Y/N POV

I've been working for mr. big and his daughter for almost 5 years. I was hired to look after his daughter when she is out, maybe shopping or just being there for her.

So you could only imagine the scolding I got from mr. Big when she almost got squished by a giant donut.... But I couldn't stop it, me, an arctic fox, is not allowed to little rodentia, so how was I supposed to stop it? Lucky enough, a cop caught the donut before it hit her, and as we left, I thanked her.

But right now, I was in trouble, but lucky for me, it was her wedding and got off easy... by being a chaperone. I'm watching over the guests, as one of my co-workers whispers in my ear that mr.big got business, and that I should keep his daughter out of his office. I nod and he is off with mr.Big. I watch miss. Big dance happily with her husband. The music stops and everyone applaud.

-Daddy, It's time for our dance... daddy? She says as she doesn't see her dad by his seat.

-Uhm... I think he is in his office... I say and smile.

-I need him now! I need to tell him it's time for our dance! She says, slightly irritated.

-Miss, I'm sure he's done soon! I reassure her.

-I want to speak with daddy! She says and puts her hands on her hips. I look around. But then I admit defeat and nod. I pick her up and slowly walks into his office. I open the door and let her down on his desk. When I look up, I see the bunny cop that saved miss big and a fox. They were both dangling over the icing hole. I stand behind the desk and try to look as professional as possible.

-Daddy, you promised that you wouldn't ice anyone during my wedding! Miss big says irritated.

-I have to, daddy has to. Ice them! He says and the ice bear sinks them down slowly. I've learned not to talk during these moments.

-Wait, wait, stop, wait! Miss big stops him.

-That's the bunny that saved my life! From the giant donut! She says.

-This bunny? Mr big asks.

-That is correct, sir, I say, but quickly shut up when he looks at me.

-Yes! Y/N was there and saw it too! Miss big says and points to me.

-Hi... I love your dress, the bunny says.

-thank you... Miss big says.

The ice bears put the piece of floor back in place and I let out a breath, that I didn't know I was holding.

-In return of you saving my daughter, I will help you find Otterton, Mr big says and he and the bunny kiss each other's cheeks. I help mr Big and his daughter back to the wedding and I pull out two chairs for our two new guests. I learned the bunny's name was Judy and the handsome-I mean the fox's name was Nick.

-Mr Otterton was riding one of your cars when the attack happened. Why was he there? Judy asks.

-He said he needed to talk... So I sent a car to pick him up, but he never arrived, Mr Big says.

-That's because he was attacked, Judy says. I see Nick turning around and looking at me. I only look back, trying to keep a poker face.

-No, he attacked my driver...Mr big says. That statement makes Nick turn back to the table.

-He went savage, destroying the car, before attacking my driver, he continues. I take a deep breath in, and out... I hated to talk about these attacks... can't stand them.

-If you want to know more, talk to my driver, Manchas. He lives in Tundratown, Mr big says.

-Thank you, Mr big, Judy says.

-And to make sure you remain safe, Y/N will come with you, Mr big says and motions to me. Nick and Judy turns around and looks at me.

-She is the fiercest warrior I have. She works as a spy for me, and will not give out any information, Mr big reassures. I nod.

-Wait, your chaperone is a warrior? In what, handing out cutlery the fastest? Nick says and laughs before Judy punches him in the chest. I growl from my chest.

-Y/N has been working as a spy for me for 5 years. She knows what she is doing, and I assure that you bring her, mr big says. Judy looks at me and nods. I nod back and go into my own room to change into more fitting clothes.

When I come back, mr big is talking to the bunny and fox as it looks like they're about to leave. I walk up to them and nod.

-Ah, Y/N. Make sure they get to manchas and when they have the information they need, get back home, mr big says. I nod and we get a ride to the closest gate towards tundra town. After that, we have to travel by foot.

-Follow me, I say and lead them towards manchas home.

-So, Y/N, you've been working for mr big for 5 years? I can hear the fox ask.

-Yeah, I only answer, trying not to slip on the slippery ground.

-How come I haven't seen you before, since I've been in a lot of trouble at mr big's, he says and I can practically hear him smirk. I roll my eyes.

-I don't know you're name, mr...? I say and look back at him.

-Ah! Wilde, Nicholas p. Wilde. But you can call me Nick, he says smugly.

-And this little sunbeam here is officer hopps, he says.

-Judy hopps, actually, the bunny says annoyed. I smile slightly.

-Nice to meet you... we're here, I say and mention towards the tree house in front of us. They walk ahead of me and knock on the door. I stay close behind them, in case he needs to see a familiar face. The door opens slightly.

-H-Hello? Manchas whimpers.

-Hello, mr manchas? I'm officer hopps, I'm here to talk about the attack, Judy says.

And after that, it all went downhill. Manchas chased us though half the rain forest district and I bet you that I saved Nicks tail probably three times during that wild goose chase. They thanked me as fast as the cops came, of course. But the nice gesture was quickly interrupted the moment that the cops just announced my criminal history to my new acquaintances.

Now we are sitting in a cart into the heart of zootopia.

I'm sitting in the back, and listening to Nick's tragic story.

-And if they're only going to see you as a lying, sly fox... why even bother be something else? He says. I sigh and look at him from behind. -Must've been rough... I say and Judy and Nick look at me.

-Yeah, it was... Nick says. We all get quiet.

-So... why did you assault a zebra in the middle of Zootopia square? Just asks carefully.

I grit my teeth.

-I DIDN'T...... I didn't assault anyone... I say and clench my fists.

-But the report- was written by a zebra, I interrupt Judy. They both stare at me and I sigh.

-I was about 15-16. I was selling cookies to save up for these awesome pair of shoes that I'd been wanting since forever. A zebra and his friends walks by and one of them buys a cookie. The zebra tastes it and laughs. He said "you can't even bake! Pathetic! It's not worth the money". And he reached for my box of money to tape back his friends money. I told him that that was not legal and was called stealing. Then he grabbed the whole box of money from me and threw it across the square. And of course, I was young and sensitive, so I started crying and yelling at him... and... I say as tears start to brim in my eyes.

-He calles the police and his cop friend pinned you for assault... Judy says. I nod and sniff.

-Yep... Couldn't trust anyone after that... so I started doing small illegal stuff. Selling things without a permit and charging it for twice as much. It escalated quickly to theft. The. I got a job at Mr. big's... and I found a home, I say. We sit quietly for a while before Nick laughs.

-I would've actually wanted to watch you thieve someone's money... We have to look up some old tapes later, he jokes and nudges Judy in the side.

-Old tapes... Judy says.

-Yeah, that's what we need to find, Nick says.

-No.... old tapes! Tape recordings! Judy says. Me and Nick share a confused look.

-Of What happened with Manchas! Judy explains. Something clicks.

-There's cameras all over the rainforest district, I inform.

-Yeah, but you didn't have access to the computer earlier, and I don't think chief knucklehead would give you that now, Nick says.

-But I might have someone in the community hall that can help! Judy says and picks up her phone to call whoever she needed to call.

Nick turns around and looks at me.

-What...? I ask.

-You're pretty clever, Nick says.

-I am a fox, I state. Nick shakes his head.

-No, I mean, top of psychology, chemist class clever, he says. I shrug.

-I guess, I say.

-You guess? You saw the cameras before we even knew they were a thing, Nick praises.

-I'd say that's pretty clever, he continues.

-Thank you. You're not too bad yourself... even though you did sell Mr. Big a skunk butt rug, I say. Nick smirks.

-It's my thing, he says and I scoff.

-Yeah sure, I say and smile amused. Nick turns to open the door for us as we reach Zootopias center.
