After bidding our goobyes to Anika,I took Violet inside my car.

I was nervous as hell. What if she doesn't like it?

"So where are we going?" Violet asked looking at me.

"Actually I heard that a new book store has opened in my neighborhood and I thought you would like to visit it. And then,well it's kind of a secret-I have prepared something special for you but we could go somewhere else if you like it. I mean I know you love books but if you-"

"I would love to visit the bookstore." She stopped me and she started giggling and said,"Although you look cute while blabbering,I think you should focus on the road."

Heat rised on my face.

Why was I being so wierd Simon. Now she is laughing at me!

I shaked the inner thoughts out of my head and started focusing on the road.

We just did some small talk and then there was silence. But it was a comfortable silence.Except the fact that

After 15 min

We reached the bookstore and I quickly get outside the car and reach the passenger's side to open her door and reached out my hand . She smiled brightly at me and held my hand and it was so soft,like a feather. We started walking towards the store and I slowly and nervously interwined our fingers and looked at her from the corner of my eyes and saw her smiling looking at the ground and I was in cloud nine.

"Welcome to Barter Books!"The lady standing there said when we entered the bookstore.

(A/n: Yes! I used the name of ! I love that bookstore so much and I can't wait to go there!!!!!When will I grow up?)

"Where is the fantasy section?" Violet asked her and her eyes were shining. I guess the first part of the date will be a success!

The lady, I guess her name was Elisa,gave us the instructions and we went there.

I looked at Violet and she was looking everywhere with a smile and excitement visible on her face like a child in Disneyland. Why is she so beautiful?

When we reached near the fantasy section,she dragged me towards it without even noticing it and I smiled at her Instinct. Why is she so cute?

"Oh my god! This book is available here!" She said and I was pulled out of my thoughts.She removed her hands from my hands and I felt an emptiness. I shoved my hands into my pocket but I couldn't replace the warmth that her hands gave me.

I looked at the book and I was surprised too. I wanted to read the book but it was not available in Omaha.(A/n : Omaha is the place where they live.)

We spent around two hours in the bookstore and bought lots of books.When we left the bookstore,she started laughing and said," It was so fun seriously!Did you see the counter lady?Her face was priceless"

"Yeah!I guess we made her quite profit!"I said, trying to keep a straight face,but failing miserably.

We entered the car and when our laughs died,Violet asked me,"Can you tell me about my surprise?"

And my nervousness was back.

My focus was scattered, so filled with nervous anticipation and I was so excited, even giddy.

I shaked my head to clear it and Violet giggled at my behaviour.

"I cannot tell you! It's a surprise!"I told her and she stopped smiling and looked away.

"You are hiding things from me from the start? I thought we had a connection,but I guess I was wrong!"She said ,still not looking at me

"No no no! It's not like that! Please look at me! I don't mean it li-wait! Are you tricking me?"

And she started laughing.

"Yes" she said between her laughs.

"It is not funny" I said, nonetheless smiling.
