Y/N POV

I'm at the mall with my best friend and she's gushing about how she hopes she'll meet her soulmate.

-And then they're all like: well I like your shoes, she laughs. Her quote on he wrist is: "Well, I like your shoes". Pretty bland, but she doesn't let that stop her from imagining their first meeting. Mine is: "I like your smile". All of my friends couldn't stop telling me how lucky I was.

-Y/N, how do you imagine that you two meet? My friend asks and points to my wrist.

-I don't know, I answer and shrug a bit.

-Oh c'mon Y/N! You must have some way you wish it'll happen! She says and nudges my shoulders, making me almost drop my shopping bags.

-Well... In my imagination, we're at some fancy place. Maybe a friends party, and they're a mutual friend. Maybe I'll introduce myself and they'll say: I like your smile, I say and she makes an 'awe' sound. I giggle and shove her a bit, and hit her lightly with one of my shopping bags.

-Stop, I say, feeling a bit embarrassed when she started to laugh loudly.

-I'm just messing with you, she says and leans towards me as we walk. I smile at her.

-Just one last store, and then we can go home, she says and turns a sharp right into a store. But before we get in, we both walk straight into someone... or some people. I groan as I look up at the person I bumped into. The first thing I see are their glimmering green eyes.

-You... have very green eyes, is the first thing that comes out of my mouth. I blush and smile sheepishly when I realized what I had said. I quickly look at the man. He is strongly built and he has icy blonde hair, swept slightly to the side. He's wearing a green hoodie on top of some standard dark blue jeans and black shoes.

He was very handsome.

-I like your smile... he says and my eyes widen.

-E-excuse me..? I ask and his eyes widen too. Suddenly from next to me, I hear:

-Well, I like your shoes.

I quickly look to my right and see my friend standing absolutely speechless in front of another strong built man with dark black hair. She looks over at me and we both smile and start to giggle. Then I look back at him. Him. The person I've been looking for during my years I've spent on this earth. Then I Remeber him from somewhere... the news, more specifically. He was Lloyd Garmadon, AKA the green ninja from the secret ninja force.

Suddenly I hear a shriek.

-Look, it's Lloyd and the ninja! A girl says. Panic strikes Lloyd's eyes and he grabs my arm and runs. This caught me by so much surprise that I almost drop all of my shopping bags.

And he must work out often, because he runs FAST! He runs through the mall and then runs into a smaller part of the mall, with the nail and hair salons. He stops right outside an fancy perfume shop. He quickly takes off his hoodie, revealing a white t-shirt with the English flag on it.

-Here, wear this and they won't recognize us, he whispers to me. I nod and do as he says. So I quickly grab it from his hands and put it on. It's very big and reaches down to my mid thigh. On the chest of the hoodie, was a small black print of a tiger. He puts down his shopping bags, as well as mine, and put his hand beside my head. His face... was literally an arms length away from mine. I can't help but look into his eyes again. He looks back into my eyes and smile sheepishly.

-Hi... he pants slightly.

-Hi... I breathe.

-My name is Lloyd, he introduces and I smile.

-I know, I say and he chuckles lightly.

-I'm Y/N, I introduce. He smiles.

-Not only do you have a gorgeous smile, you have a beautiful name to match it, Lloyd says, making me blush.

-Stop, I giggle and hit his chest. He chuckles.

-Well... I'm sorry we couldn't meet on better circumstances, he says.

-Eh, it's not your fault that you're famous, I say and he shrugs.

-Eh... It kinda is, he says and I laugh. Then we fall into an awkward silence.

-So... what were you doing here? He asks.

-Me and my friend was shopping together. We haven't been here in a while so she suggested this, I say. He nods.

-What were you going to buy before you bumped into us? Lloyd asks and smirks, making my heart strings pull.

-I actually don't even know what store that was, I admit sheepishly. Now it's Lloyd's turn to laugh.

-It was H&M (just pretend, I'm not good with stores), He says. I nod. We fall into silence once more. After a while, when nothing seems to happen, Lloyd sighs.

-How're you feeling? He asks.

-About What? I ask back.

-About this, he answers. I think.

