They can take as many powers as they want, so long as they lift them from the bodies of the dead and the dying. It’s a useful power that could preserve the best abilities among the arcanes – in theory. Thus far, every reaper has been too impatient to wait for the deaths of their comrades. Murder and neglect; the words are synonymous with reaper. That’s how everyone else sees it. Pan, the last of the reapers, doesn’t think she’s that bad. She hides among the arcanes as a ghost seer. As soon as the Huzina Kingdom got word that the City of Thright had moved they had little choice but to mark them off as dead... Add that to the fact its been hundreds of millions of years since then it's not really shocking... However, if you were to tell this to one of the members of Thright City they would probably laugh in you face, as they only moved here a few hundred years ago...Outside of the Forbidden Region of the Forgotten Forest...Kingdoms have declined and the old sects have vanished. Alchemy, Enchanting and many, many techniques have been lost over time... If you were to compare the City of Thright to the current Empires Dynasty?Just one commoner of Thright could completely destroy it within a day, but luckily for the Emperor, the City of Thright have no choice but to stay.As for Leif? Well, he's currently 10 years old and should by now be at the Low Earth Realm, but born with corrupted meridians he is unable to cultivate so he is stuck in the first realm of the Mortal realm.However, Liefs destiny was never confined to this forest. 18+ due to foul language and bloody scenes. RPG aspects start at the end of chapter 12. Currently on break for a while, I'll continue with this, just not right now. I'm unsure when I will continue writing this.

There is a description of someone's death somewhere in this, but I don't think it is descriptive enough to justify a gore tag. Disclaimer part deux: I initially started writing this as background for another story but got so into it I just ended fleshing it out a bit. I wrote this story without breaking it down into chapters. It just goes, that means that the chapter ends when it ends, not when there is a convenient break in the story. That means that it's very annoying for you as a reader since chapters can end mid sentence. Hah! Sucker! Disclaimer part seven: Get ready for slow updates. Who knows when this will continue.
