Even though I was fully expecting it, the harsh sound of the buzzer still made me jump. I hesitated for a second - purely to make it look like I wasn't standing right by the door - before pressing the button on my end, unlocking the door below. It had taken a little while for them to reach the door, and I couldn't quite make out through the window what they were doing, due to the inconveniently placed twigs that had grown across my window.

It took a couple of minutes to walk up the stairs to my apartment, and I had heard the door slam downstairs, so I knew they had made it in. I waited by the door, anxiety creeping up on me with each and every second. I wanted to look good if I was seeing Jimmy, but apparently, I'm not that lucky. My hair felt slightly too dry, and I could feel that it wasn't falling into the right place, I had to stop myself from playing with it too much, as it was only going to look worse. I flicked my head forward and shook my hair around, before straightening up and patting it against my head. I glanced at my reflection in the mirror across the room, before deciding that it would have to do.

I heard a couple of voices coming from down the hall, I could make out Jimmy and Chris talking to each other, but mostly it was Chris complaining that he needed a piss. I took the latch off my door and opened it ready for them, stepping out a little, I caught Jimmy's eye almost immediately. He looked even better without the horrendous lighting in Walmart. He flashed me a cheeky smile, and I beamed back at him. I noticed Chris was speed walking slightly, most likely due to the fact that he was busting. I stepped out of the way just as he got to the door, and he immediately came in and walked half way into my living room. He stopped, dropped the five or six bags he was carrying, and turned to look at me. I preempted what he was going to say before he could even open his mouth, "It's through there, to the right." I said. He smiled and nodded, before turning heal and continuing his speed walk. Jimmy stepped into my apartment, just as Chris disappeared, also carrying a multitude of bags with him, my handbag nestled among them, hanging off his shoulder. "Nice handbag, Jimmy" I said, gesturing into my apartment, he walked past me, brushing his shoes on the worn out welcome mat as he came in. What a gentleman, I thought to myself, closing the door behind him. "Thanks, got it yesterday, thought it brought out my eyes." He joked, placing all of the bags he had with him, neatly on the floor. "Next time, add some eyeliner, it'll really make them pop." I laughed, "Make yourself at home" I gestured at the couch, "You want a drink or anything?" I found myself rubbing my hands together a little, which was a habit I had picked up whenever I felt nervous. I stopped myself, but felt immediately lost as to whether or not I should put my hands in my pockets, or just hang them by my sides. What was it about him that made me feel this way? Apart from the fact that he was an extremely famous YouTuber of course.

"What do you have?" He asked, walking towards the couch. I wished I could've given him a few options, but I literally had two cans of drink in my fridge, both lemonade. If my card hadn't declined yesterday, I would've been able to give him a little more of a choice, I'm pretty sure I had loaded a couple of cans of coke on the conveyor belt. "Not much really, just lemonade or water, or there might be some coffee, but I'm not too sure." I watched as he sat down on the couch, so carefully, he almost looked like a teenage boy trying to impress their girlfriends father on prom night. Again, the thought 'what a gentleman' appeared in my head. He turned to look at me, over the top of the couch, "A lemonade would be nice, thank you." He said, giving me a really sweet smile. "A lemonade would be amazing if you've got another spare, Y/N" Chris called over, making his way back in the room, considerably a lot less rushed than before. I smiled and nodded at both of them, and went to grab them from the fridge.

I heard Chris throw himself into the little arm chair, making a slight groaning sound as he did so. I turned to look at him, slowly walking over with the two cans of lemonade in my hands. I shot him a puzzled expression, and all I was greeted with was a loud open mouthed yawn. "You tired, Chris?" I asked, quite obviously knowing the answer, however making polite conversation was in the rule book for having guests over. He simply nodded at me, stretching his legs out and leaning back as far as he could. "Jimmy's been making me carry his shopping all morning." he chuckled, gratefully taking the soda from my hand. I passed one to Jimmy as well, before sitting next to him on the couch. "Is that what all this mess is?" I asked, gesturing to all the bags scattered across the floor. Chris nodded,"Yeah! Imagine having to cart that all over the city!". He shot Jimmy a sarcastic glare, but I could tell there was some truth behind it. Jimmy chuckled at him, his dimples showing, which in turn caused me to smile. "I helped you with them, don't be a baby!" Chris just flipped him off. "Anyway, it's not my fault, it's Y/N's". I gave him yet another puzzled look, "What do you mean it's my fault?" I laughed with more than a little hint of absolute confusion. He smiled at me, taking a sip from his lemonade. "They're all for you." The cheekiest grin I've ever seen in my life appearing on his face.
