opposite direction leaving the scent at random places, it will distract him long enough to give you at least enough time to get her out of Washington."
"It won't work long." Edward mutters.
"But it will last long enough. Why do you think my wrist is broken Edward? I created a diversion to give me enough time to get away from the kitchen until he caught on to what I was doing. Have Rosalie and Esme wear one of Bella's jackets and run away from where you're taking her. It'll buy you enough time to get her out of here and safe."
"Fine." He huffs.

I sigh before sitting down on the bed and turn on the lamp. I grab my book and prop my legs up on the bed. I open the book and move the mark before reading. Emmett comes in and lays beside me. I roll my eyes and remark the book. I set it down on the bedside table and roll onto my side.

"Yes Muscles-for-brains?" I ask, knowing he's going to start talking.
"Your plan got her to California before he caught on. He's going to go to Arizona and find a way to manipulate her into a death trap. Carlisle, Edward and I are going to Arizona so we can stop Bella from being brutally murdered." He says.
"And that leaves me with Esme and her." I state. He slightly laughs at my comment about Rosalie.
"Just for a few hours, then I'll be back." He adds.
"Fine." I sigh.
"I love you Alli." He states. I roll my eyes. "If you keep rolling your eyes, they're going to get stuck in your head." I roll over on my other side and cross my arms. "I said I love you, asshole." He rolls me onto my back.
"I love you too, jerk." I mutter. He smiles before leaning down and we kiss.
"I gotta go, I'll be back soon." He whispers before we kiss again and he gets up.
"You better be." I say. He smiles and leans back down and we kiss a few more times.
"I'll see you tonight princess." We kiss again and again and again. He slowly pulls away and walks toward the door. "I love you Allison."
"I love you more Muscle head."
"We'll see about that." He says before speeding off. I smile to myself and grab my book off the bedside table and begin reading again.

I slightly flutter my eyes open and jump slightly.
"That was fast." I say rolling onto my other side.
"Alli, it's like 3am. You fell asleep reading again." Emmett states. I look back over at my book laying open and the mark up on the table.

"Well, shit." I mark my book and set it up on the table. "So, how'd it go?" I ask rolling back over.
"Well, Bella fell for his trick, she would've died if Edward hadn't have shown up, but she also almost died because he showed up." Emmett says. I furrow my eyebrows. "She was already losing a lot of blood because of him, then he bit her, and Edward almost took what blood she had left because at first it was getting rid of the venom, but it took a lot for him to stop." I nod.
"Did you kill him?" I ask sleepily.
"Yeah, we did." He replies. I nod again and my eyes threaten to close. "Quit trying to fight it, you need sleep." I blink a few times. "Go back to sleep princess." I shake my head and force myself to sit. He lightly smiles at me. "You need sleep Allison."
"I don't care." I whisper.
"Go back to sleep, you need it." He doesn't back down and neither do I.
"Nope, not doing it." I shake my head again.
"Alli, I love you, but you need to go back to sleep." Emmett says.
"Do I have to?" I ask.
"Allison, go back to sleep." He grumbles.
"I love you." I say innocently.
"I love you too Alli, but that's not helping your case any. Go back to bed." He states.
"Maybe I don't want to." I retort.
"But you need to, and needs come before wants." He says.
"Fine." I grumble. "But only if you stay in here with me."
"Come here." He wraps his arms around me and holds me against him. I slightly laugh before simply smiling at him.
"I love you." I whisper. He lightly chuckles.
"I love you too princess."
