Y/N POV
Hi, my name is Y/N, and I'm the daughter of the moon. I've been walking this earth since almost forever. The first thing I can remember, historically, is the dawn of Cleopatra in ancient Egypt. I've been here for a long time.
My core? Well, my core is a sense of hope. Whenever someone feels like they can't stand another day, I rise and help them realize that they survived another day. After a cold and dark winter, I come more often towards spring and give people a new fresh start. I am a guardian. I was the first one. Then came North, E. Aster Bunnymund, tooth and sandy.
Bunny and I share a core in different senses, naturally making us closer to each other than the others. We both lost our lives saving someone we love with our core. I helped my sister survive a tsunami, giving her hope that she'll see another day. I didn't. I became the embodiment of the sun instead, helping other people by giving them hope.
And we just got a new guardian; Jack Frost. He was a big reason to why I didn't stay as long in the winter. And North didn't want me to hide from our newest member, but to welcome him with open arms. But I couldn't...
-I can't do it North! I say as North paces in front of me.
-And why not? Because he is mischievous? North asks patiently.
-No, I state.
-Because he's too cold? North asks a little firmer. I look to bunny in the corner of the room. He nods to me and smiles slightly at me. I look down at my hands.
-No.... I say shamefully.
-Then what is problem? He asks and stares at me. I cannot look him in the eyes. I'm too embarrassed.
-I'm scared he'll melt... I say. I'm met with silence, so I look up at North. He stares shocked at me.
-Melt...? He asks confused.
-I'm the sun North! Use that big brain of yours and figure it out! I say as my face turns red from embarrassment. I can almost hear the cogs in his brain turn before his eyes lit up in understanding.
-Oh.... well, he's a person, he cannot melt! North explains.
-Well... maybe not... But his snow and ice can! I can never casually walk onto a frozen lake in the winter like you guys! I can't admire his snowflakes up close, because they'll melt. I can never see the beauty in his creations! I say and my face just gets more red by the second. North sighs and puts his hands on his face before turning to the corner where Bunny stands. Bunny stares confused at North.
-I need to talk to you Bunny... Y/N, you can leave, North sighs heavily. I inhale deeply before leaving the room and closing the door behind me. I sit on a windowsill not far from his office. I can hear the slight murmuring if the two men in the room as I sit and admire the snows reflection of the sun. I smile and put my hand gently onto the window. The cold outside is freezing the window, so my finger makes a small hissing sound as it touches it. Suddenly I hear the slight tapping of Bunny's paws on the floor coming towards me.

-Somehow I knew you'd be here, he says and I see his reflection behind me. I smile shyly and look at him. His ears flop slightly as he cocks his head at me.
-How are you feeling? He asks. I sigh.
-I actually don't know... I say and he smiles apologetically at me.
-I just don't want to hurt him, he's just a kid, Bunny, I say sadly. Bunny takes a seat beside me and takes my hands in his paws.
-See? You're not hurting me, he says as he softly pets my hands.
-No. But I did the first time you met me. Remember? I ask and he chuckles.
-Of course I do... But we mastered it together, didn't we? He asks. I nod but I still couldn't help but to frown.
-Look, you don't need to touch him... You just need to talk to him. Start a conversation, he says. I don't dare answer. How do anyone answer something like that. I look out the window again and watch sadly as small snowflakes softly fall from the ground.
-You know what'll make you feel better? Bunny asks. I look to him as he stands up and stomps twice on the ground. A hole opens up in the floor.
-A trip down to the tunnels, he smirks. I smile as he offers me his hand. I gladly take it and he hops down the tunnel with me.
I laugh excitedly as he hops down in the tunnels at an amazing speed. He holds me close to his chest, making me naturally nuzzle into his fur. When he stops he lets me go. I smile at him and he smiles back at me and stands up, slightly towering over me. He puts his forehead towards mine, apologizing as rabbits do. I pull away from him in confusion, furrowing my brows. He smiles apologetically at me and looks over my shoulder. I turn around and see Jack Frost sitting in his cane in the middle of a big snowy area. He smiles shyly at me.
-Hi sunshine, he says calmly. I feel my body freeze as he holds out a hand to me.
-Come here, you won't hurt me, he says, waving me towards him. I gain my senses back and quickly hide behind Bunny's back. He almost jumps in surprise. He looks down at me standing cowering behind him. I look out at Jack from behind Bunny. Jack begins to frown.
-Why do you fear me? Jack asks sadly. I sigh sadly and walk to the side slightly.
-Jack I don't fear you, I- I notice I've walked forward because I can hear a hiss coming from under my foot. I quickly jump away and look at Jack, waiting for him to look afraid. He looks down at the slight footprint I made in the snow and then back up to me with an amazed smile.