-Well, it's not ideal to be chased down by your crazy fans within the first minute of meeting you. But I'm happy it happened, I say and feel heat creeping up my cheeks. He smiles and let out a breath.

-I thought I was the only one, he says and I cover my mouth as I giggle.

There is an elderly couple watching us weirdly over Lloyd's shoulder and I didn't want to offend them... however I would've managed that from being pressed up against a wall by my soulmate who I met probably 5 minutes ago. Lloyd follows my gaze and looks over his shoulder, and quickly scrambles away from me. He blushes heavily and wave to the couple as they disappear into the crowds of the mall. He lets out a long huff and looks at me. Then he smiles.

-It was nice to finally meet you, Lloyd says. I nod and smile back.

-Likewise, I say.

-Could I have your number? Lloyd asks quickly. Almost too quick for me to understand.

-Sure. If I can have yours, I say and pick up my phone. Lloyd smirks as he picks up his phone from his back pocket and hands it to me. I give my phone to him. I quickly make a new contact and write my number in it. I double check my number before naming myself "Soulmate -You wrote exactly the same thing as me, we say simultaneously and laugh. He quickly picks up my bags and hand them to me, as we notice that the other ninja and my friend are walking towards us. My friend walks up to me and leans to my ear.

-Craziest meeting ever, she whispers before standing next to me. Lloyd looks at me and smiles.

-I'll see you around... Soulmate, he says.

-I'll see ya around... I say back. He picks up his bags from the floor and gives me one last nod, before starting to leave.

-Uh, Lloyd? I say and he turns back towards me. I grab the hem of the hoodie on me.

-Your hoodie, I say and begin taking it off.

-Keep it, Lloyd grins and winks at me, before he walks away. And he leaves me speechless.

-It's not a fancy party, but hey, at least you got a souvenir, my friend tease and I shove her again, my face heating up immensely.

At home:

When I get home, I place all of my shopping bags onto my kitchen table. I huff as I start unpacking the groceries I bought while I was away. Suddenly I feel my phone ring.

It's probably just my friend calling to see if I made it home ok, so I don't bother looking at the caller ID.

-Hello? I ask and hold the phone to my ear with my shoulder.

-Hi Y/N.

It's Lloyd. I smile as I hear his voice.

-Hi Lloyd, I say and put away the bread and the cheese.

-Whats up? I ask and close the refrigerator.

-I think you might've gotten one of my shopping bags, he says sheepishly. I furrow my eyebrows.

-What? Hold on, I say and walk towards my shopping bags. And there it is; a shopping bag with a black dress-shirt, a green flannel shirt and two pairs of boxers. I smirk as I pick them up and examine them.

-Well you got nice taste in underwear. Batman. Classic, I tease. I could almost hear Lloyd's cheeks light up in neon pink.

-W-why would you look into it? Lloyd asks.

-What? I'm curious. If I walk home with someone's shopping bag, especially yours, I'm going to see what you have in there, I say and smile.

-Well, I can't say I didn't resist to look into yours either, Lloyd say.

-But you have really nice taste in pajamas, he says and I blush.

-You got my green ninja pajamas? I ask and put my hand on my forehead.

-Nice to know that my soulmate is a fan, Lloyd says. I could hear him smirking through the phone.

-You're never going to let me live this down, are you? I ask.

-Nope, Lloyd says proudly. I sigh.

-Could I at least have my pajamas back? I ask.

-Oh you cane have them back... over dinner, Lloyd says and I smile.

-Keep talking, I say and put the underwear back into the bag.

-Lets say tomorrow, I'll pick you up at 6 outside your house, Lloyd says.

-You want my address? I ask.

-It would make it easier, Lloyd says.

-Alright. I'll text it to you tomorrow, I say.

-Alright gorgeous. See you tomorrow at 6! Lloyd says.

-Yeah... tomorrow at 6, I say happily and hang up. I bite my lip and look down on the hoodie I was still wearing. I blush and put the hood up giggling to myself.

-Oh my god... I say as it all finally crashes on me.

-My soulmate is the green ninja, I say before I faint onto the kitchen floor.
