He takes off his shoes and walks over to their shared bedroom, He blinks seeing Taehyung watching some anime on their TV
"Hey babe" Jungkook says which makes Taehyung look at him "Hey" Taehyung slightly smiles and looks back at the TV

'Yay! Jimin's plan is slowly working, He's talking to me again~!' Taehyung thinks kicking the air excitedly
After a while Jungkook came out only wearing shorts, He sits down on the bed beside Taehyung "Turn down the TV if you're gonna continue watching, I have to sleep" Jungkook says laying down
Taehyung pouts "Mhm.." He hums turning off the TV then the lights, He also lays down. Jungkook easily fell asleep, Taehyung sighs and tries to sleep

'Kookie...~' Taehyung fluttered his eyes open and rubbed them, He felt dried tears on his cheeks "Huh..?" He grabs a note left on the nighstand and reads it
❤️

Taehyung puts the note back on the nightstand.

"My baby's back hurts?" Jungkook asks walking into the room before closing the door, Taehyung looks at Jungkook blinking "You're home early..?"
"I managed to clear my schedule today to spend time with you" Jungkook explains sitting on the bed, Taehyung's eyes widen "Yay! Now we can spend time!" He exclaims
Jungkook frowns "Why are you acting so warm now..? Before you were so cold to the point I thought you lost interest in me and was cheating on me"
Taehyung's mouth opened and he hugs Jungkook "I was acting cold because Jiminie said it's the only way for you to pay attention to me again"
"Really? If you wanted attention so bad you could've just asked for it" Jungkook laughs while Taehyung got on his lap "I know~ I was just sad that you spent more time on work than me" He huffs
Jungkook kisses Taehyung's neck "Want me to massage you?"
"Yes please!"

Demons Don't Lie
Algier, average human and recent convict, has committed the gravest sin of all: demon slaying. His fate? To participate in the Culling, a battle-royale style tournament that’s televised live to the world, where all the worst criminals go to die. As with all tournaments, a prize is on the line. If Algier survives, he can have any wish granted by the Marquises, the new rulers of Earth following the demons’ invasion. However, there’s little hope for survival in a tournament designed to have demons do the work of the executioner, especially for a human. Demons are stronger, faster, wiser, and more talented than the average human, and, despite his crime, Algier is no demon hunter. Mentally defeated before the tournament even begins, Algier is torn between becoming another demon’s points and fighting on in his dead mother’s legacy. But should he choose to fight, there is one advantage that Algier has that can tip the odds in his favour: Demons don’t lie, but humans can. How to read this story Demons Don't Lie is written from the perspective of an unreliable (lying) narrator. There are many inconsistencies within the story which are placed there intentionally. It's up to the reader to decide what is the truth and what is the lie. Promotion Full quality cover image