-You can do that? Awesome! He says enthusiastically.
-Y... You're not mad I melted your snow? I ask confused.
-What? No, that was amazing! Do another one, do another one! He laughs and points to my feet. I look over my shoulder at Bunny. He smiles amused and nods. I purse my lips before making another footprint, further into the snow. My foot sinks down to the ground before I lift it. And there it was. A perfectly healthy patch of grass surrounded by snow. I can hear Jack Laugh.
-Again! Again! He yells, making my anxiety leave my body and happiness consume it. I run around the whole snow patch, I make hand prints and footprints, even a snow angel. Now I'm just laying on the ground giggling. I look around me. Bunny was chuckling in amusement and Jack too.
The laughter dies down. Bunny comes and sit into a patch of grass next to me. He looks down at me. I smile back at him. And suddenly I feel a cold dot on my nose, that quickly disappears. Bunny looks up making me follow his gaze. I gasp as I notice Jack made it snow.
-I'm gonna leave, Jack says and stands up.
-What? You're just gonna leave it snowing here? Bunny asks irritated.
-Relax Bunny, it's just gonna last a couple of minutes, Jack says and smirks as he flies away. Bunny groans as a cold wind blows through the burrow. I slowly sit up as the snowflakes makes a hissing sound as they melt on my skin.
-This is amazing Bunny.... I say and lift my hand, making snowflakes melt before they hit my head.
-It's beautiful, isn't it? He asks. I look to him and he stares at me. I shake my head and giggle. I look back at him and he pushes his forehead against mine again.
-What're you apologizing for now? I giggle he pulls away and smirks.
-This, he says and softly kisses my cheek. I becomes hotter by the second and bunny pull away.
-Why did you feel the need to apologize for that? I ask with a big smile on my face. Bunny looks shocked at me.
-Well... We've always been close and-and I've kinda, maybe, always wanted to do that, he stammers and his ears lower a bit. I smile and lean up to kiss his cheek, but he quickly turns to me, making us kiss. Both our eyes widen and we quickly pull away.
-I'm sorry-I-I didn't realize you were- I'm sorry... He says and leans away. I can't help but to touch my lips and smile.
-It wasn't half bad... I say quietly. Bunny quickly looks to me. I giggle as I can see the red on his face shining through his fur.
-What? He asks.
-You still haven't realized? I ask. Bunny just shakes his head in confusion. I laugh.
-It's been 500 years bunny! We've know each other for 500 years, and you haven't noticed a thing! I say in disbelief.
-Noticed.....? He says before a light bulb lights up over his head. His eyes become wide as they watch me.
-Y-y-you mean... You mean you like me too? He asks.
-Yep! Wait... what? I ask, processing what he just said and smiling goofily. He smiles back at me.
-..... I.... I like you too! He says happily. I giggle. He quickly stands up.
-We... like each other? He asks. I nod and stand up slowly.
-What if I told that my feelings are a bit beyond 'like', I say and nervously wring my hands together. He smiles softly and walk up to me. He puts his paws softly on my cheeks.
-I would say.... He says and kisses my forehead.
-That's ok.... he continues and looks into my eyes.
-Because I do too... he confesses. I giggle loudly and jump onto him, throwing my hands around his neck. I harshly put my lips to his again. He stumbles backwards slightly, before putting his paws on my waist and pulling me towards him. We pull apart and just look at each other. Suddenly I realize.
-It stopped snowing... I say and look up. He does too.
-Well... Remind me to thank Frosty about the winter wonderland we shared for.... He thinks.
-About 10 minutes, he says and looks at me. I giggle and lay my head on his chest.
-W-what're you doing? Bunny asks nervously. I giggle.
-The snow is cold... you warm me, I sigh happily as I begin swaying back and forth slowly. Bunny chuckles and follows my lead.
-Whatever you say, Sunshine... he says and kisses the top of my head.
For the rest of the day, we just stay there, swaying to non existent music. We stay in each other's arms together, forever....

The Way of Wrought Earth, or: My Tale of Rebirth as a Mostly Inanimate Rock
Mirage Winter. Second Clause, current act. A Relic Hunter's life is harsh — and often short — in the shattered lands of the Frontier. But when Whitelight reemerges, a legendary blade capable of separating anything the user wills it to cut, a newly formed unit organized of Hunter’s both young and old (and sediment based, in a particular case) vow to stop it from falling into cruel hands. Standing against them is the Frontier itself: the unbridled wrath of global federations, fellow Hunters, and those who lurk in the shadows of giants. As the world races to unravel a history desperately concealed, a semi-sapient rock soon realizes that some things are better off dead and buried — especially when those secrets carry an insidious corruption with no cure. Iteration: Mirror-glass Stars in Iron Oceans. First Clause. A soul wakes up as a rock, clinging to fragmented memories and knowledge of another era. What fate awaits such a creature? No, this isn't satire. Yes, I am dumb enough to try to take this seriously. Updates Wednesday, Friday with a variable amount of chapters. This story is not recommended for the easily disturbed. This is your only warning.
