《Dance Moms Preferences》L.A. Love- Kalani Hiliker

The last few days with Kalani were hard. It was hard to try and enjoy yourself with Kalani while you knew she was going to be in LA by the end of the week. Just the thought of it brought tears to your eyes. But you weren't going to do that in front of Kalani, you weren't going to guilt her. This had been her dream long before she'd met you, and you promised yourself you wouldn't interfere with that.
Currently, you were in Kalani's room, looking through her vinyls as her record player was playing some old Taylor, more specifically Fifteen. You were dancing a little to the song, humming a little as you didn't realize it had caught Kalani's attention. She gazed up from her phone at you, watching your hips sway to the music as her bottom lip went in between her teeth. Knowing there wouldn't be times like this for a while really hurt Kalani, and she hated that she was putting you through all of this pain. She knew it hurt you, but you were too stubborn to show it to her. She hit the power button on her phone and left it on her bed, coming up behind you and wrapping her arms around your waist, peppering soft kisses onto your neck. You could only smile as you gently rested one of your hands on top of hers, your cheeks reddening.
"Is there a reason for this?" You teased as you felt Kalani's lips move along your neck, her fingertips sneaking their way under your shirt and delicately moving along your stomach, making you melt into your girlfriend's touch.
"Come to LA with me..." She mumbled against your neck, gently pulling you against her as you could barely hear what she had said. You were so caught up in her touch and how her lips felt on your neck, you could barely concentrate. Your eyes snapped open at her words, not wanting to turn around and risk Kalani stopping.

"But I'm not in the ALDC.." You mumbled, wishing you could go, but knowing you couldn't. Especially with Abby, and your parents staying in Pittsburgh. There was no way they'd agree, but right now, Kalani's offer sounded pretty good. She gently kissed behind your ear, making you shiver and your knees buckle. She knew exactly how to get you to agree, and she was doing it perfectly.
"You'll be my plus one..." She whispered into your ear, pulling you close at her next words, making you feel like you were going to fall for her all over again. Everything she was doing was perfectly timed, and she knew that this was working.
"You can keep me company.." She spoke as she reached a hand up, gently tucking your hair behind your ear, a cocky smile appearing on her mouth, her lips pressing against your neck. There was no way after this moment, that you could let Kalani go to LA alone, but you still hesitated, to let Kalani wait a little bit. You gently rested your head on Kalani's shoulder, smiling as she looked down to you, awaiting your answer.
"Okay.." You mumbled as she smiled down to you, her hands gently on your hips as she tilted her head down to kiss you, giving you even more butterflies than ever.

P.A.R.A.D.O.X. PROJECT: Aeon Genesis
The first project focusing on four protagonists within the same world set around fictional 14th-century Europe. This is the first P.A.R.A.D.O.X. PROJECT focusing on 3 (+1) protagonists within the same world set around fictional 14th-century-esque Europe. Each story has its own protagonists (Male or Female Lead), genres (mainly Western Fantasy), and can be read as a standalone. Status: OngoingUpdate(s) per week: 1Words per chapter: 3000 - 6000 *** ‘A human or not; a king or a servant; hope or despair; a hero or a villain.’ Depending on one's perspective and how each story portrays, one will view an individual or a group as evil or virtuous. Because of that, it depends on the reader and listener to believe which one is the truth. More people read and trust multiple (trusted?) sources that either complement or contradict one another. The contradiction becomes the source of debates between those who believe and those who don’t. From that difference in belief, two groups appear: The Majority and The Minority. The majority, having more people, suppress the minorities’ beliefs, claiming theirs, the majorities’, to be the truth. However, the majority are not only composed solely of those who share the same belief but also those who know the truth but afraid to admit it. They have to keep quiet and turn a blind eye for their safety. The majority had to submit to those with power and authority. With the majority under control, those with power and authority can create, manipulate, and/or fabricate truth and lies by force. The reason was for one’s or group’s personal benefits. In the end, there is no such thing as ‘absolute truth’; only sugar-coated lies created by the top. Don’t believe me? It is up to you to decide. Go and read it yourself.

The Twelve
In a world marred by the supernatural, Japan suffers from its own fair share of evil and demonic disasters, with generations of shamans known as Onmyoji protecting their homeland from these forces of evil. Capable of wielding magic and using spirits of their own, these shamans were not only skilled in battle, but also divination. However, they were unable to correctly predict Japan's loss in World War Two, and suffered the punishments that followed. Persecuted and torn apart by infighting, the Onmyoji reunited under the banner of the Tsuchimikado clan, descendants of Abe no Seimei, one of the greatest Onmyoji to ever live. The Onmyoji began to rebuild and to regrow. Ren is the sole heir to the Tsuchimikado family, but has been unable to practice Onmyodo ever since his birth, even though he possesses the greatest ability in the family. But when disaster befalls his family, Ren has nobody to turn to, and no idea how to use his powers. As he journeys to escape the same fate his family faced and attempts to learn how to use his powers, there is only one question on his mind; as the Tsuchimikado heir, how can he save the Onmyoji... from themselves? ---------------------------------------------- note from author: I'm writing this based loosely on the very real theories of Onmyodo, and so my writing may not be a truthful or accurate depiction of Onmyodo or other related areas, such as religion, for instance. That is why, while depicted in the real world, events that happen may seem unrealistic and it may be easier to imagine it as a parallel universe that is the same as ours, but with slight differences so that my possible errors will be easier to overlook. Sorry, and thanks!
