Simon's POV

At last this is happening! After 3 years.

I have planned everything for this date.

I will try to make this date as special as I can even though nothing I do will be enough to show my feelings and my commitment towards her.

I never thought she would actually say Yes.

I was going to go pick her up at 6:00 pm.

Violet's POV

"What should I do?" I whined , looking at the mirror.The freaking pimple and my head was aching too!

"V? Where are you?" Anika called me.

"I am in the bathroom." I shouted.

"Hey! Get ready. We have just 2 hours." Anika told me

"I guess I shouldn't go! Tell him I am sick! I am not going."

"Why? What happened? Did he do something?Just tell me! I will kill-"

I put my hands above her hand and said," Nothing like that!"

I looked at the mirror and said," I have a pimple ! Literally on my first date with him."

"We will cover it up don't worry."She told me making me face her.

"But what if-" I said but she stopped me.

"Even if we can't hide it , don't worry! He likes you for you,and you know I am never wrong." She said smiling at me.

I smiled back.

"Now go get ready." She told me giving me the dress.

I took a bath and took the dress to wear it.It was a vintage looking dress which was a little above the knee. When I wore it, I could feel that I was looking pretty.

"How much more time will you take?" Anika shouted from outside.

I went outside and her eyes became wide.

"YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL! OMGGGG!"

She was shouting so loudly. I was scared that the neighbours would shout back.

I thanked her for choosing the dress and I was dancing (more like swirling) when she rolled her eyes and told me to sit down

"Don't look at the mirror! Look at it after I finish your makeup."

"Don't do much makeup okay?" I told her.

"Don't worry! It would be simple but amazing! He would be head over heels for you."She teased me.

It was around 5:45 when everything was done.

He would arrive any minute.

The bell rang and I stood up to go and open the door,but Ani stopped me.

"What?" I asked her.

"I will go and open the door.I will call you."She told me.

"What if my parents have gone to vacation? I have you for that!" I said sarcastically and she replied with a "I know" and went downstairs.

She called me after some time which seemed like an hour.But when I looked at him,God he looked so handsome.

Simon's POV

When I looked at her,I couldn't blink.She looked so beautiful.It felt like if I blink, I would lose a moment which I didn't want.

Violet's POV

When we looked at each other's eyes, the world around us became blur.And I could see the adoration in his eyes. His beautiful emerald green eyes and I realized that I was falling for the person standing in front of me, staring at me.
